Efficacy assessments were performed based on data obtained prior to the start of treatment (Pretreatment), and after each menstrual cycle (Assessment 2—following 45 days of treatment;and Assessment 3—at the end of the 90-day treatment period). Primary efficacy measures considered the results of the Mastalgia Questionnaire, including a 100 mm visual analog pain scale assessing mean, most intense mastalgia severity, and impact on work, sleep, and sexual activity. Safety and tolerability measures included any changes in vital signs and physical exam in relation to pretreatment, any changes in clinical laboratory exams in relation to pretreatment, and the occurrence of adverse events after the first dose of study medication. 文摘利用1-丁基-3-甲基咪唑氯([Bmim]Cl)和硫酸钠(Na2SO4)双水相体系萃取分离琉璃苣种子总黄酮,首先对[Bmim]Cl、Na2SO4、总黄酮粗提物质量分数、p H值、无水乙醇质量分数进行单因素试验,确定双水相体系组成为21%[Bmim]Cl-25%Na2SO4。然后利用Box-Behnken试验,对总黄酮粗提物质量分数、p H值、无水乙醇质量分数进行了优化,结果表明:粗提物质量分数11.9%、p H 5.1、无水乙醇质量分数1.6%条件下琉璃苣种子总黄酮萃取率可达96.91%,与预测值97.19%接近。说明本优化工艺具有可行性。
