A novel adaptive detector for airborne radar space-time adaptive detection (STAD) in partially homogeneous environments is proposed. The novel detector combines the numerically stable Krylov subspace technique and diagonal loading technique, and it uses the framework of the adaptive coherence estimator (ACE). It can effectively detect a target with low sample support. Compared with its natural competitors, the novel detector has higher proba- bility of detection (PD), especially when the number of the training data is low. Moreover, it is shown to be practically constant false alarm rate (CFAR). 展开更多

The problem of adaptive detection in the situation of signal mismatch is considered; that is, the actual signal steering vector is not aligned with the nominal one. Two novel tunable detectors are proposed. They can control the degree to which the mismatched signals are rejected. Remarkably, it is found that they both cover existing famous detectors as their special cases. More importantly, they possess the constant false alarm rate(CFAR)property and achieve enhanced mismatched signal rejection or improved robustness than their natural competitors. Besides, they can provide slightly better matched signals detection performance than the existing detectors. 展开更多

【目的】探究缺失编码丙酮酸脱氢酶蛋白的aceE基因对猪链球菌生长特性、三羧酸循环和丙酮酸代谢的影响。【方法】通过测量菌液的OD600值,绘制野生型菌株与aceE基因缺失突变株的生长曲线;利用试剂盒测定三羧酸循环和丙酮酸代谢旁路中乙酰... 【目的】探究缺失编码丙酮酸脱氢酶蛋白的aceE基因对猪链球菌生长特性、三羧酸循环和丙酮酸代谢的影响。【方法】通过测量菌液的OD600值,绘制野生型菌株与aceE基因缺失突变株的生长曲线;利用试剂盒测定三羧酸循环和丙酮酸代谢旁路中乙酰CoA、琥珀酸CoA、延胡索酸、草酰乙酸、丙酮酸、乳酸和ATP的含量,通过荧光定量qRT-PCR确定柠檬酸合酶基因、苹果酸脱氢酶基因、琥珀酸脱氢酶基因、异柠檬酸脱氢酶基因、丙酮酸脱羧酶基因、乳酸脱氢酶基因、乙醇脱氢酶基因和乙醛脱氢酶基因的表达水平。【结果】与野生株相比,菌株ΔaceE在平台期OD600值下降;添加1 g/L乙酸盐能够显著提升菌株ΔaceE平台期OD600值。菌株ΔaceE的丙酮酸含量上升,ATP含量下降;三羧酸循环代谢中乙酰CoA、琥珀酸CoA、延胡索酸含量降低;柠檬酸合酶基因和苹果酸脱氢酶基因表达水平上升,琥珀酸脱氢酶基因和异柠檬酸脱氢酶基因表达水平下调;在丙酮酸代谢旁路中丙酮酸脱羧酶基因、乳酸脱氢酶基因、乙醇脱氢酶基因和乙醛脱氢酶基因表达水平上升。【结论】结果显示,菌株ΔaceE三羧酸循环活性降低,虽然能够通过PDH旁路将部分丙酮酸分解为乙酸盐,进一步转化为乙酰CoA进入三羧酸循环,但ATP含量仍未恢复至野生株水平,这为进一步研究代谢改变与细菌表型的关系提供了理论基础。 展开更多

Based on the atmospheric analogy principle, the inverse problem that the information of historical analogue data is utilized to estimate model errors is put forward and a method of analogue correction of errors (ACE... Based on the atmospheric analogy principle, the inverse problem that the information of historical analogue data is utilized to estimate model errors is put forward and a method of analogue correction of errors (ACE) of model is developed in this paper. The ACE can combine effectively statistical and dynamical methods, and need not change the current numerical prediction models. The new method not only adequately utilizes dynamical achievements but also can reasonably absorb the information of a great many analogues in historical data in order to reduce model errors and improve forecast skill. Purthermore, the ACE may identify specific historical data for the solution of the inverse problem in terms of the particularity of current forecast. The qualitative analyses show that the ACE is theoretically equivalent to the principle of the previous analogue-dynamical model, but need not rebuild the complicated analogue-deviation model, so has better feasibility and operational foreground. Moreover, under the ideal situations, when numerical models or historical analogues are perfect, the forecast of the ACE would transform into the forecast of dynamical or statistical method, respectively. 展开更多

Although this smell is often thought to be of chlorine, it actually comes from volatile compounds that are produced from unintended reactions between disinfectants (e.g., chlorine) and organic matter in the water (Li and Blatchley, 2007; Zwiener et al., 2007; Schmalz et al., 2011; Daiber et al., 2016).
