We experimentally and numerically investigate the optical properties of metamaterial arrays composed of double partially-overlapped metallic nanotriangles fabricated by an angle-resolved nanosphere lithography.We demonstrate that each double-triangle can be viewed as an artificial magnetic element analogous to the conventional metal split-ring-resonator.It is shown that under normal-incidence conditions,individual double-triangle can exhibit a strong local magnetic resonance,but the collective response of the metamaterial arrays is purely electric because magnetic resonances of the two double-triangles in a unit cell having opposite openings are out of phase.For oblique incidences the metamaterial arrays are shown to support a pure magnetic response at the same frequency band.Therefore,switchable electric and magnetic resonances are achieved in double-triangle arrays.Moreover,both the electric and magnetic resonances axe shown to allow for a tunability over a large spectral range down to near-infrared. 展开更多

目的 分析Triangle分层护理管理对高血压患者的影响。方法 抽取2019年6月至2022年12月共78例高血压住院患者作为研究对象,应用随机抽样法划分为两组,对照组中提供常规护理管理(n=39),研究组提供Triangle分层护理管理(n=39),对比分析两... 目的 分析Triangle分层护理管理对高血压患者的影响。方法 抽取2019年6月至2022年12月共78例高血压住院患者作为研究对象,应用随机抽样法划分为两组,对照组中提供常规护理管理(n=39),研究组提供Triangle分层护理管理(n=39),对比分析两组患者血压、依从率、自我管理行为、并发症。结果 患者管理前收缩压和舒张压显示无差异(P>0.05),管理后研究组低于照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);自我管理行为评分对比,管理前比较两组无差异(P>0.05),管理后升高,经对比,研究组评分高于另一组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);依从率对比差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),对照组(79.49%)低于研究组(94.87%);并发症发生率经对比差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),研究组(2.56%)更低。结论 Triangle分层护理管理对高血压患者具有重要影响,能积极有效地控制血压,提高其治疗依从性、自我管理行为,并能降低并发症。 展开更多

目的观察并分析以Triangle模型为基础的分级护理应用于糖尿病足患者的效果。方法选取漯河市中心医院2021年12月至2023年12月收治的97例糖尿病足患者,按照抽签法分组,常规组48例接受常规护理,研究组49例患者接受以Triangle模型为基础的... 目的观察并分析以Triangle模型为基础的分级护理应用于糖尿病足患者的效果。方法选取漯河市中心医院2021年12月至2023年12月收治的97例糖尿病足患者,按照抽签法分组,常规组48例接受常规护理,研究组49例患者接受以Triangle模型为基础的分级护理,均干预3个月后,比较两组溃疡修复情况、神经传导速度、自我效能、并发症及生活质量。结果研究组感觉检查、症状以及反射评分低于常规组(P<0.05)。研究组胫神经、腓总神经传导速度快于常规组(P<0.05)。研究组3个月后自我减压、自我决策、正性态度及生活质量评分均高于常规组(P<0.05)。研究组10 g尼龙绳触觉、痛觉、冷热觉及振动觉异常和下肢麻木发生率低于常规组(P<0.05)。两组皮肤干燥情况差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论以Triangle模型为基础的分级护理可明显提高糖尿病足患者自我效能,有利于其溃疡修复和神经传导速度改善,减少并发症发生并促进生活质量的提高。 展开更多

强化学习作为机器学习的一个分支,用于描述和解决智能体在与环境的交互过程中,通过学习策略以达成回报最大化的问题。Q-Learning作为无模型强化学习的经典方法,存在过估计引起的最大化偏差问题,并且在环境中奖励存在噪声时表现不佳。Dou... 强化学习作为机器学习的一个分支,用于描述和解决智能体在与环境的交互过程中,通过学习策略以达成回报最大化的问题。Q-Learning作为无模型强化学习的经典方法,存在过估计引起的最大化偏差问题,并且在环境中奖励存在噪声时表现不佳。Double Q-Learning(DQL)的出现解决了过估计问题,但同时造成了低估问题。为解决以上算法的高低估问题,提出了基于softmax的加权Q-Learning算法,并将其与DQL相结合,提出了一种新的基于softmax的加权Double Q-Learning算法(WDQL-Softmax)。该算法基于加权双估计器的构造,对样本期望值进行softmax操作得到权重,使用权重估计动作价值,有效平衡对动作价值的高估和低估问题,使估计值更加接近理论值。实验结果表明,在离散动作空间中,相比于Q-Learning算法、DQL算法和WDQL算法,WDQL-Softmax算法的收敛速度更快且估计值与理论值的误差更小。 展开更多

The influence of variable viscosity and double diffusion on the convective stability of a nanofluid flow in an inclined porous channel is investigated.The DarcyBrinkman model is used to characterize the fluid flow dynamics in porous materials.The analytical solutions are obtained for the unidirectional and completely developed flow.Based on a normal mode analysis,the generalized eigenvalue problem under a perturbed state is solved.The eigenvalue problem is then solved by the spectral method.Finally,the critical Rayleigh number with the corresponding wavenumber is evaluated at the assigned values of the other flow-governing parameters.The results show that increasing the Darcy number,the Lewis number,the Dufour parameter,or the Soret parameter increases the stability of the system,whereas increasing the inclination angle of the channel destabilizes the flow.Besides,the flow is the most unstable when the channel is vertically oriented. 展开更多

BACKGROUND Gastric cancer(GC)is the most common malignant tumor and ranks third for cancer-related deaths among the worldwide.The disease poses a serious public health problem in China,ranking fifth for incidence and third for mortality.Knowledge of the invasive depth of the tumor is vital to treatment decisions.AIM To evaluate the diagnostic performance of double contrast-enhanced ultrasonography(DCEUS)for preoperative T staging in patients with GC by comparing with multi-detector computed tomography(MDCT).METHODS This single prospective study enrolled patients with GC confirmed by preoperative gastroscopy from July 2021 to March 2023.Patients underwent DCEUS,including ultrasonography(US)and intravenous contrast-enhanced ultrasonography(CEUS),and MDCT examinations for the assessment of preoperative T staging.Features of GC were identified on DCEUS and criteria developed to evaluate T staging according to the 8th edition of AJCC cancer staging manual.The diagnostic performance of DCEUS was evaluated by comparing it with that of MDCT and surgical-pathological findings were considered as the gold standard.RESULTS A total of 229 patients with GC(80 T1,33 T2,59 T3 and 57 T4)were included.Overall accuracies were 86.9%for DCEUS and 61.1%for MDCT(P<0.001).DCEUS was superior to MDCT for T1(92.5%vs 70.0%,P<0.001),T2(72.7%vs 51.5%,P=0.041),T3(86.4%vs 45.8%,P<0.001)and T4(87.7%vs 70.2%,P=0.022)staging of GC.CONCLUSION DCEUS improved the diagnostic accuracy of preoperative T staging in patients with GC compared with MDCT,and constitutes a promising imaging modality for preoperative evaluation of GC to aid individualized treatment decision-making. 展开更多

Electrocatalytic hydrogen production from seawater holds enormous promise for clean energy generation.Nevertheless,the direct electrolysis of seawater encounters significant challenges due to poor anodic stability caused by detrimental chlorine chemistry.Herein,we present our recent discovery that the incorporation of Ce into Ni Fe layered double hydroxide nanosheet array on Ni foam(Ce-Ni Fe LDH/NF)emerges as a robust electrocatalyst for seawater oxidation.During the seawater oxidation process,CeO_(2)is generated,effectively repelling Cl^(-)and inhibiting the formation of Cl O-,resulting in a notable enhancement in the oxidation activity and stability of alkaline seawater.The prepared Ce-Ni Fe LDH/NF requires only overpotential of 390 m V to achieve the current density of 1 A cm^(-2),while maintaining long-term stability for 500 h,outperforming the performance of Ni Fe LDH/NF(430 m V,150 h)by a significant margin.This study highlights the effectiveness of a Ce-doping strategy in augmenting the activity and stability of materials based on Ni Fe LDH in seawater electrolysis for oxygen evolution. 展开更多

目的探讨基于Triangle分层分级管理的LEARNS健康教育对高血压患者的影响。方法选取2023年1-10月在本院就诊的高血压患者176例,采用数字表法将其随机分为对照组(88例,给予常规健康教育)和观察组(88例,开展基于Triangle分层分级管理的LEA... 目的探讨基于Triangle分层分级管理的LEARNS健康教育对高血压患者的影响。方法选取2023年1-10月在本院就诊的高血压患者176例,采用数字表法将其随机分为对照组(88例,给予常规健康教育)和观察组(88例,开展基于Triangle分层分级管理的LEARNS健康教育),比较两组干预前及干预3个月后高血压知识知晓率、自我管理行为以及血压水平。结果对照组有1例中途失访,观察组1例失访、1例主动要求退出,予以脱落,最终对照组87例、观察组86例。观察组干预后成人的血压正常值、高血压患病危险因素及合并症和防治原则等相关知识知晓率均高于对照组(P<0.05),自我管理行为量表(HPSMBRS)中的饮食、用药、情绪及病情监测评分分别为(40.11±5.09)分、(16.88±3.40)分、(26.77±4.10)分及(16.99±3.10)分,均高于对照组(33.45±5.10)分、(13.55±2.31)分、(23.45±4.23)分及(13.44±2.17)分(P<0.05),收缩压(SBP)为(130.11±5.34)mmHg、舒张压(DBP)为(85.76±9.23)mmHg均低于对照组(143.22±5.01)mmHg和(90.12±6.11)mmHg(P<0.05)。结论基于Triangle分层分级管理的LEARNS健康教育在高血压患者中应用效果显著,可提高患者疾病知识知晓度和自我管理行为水平,有效改善血压水平。 展开更多

BACKGROUND The TRIANGLE operation involves the removal of all tissues within the triangle bounded by the portal vein-superior mesenteric vein,celiac axis-common hepatic artery,and superior mesenteric artery to improve patient prognosis.Although previously promising in patients with locally advanced pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma(PDAC),data are limited regarding the long-term oncological outcomes of the TRIANGLE operation among resectable PDAC patients undergoing pancreaticoduodenectomy(PD).AIM To evaluate the safety of the TRIANGLE operation during PD and the prognosis in patients with resectable PDAC.METHODS This retrospective cohort study included patients who underwent PD for pancreatic head cancer between January 2017 and April 2023,with or without the TRIANGLE operation.Patients were divided into the PD_(TRIANGLE)and PD_(non-TRIANGLE)groups.Surgical and survival outcomes were compared between the two groups.Adequate adjuvant chemotherapy was defined as adjuvant chemotherapy≥6 months.RESULTS The PD_(TRIANGLE)and PD_(non-TRIANGLE) groups included 52 and 55 patients,respectively.There were no significant differences in the baseline characteristics or perioperative indexes between the two groups.Furthermore,the recurrence rate was lower in the PD_(TRIANGLE) group than in the PD_(non-TRIANGLE) group(48.1%vs 81.8%,P<0.001),and the local recurrence rate of PDAC decreased from 37.8%to 16.0%.Multivariate Cox regression analysis revealed that PD_(TRIANGLE)(HR=0.424;95%CI:0.256-0.702;P=0.001),adequate adjuvant chemotherapy≥6 months(HR=0.370;95%CI:0.222-0.618;P<0.001)and margin status(HR=2.255;95%CI:1.252-4.064;P=0.007)were found to be independent factors for the recurrence rate.CONCLUSION The TRIANGLE operation is safe for PDAC patients undergoing PD.Moreover,it reduces the local recurrence rate of PDAC and may improve survival in patients who receive adequate adjuvant chemotherapy. 展开更多

In current dual porosity/permeability models,there exists a fundamental assumption that the adsorption-induced swelling is distributed uniformly within the representative elementary volume (REV),irrespective of its internal structures and transient processes.However,both internal structures and transient processes can lead to the non-uniform swelling.In this study,we hypothesize that the non-uniform swelling is responsible for why coal permeability in experimental measurements is not only controlled by the effective stress but also is affected by the adsorption-induced swelling.We propose a concept of the swelling triangle composed of swelling paths to characterize the evolution of the non-uniform swelling and serve as a core link in coupled multiphysics.A swelling path is determined by a dimensionless volumetric ratio and a dimensionless swelling ratio.Different swelling paths have the same start and end point,and each swelling path represents a unique swelling case.The swelling path as the diagonal of the triangle represents the case of the uniform swelling while that as the two perpendicular boundaries represents the case of the localized swelling.The paths of all intermediate cases populate inside the triangle.The corresponding relations between the swelling path and the response of coal multiphysics are established by a non-uniform swelling coefficient.We define this method as the triangle approach and corresponding models as swelling path-based ones.The proposed concept and models are verified against a long-term experimental measurement of permeability and strains under constant effective stress.Our results demonstrate that during gas injection,coal multiphysics responses have a close dependence on the swelling path,and that in both future experiments and field predictions,this dependence must be considered. 展开更多

We present an application of short-pulse laser-generated hard x rays for the diagnosis of indirectly driven double shell targets. Coneinserted double shell targets were imploded through an indirect drive approach on the upgraded SG-II laser facility. Then, based on thepoint-projection hard x-ray radiography technique, time-resolved radiography of the double shell targets, including that of their near-peakcompression, were obtained. The backlighter source was created by the interactions of a high-intensity short pulsed laser with a metalmicrowire target. Images of the target near peak compression were obtained with an Au microwire. In addition, radiation hydrodynamicsimulations were performed, and the target evolution obtained agrees well with the experimental results. Using the radiographic images, arealdensities of the targets were evaluated. 展开更多

Photocatalysis offers a sustainable means for the oxidative removal of low concentrations of NOx(NO,NO2,N2O,N2O5,etc.)from the atmosphere.Layered double hydroxides(LDHs)are promising candidate photocatalysts owing to their unique layered and tunable chemical structures and abundant surface hydroxide(OH)moieties,which are hydroxyl radical(OH)precursors.However,the practical applications of LDHs are limited by their poor charge-separation ability and insufficient active sites.Herein,we developed a facile N_(2)H_(4)-driven etching approach to introduce dual Ni^(2+)and OHvacancies(Niv and OHv,respectively)into NiFe-LDH nanosheets(hereafter referred to as NiFe-LDH-et)to facilitate improved charge-carrier separation and active Lewis acidic site(Fe^(3+)and Ni^(2+)exposed at OHv)formation.In contrast to inert pristine LDH,NiFe-LDH-et actively removed NO under visible-light illumination.Specifically,Ni_(76)Fe_(24)-LDH-et etched with 1.50 mmol·L^(-1)N_(2)H_(4)solution removed 32.8%of the NO in continuously flowing air(NO feed concentration:500 parts per billion(ppb))under visible-light illumination,thereby outperforming most reported catalysts.Experimental and theoretical data revealed that the dual vacancies promoted the production of reactive oxygen species(O_(2)·^(-)andOH)and the adsorption of NO on the LDH.In situ spectroscopy demonstrated that NO was preferentially adsorbed at Lewis acidic sites,particularly exposed Fe^(3+)sites,converted into NO+,and subsequently oxidized to NO3without the notable formation of the more toxic intermediate NO2,thereby alleviating risks associated with its production and emission. 展开更多
