The dissociation between data management and data ownership makes it difficult to protect data security and privacy in cloud storage systems.Traditional encryption technologies are not suitable for data protection in cloud storage systems.A novel multi-authority proxy re-encryption mechanism based on ciphertext-policy attribute-based encryption(MPRE-CPABE) is proposed for cloud storage systems.MPRE-CPABE requires data owner to split each file into two blocks,one big block and one small block.The small block is used to encrypt the big one as the private key,and then the encrypted big block will be uploaded to the cloud storage system.Even if the uploaded big block of file is stolen,illegal users cannot get the complete information of the file easily.Ciphertext-policy attribute-based encryption(CPABE)is always criticized for its heavy overload and insecure issues when distributing keys or revoking user's access right.MPRE-CPABE applies CPABE to the multi-authority cloud storage system,and solves the above issues.The weighted access structure(WAS) is proposed to support a variety of fine-grained threshold access control policy in multi-authority environments,and reduce the computational cost of key distribution.Meanwhile,MPRE-CPABE uses proxy re-encryption to reduce the computational cost of access revocation.Experiments are implemented on platforms of Ubuntu and CloudSim.Experimental results show that MPRE-CPABE can greatly reduce the computational cost of the generation of key components and the revocation of user's access right.MPRE-CPABE is also proved secure under the security model of decisional bilinear Diffie-Hellman(DBDH). 展开更多

Performance of continuous 1-butanol production process by Clostridium bacteria is complicated by alternation of acidogenic and solventogenic phases during fermentation what correlates with culture growth and sporulation, respectively. However, the strain Clostridium pasteurianum NRRL B598 showed diverse pattern of solvents production when butanol production started during exponential growth phase in batch cultivation. If cultivated under glucose limited conditions with dilution rate 0.03 hl, constant product concentration was almost achieved. By contrast, glucose non-limited continuous experiment operated with dilution rate 0.07 h-1 lead to mutually adverse oscillations of product and glucose concentrations. Regarding the process economy, glucose limited continuous cultivation seems to be superior due to utilization of total supplied glucose amount, advantageous butanol/acetone ratio and higher butanol yield. 展开更多

目的采用对氨基苯甲酸乙酯(p-ABBE)为衍生剂,建立L-(-)-岩藻糖含量测定的柱前衍生-高效液相色谱法。方法对L-(-)-岩藻糖样品与p-ABBE的衍生比例、衍生温度、衍生时间等衍生条件进行优化,同时进行色谱柱、流动相等高效液相色谱条件的优... 目的采用对氨基苯甲酸乙酯(p-ABBE)为衍生剂,建立L-(-)-岩藻糖含量测定的柱前衍生-高效液相色谱法。方法对L-(-)-岩藻糖样品与p-ABBE的衍生比例、衍生温度、衍生时间等衍生条件进行优化,同时进行色谱柱、流动相等高效液相色谱条件的优化。结果衍生化条件为:衍生化试剂(p-ABEE)和L-(-)-岩藻糖的摩尔比为7∶1,衍生温度为85℃,反应时间为1.5 h;色谱条件为:色谱柱Agilent 5 TC-C18(2)(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相为0.02%TFA-乙腈(77∶23,V/V),流速为1.0 ml/min,检测波长为307 nm。本方法在0.50 mmol/L^6.02 mmol/L浓度与峰面积呈现良好的线性关系(r=0.9995),定量限(S/N=10)及检出限(S/N=3)分别为0.20 ng/ml和0.10 ng/ml;平均加标回收率为82.94%,RSD为1.74%。结论本方法操作简便、结果准确、实用性强,能够用于L-(-)-岩藻糖的含量测定。 展开更多
