Rice stripe virus disease (RSVD) and rice black-streaked dwarf virus disease (RBSDVD) are two epidemic diseases in Yancheng City, Jiangsu Province in the last decade. The authors investigated the disaster regularity, prevention and control technology of RSVD and RBSDVD systematically. The occurrence and virus transmission of SBPH and disaster regularity of virus diseases were studied; the resistance of some rice varieties was cleared; the effects of physical and agricultural measures such as insect net blocking, appropriate late sowing and plowing on controlling occurrence and virus transmission of SBPH were figured out; a hatch of chemical agents were screened, providing efficient and harmless pesticides for effective control against SBPH and prevention against virus diseases. A set of disaster control and mitigation technologies was proposed in this paper, which was practical, sustainable, and easy to operate for the local planting patterns. 展开更多

运用MiSeq测序技术比较了褐飞虱(Nilaparvata lugens St l,BPH)、灰飞虱(Laodelphax striatella Fallén,SBPH)和白背飞虱(Sogatella furcifera Horvath,WBPH)体内中肠细菌群落结构的异同。结果显示:3种飞虱共获得可用于分析的有效... 运用MiSeq测序技术比较了褐飞虱(Nilaparvata lugens St l,BPH)、灰飞虱(Laodelphax striatella Fallén,SBPH)和白背飞虱(Sogatella furcifera Horvath,WBPH)体内中肠细菌群落结构的异同。结果显示:3种飞虱共获得可用于分析的有效序列3.44×10^5条,褐飞虱、灰飞虱和白背飞虱在3%水平和6%水平分别获得76、103、61和49、68、42个操作分类单元(operational taxonomic unit,OTU)。灰飞虱体内约90%的中肠细菌属于F-proteobacteria-unclassified;Arsenophonus是褐飞虱体内的优势菌,约占总量的70%;在白背飞虱中Halomonas、Candidatus_Cardinium和Arsenophonus三种菌含量都比较高,分别占35%、20%和15%。虽然3种飞虱从共同的祖先分化,但其中肠内细菌微生物群落多样性、丰富度仍存在一定程度的差异。 展开更多

灰飞虱是我国水稻生产的主要害虫之一,不仅直接取食危害水稻,还是水稻主要病毒病的传播介体,严重制约水稻生产。籼稻品种MR1523对灰飞虱表现较强的排趋性。为发掘抗灰飞虱新基因,本研究利用MR1523与感虫粳稻品种苏御糯构建了一个包含20... 灰飞虱是我国水稻生产的主要害虫之一,不仅直接取食危害水稻,还是水稻主要病毒病的传播介体,严重制约水稻生产。籼稻品种MR1523对灰飞虱表现较强的排趋性。为发掘抗灰飞虱新基因,本研究利用MR1523与感虫粳稻品种苏御糯构建了一个包含200个家系的F2:3分离群体,进行灰飞虱抗性鉴定。并利用120对均匀分布在水稻12条染色体的多态性SSR标记,构建了全基因组连锁图谱,进行抗灰飞虱QTL定位。结果分别在水稻第2、第5和第6染色体上检测到Qsbph2、Qsbph5a、Qsbph5b和Qsbph6 4个抗灰飞虱QTLs,分别位于分子标记RM526–RM3763、RM17804–RM13、RM574–RM169和RM190–RM510之间,LOD值分别为2.14、3.13、3.23和2.35,贡献率分别为12.0%、14.7%、17.4%和14.1%,各QTL的抗性等位基因效应均来自抗虫亲本MR1523。该结果为后续抗灰飞虱基因的精细定位及通过分子标记辅助选择培育抗灰飞虱水稻新品种奠定了基础。 展开更多

To analyze the correlation of rice resistance against black-streaked dwarf virus disease( RBSDV) and small brown planthopper( SBPH; Laodelphax striatellus Fallen),49 rice varieties were conduced field inoculation identification,artificial inoculation identification,antibiosis test and antixenosis test,respectively. There were more varieties with the incidence rate less than 20% in field inoculation. Field inoculation identification was greatly affected by external environment factors,and the incidence rates were significantly lower than that in artificial inoculation identification. In field inoculation and artificial inoculation identification,the incidence rates of indica rice varieties were lower than that of japonica rice varieties. Antibiosis test showed that all japonica rice varieties were susceptible to insect pests,and there were only five indica rice varieties with antibiosis value less than 81%. The antixenosis value of indica rice varieties was significantly lower than that of japonica rice varieties,and the resistance of indica rice varieties against SBPH was higher than that of japonica rice varieties. Correlation analysis of rice resistance against RBSDV and SBPH showed that the incidence rates of varieties in field identification had extremely positive correlation with its antixenosis to SBPH,but was irrelevant to antibiosis of varieties to SBPH. The incidence rates of varieties in artificial inoculation identification had significantly positive correlation with antixenosis and antibiosis of varieties to SBPH. Moreover,antixenosis of varieties had extremely positive correlation with incidence rates in both artificial inoculation identification and field inoculation identification. Therefore,insect-resistant varieties influenced virus transmitting effect of SBPH to a certain extent,and it could reduce the damage of RBSDV by cultivating resistant varieties against SBPH. 展开更多

The crystal is monoclinic, space group P2 1/a (#14), a = 20 436(5), b=14.125(3), c=24.683(3) , β=110.67(1)°, Z=4, V =6666(2)  3; C 72 H 60 Sb 4I 2Cu 2, M r = 1792, D c = 1.787 g·cm -3 , μ (Mo Kα ) = 31.88 cm -1 , F(000)=3440, R= 0.038 and R w= 0.043 for 5632 observed reflections ( I≥3.0σ(I) ) and 361 refined parameters. The result reveals the copper and the bridging iodide atoms form an approximately planar rhomboid array. Effects of the bulkiness of the ligands upon the structures of the analogous complexes are discussed.\; 展开更多
