Whole-Process Project Cost Management Based on Building Information Modeling (BIM)

The whole-process project cost management based on building information modeling(BIM)is a new management method,aiming to realize the comprehensive optimization and improvement of project cost management through the application of BIM technology.This paper summarizes and analyzes the whole-process project cost management based on BIM,aiming to explore its application and development prospects in the construction industry.Firstly,this paper introduces the role and advantages of BIM technology in engineering cost management,including information integration,data sharing,and collaborative work.Secondly,the paper analyzes the key technologies and methods of the whole-process project cost management based on BIM,including model construction,data management,and cost control.In addition,the paper also discusses the challenges and limitations of the whole-process BIM project cost management,such as the inconsistency of technical standards,personnel training,and consciousness change.Finally,the paper summarizes the advantages and development prospects of the whole-process project cost management based on BIM and puts forward the direction and suggestions for future research.Through the research of this paper,it can provide a reference for construction cost management and promote innovation and development in the construction industry.

Obstacles to the Integrated Care of Children Aged 6 to 59 Months Suffering from Acute and Severe Malnutrition at the Chu-Me and HATC of N’Djamena/Chad

Introduction: the problem of Severe Acute Malnutrition (SAM) and its consequences concern and challenge all social actors worldwide. The objective of the study was to identify the real obstacles that actors face in the integrated management of children aged 6 - 59 months suffering from SAM at the University Hospital of Mother and Child (CHUME) and the Chad-China Friendship Hospital (HATC) of N’Djamena. Methodology: this is a cross-sectional descriptive and interpretative study conducted from January to October 2023 at the CHUME and HATC of N’Djamena. It is based on questionnaires and direct observation of two hundred and thirty-six (236) parents or guardians of malnourished children admitted to these health facilities. All 236 agreed to participate freely in this study. Results: it appears from this study that the obstacles to the integrated management of malnourished children were: poor care-care relationship (26.7%) permanent product breaks (22.9%), the direct costs of services ranged from 30,000 to 60,000 FCFA (41.53%), drugs used for the treatment of patients came from the street (66.10%), malaria and anemia occupy an important place (27.5%), 57.2% respondents had monthly income below 60,000 CFAF. Conclusion: the present study carried out has identified the real bottlenecks to the integrated management of children suffering from SAM in the therapeutic nutritional units of the city of N’Djamena. .

Integrating Project Management, Software Development, and Knowledge Management Models: A Case Study in a Public ICT Services Organization

In project-based organizations knowledge is a critical resource used to develop and deliver products and services with a high level of quality. Therefore, a systematic and sustainable process is necessary to coordinate knowledge management, project management and product lifecycle. This scenario predominates in companies focused on the creation and maintenance of information systems. This article presents an exploratory study based on a framework that integrates cognitive, managerial, and operational processes in a public Brazilian organization that provides services in the area of information and communications technology, focusing on the construction and maintenance of information systems. Those processes are operationalized by three management models considering knowledge, project, and software development processes. Our proposal aims to understand the relationships between those three management models and their influence on the software development process in the organization under study. Our premise is based on the principle that cognitive management, project management, and software development management must be integrated to fulfill the demands of product development and service provision. The research data was composed of registers of working hours spent on software development and maintenance projects involving 244 people allocated to 5064 projects in the period from 2007 to 2013. The study resulted in the identification of the relationships among the three management models adopted by the organization, with emphasis on knowledge management activities, which were not directly identified, making it difficult to account for and measure them. We established a set of activities connected to each one of the knowledge management model phases. Since those activities were not visible before, our approach contributed to build a systematic process to register and relate activities linked to the dimensions of cognitive processes, project management, and software construction.

Enterprise Process Modeling Methodology and Environment Supporting Project Management

Development of the global economy makes modem enterprises confront challenges of efficient managements for large projects and complex processes. Projects are typically managed in rather special manners. On the contrary, there exist many methodologies for product process management to achieve consistency and continuance. However, processes often lack flexibility offered by projects. This paper dis~ the relationship of conceptual characteristics between process and project, gives low-level details to tackle the difference between them, and proposes an enterprise process modeling method for project management. An integrated environment is designed to support the method from which both project management and process management can receive benefits and conform to the limitations.

Independent integration and innovation of the first domestically-integrated 60000 m^3/h air separation unit

Baosteel＇s 60000 m……3/h air separation unit （ASU）, the first domestically-integrated unit of its class, is a milestone in the Chinese air separation industry. In this paper,the process characteristics of the unit and the application of the original techniques are expatiated. Some difficulties in the process design, the risk control, the quality control, the control system integration and the system commissioning are analyzed and appraised. The mode of the project integration and innovation, the cooperation among industries and the user-orientated project management mode are introduced. Finally,the successful experiences in innovation are summarized with the focus on the integration of the project.

Topic Maps Based Project Knowledge Management

Based on topic maps, a preprocessing scheme using similarity comparision is presented and applied in knowledge management. Topic and occurrence-ofiented merging algorithm is also introduced to implement knowledge integration for the sub-system. AnOm- nigator-supported example from an aeroaustic institute is utilised to validate the preprocessing method and the result indicates it can speed up the research schedule.

项目综合管理策略在重症监护病房耐甲氧西林金黄色葡萄球菌感染防控中的应用

目的 探讨项目综合管理策略在重症监护病房(ICU)落实耐甲氧西林金黄色葡萄球菌(methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus,MRSA)感染防控措施中的应用效果,为降低MRSA医院感染发生率提供循证依据。方法 选取2020-01-2021-12月某三甲医院5个ICU中住院患者送检标本并经微生物培养分离出MRSA的患者为研究对象。2020年为基线调查,2021年实施项目综合管理策略。比较干预前后各项防控措施落实执行情况、手卫生依从性、患者MRSA检出情况和MRSA检出科室分布情况。结果 实施项目综合干预管理策略后,MRSA防控措施的落实情况优于干预前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。各类人员手卫生依从性均有提高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后患者MRSA检出率由35.71%降至27.73%。MRSA检出科室分布情况显示除呼吸内科ICU持平,其他ICU检出率均下降。结论 项目综合管理策略提高了MRSA感染防控措施的执行力和有效性,降低了MRSA检出率,减少了患者感染MRSA的风险,可保障医疗安全。

基于物理-事理-人理(WSR)系统方法论的TOT项目综合集成管理研究——以水电能源项目为例

水电能源项目是关系国计民生的重要工程,具有投资资金巨大、建设周期长、融资风险高等特点,TOT融资模式为其提供了一种新型的融资渠道。目前的TOT融资多是简单地进行项目融资,由于缺乏系统考虑,致使很多项目进行了一段时间之后,由于种种原因不得不中途停止或者项目利益相关方为其付出巨大的代价。将具有东方系统方法论特色的物理-事理-人理(WSR)系统方法论引进到TOT项目管理中来,尝试建立基于物理-事理-人理(WSR)系统方法论的TOT项目综合集成管理三维模型,将TOT项目管理的各方面利用系统论的观点有机地联系起来,实现TOT项目的综合集成管理。为检验集成管理的效果,建立了综合集成评价定量分析模型。

PDM系统与MS PROJECT系统集成研究和实践

分析PDM系统中项目管理与项目管理软件PROJECT系统集成的功能需求,在此基础上介绍两个系统之间的集成方案,并详细阐述此集成方案中的技术难点——PDM中的项目信息与PROJECT的MPP文件信息互动的实现方法。以KMPDM与PROJECT的集成为例说明此集成方案的实现过程及应用效果。

基于一体化项目管理团队模式的大型复杂项目合同管理研究

本文旨在探讨在大型复杂工程项目中应用一体化项目管理团队(Integrated Project Management Team,IPMT)模式的合同管理。通过问卷调研和专家访谈的方式,对深圳湾超级总部基地开发建设项目进行实地考察,分析IPMT模式下合同管理的重点问题。研究结果表明,大型复杂工程项目的目标排序依次为:安全、质量、成本、进度、环保、利益相关方需求、运维和信息化管理。为了确保项目的成功实施,应在合同中明确IPMT成员的责权利,并制定适当的合同管理体系和流程。

业财融合背景下公立医院全面预算管理实践探索

当前,我国多数公立医院已基本建立全面预算管理基础框架,如何进一步实现提档升级,是现阶段公立医院全面预算管理的重点。针对全面预算管理中预算编制与战略规划结合不紧密、医疗收入预算编制粗放、支出预算编制与绩效管理脱钩、预算执行效率不高、执行数据反馈信息维度单一、绩效管理深度广度不够等问题,样本医院从战略与预算结合、改革医疗业务收入预算编制方式、实施预算项目库、设置分级分类绩效管理指标、改善信息化建设等方面进行路径优化,着力落实全面预算管理。

基于工期-成本综合效用最大的关键链项目缓冲确定

为提高关键链中工期和成本的综合效用,研究一种基于关键链工期和成本进行双目标优化的缓冲确定方法。首先,该方法考虑项目不同工序间工期和成本之间的关系,并基于工期和成本的风险暴露度确定权重,解决不同工序间工期和成本偏好难以量化的问题;其次,根据权重多效用函数对工期和成本进行归一化处理,并确定综合效用最大情况下不同工序的最佳工期;最后基于尾部集中法确定项目缓冲。通过蒙特卡洛模拟实验,将此方法提取缓冲后的项目实际综合效用与传统方法进行比较。比较结果显示,该方法极大地提高项目中工期和成本的综合效用,并且对项目工期和成本均形成更有效的保护。

基于实景三维的综合交通体项目管理应用研究

研究目的:针对综合交通体工程涉及行业专业众多、统筹管理难度大、工序转换与接口工程复杂、动态管理与调度要求高等实际问题,本文以雄忻高铁雄安地下段及相关工程为背景,研究实景三维语义库、多源多维时空数据融合、实景三维可视化和时空关联影像等技术,实现基于实景三维的工程建设立体化、数字化和一体化管理,提升跨行业项目综合管理效能。研究结论:(1)设计了实景三维的技术架构,构建了适应多行业统一管理的工程语义库,可为基于实景三维元素精细化管理和分析提供有效支撑;(2)建立了实景三维时空管理成果库和真实三维场景序列库,丰富了管理场景表达维度,有助于加强现场管理;(3)依托综合交通枢纽工程开展应用实践,可在跨行业统筹调度和项目风险管控等方面发挥重要作用;(4)本研究成果可为跨行业工程项目管理提供借鉴和参考。
