A kind of second-order implicit fractional step characteristic finite difference method is presented in this paper for the numerically simulation coupled system of enhanced (chemical) oil production in porous media. Some techniques, such as the calculus of variations, energy analysis method, commutativity of the products of difference operators, decomposition of high-order difference operators and the theory of a priori estimates are introduced and an optimal order error estimates in l^2 norm is derived. This method has been applied successfully to the numerical simulation of enhanced oil production in actual oilfields, and the simulation results ate quite interesting and satisfactory. 展开更多

目的 :探讨血管紧张素 - 1型受体拮抗剂 ( AT1RA)减轻肾小球硬化的机理。方法 :将 36只大鼠分为对照组、模型组和治疗组 ,模型组和治疗组行单侧肾切除大鼠加阿霉素注射诱导阿霉素肾病肾硬化模型 ,治疗组每日给予缬沙坦 2 0 mg/kg灌胃 1... 目的 :探讨血管紧张素 - 1型受体拮抗剂 ( AT1RA)减轻肾小球硬化的机理。方法 :将 36只大鼠分为对照组、模型组和治疗组 ,模型组和治疗组行单侧肾切除大鼠加阿霉素注射诱导阿霉素肾病肾硬化模型 ,治疗组每日给予缬沙坦 2 0 mg/kg灌胃 1次 ,共 1 2周。免疫组化法检测肾组织血小板源性生长因子 - BB( PDGF- BB)的表达。结果 :模型组较对照组肾小球硬化明显 ,表达明显增强 ;缬沙坦治疗组肾小球硬化较模型组明显减轻 ,PDGF- BB表达亦减弱。结论 :阿霉素肾病大鼠肾小球硬化时 ,PDGF- BB表达增强并参与肾小球硬化的进展 ;AT1RA可能通过降低 PDGF- 展开更多

The implementation of the European WFD (water framework directive) requires IWRM (integrated water resource management), an important tool in managing available water resources in the presence of emerging constraints. Pressures caused by variability in water supply cycles, droughts, pollution, industrialization, increasing domestic and commercial demand, inadequate infrastructure, intense urbanization and population growth, and decrepit distribution networks have led to the increasing exploitation of industrial wastewater. Most industrial process has some negative impacts on the environment especially on a catchment scale i.e. water, air and soil quality. In the context of water resources and environmental protection measures, the term "sustainable development", a development that is compatible with the future gains and environmental protection, is regulated more and more by law. To comply with these emission-based limit values, so-called "end-of-pipe-techniques" are used. Experimental results show CBT (continuous biological treatment) processes present secondary measures to purify highly contaminated industrial wastewater. 展开更多

Brush scrubber cleaning is widely used for post chemical mechanical polishing(CMP)cleaning in semiconductor manufacturing.In this study,an experimental system based on fluorescence technique and particle-tracking velocimetry(PTV)technique was employed to characterize the particle removal displacement and velocity in the interface between a transparent copper film and a porous polyvinyl alcohol(PVA)brush during the cleaning process.Several different cleaning conditions including rotation speeds,loading pressure and cleaning agent were examined and the particle removal rate was compared.Elastic and friction removal,hydrodynamic removal and mixed-type removal are the three types of particle removal.Particles with an arc trace and uniform velocity curves were removed by friction and elastic force which were related to the brush load.Particles with a random trace and fluctuant velocity curves were removed by hydrodynamic force which was determined by the brush rotation speed.The increase of particle removal rate(PRR)with brush rotation speed is a logistic function.It is easier to improve PRR by increasing the brush load or by adding surfactant than by increasing the brush rotation speed. 展开更多
