Development of Bio-fertilizer Standard in China and Establishment of Standard System

Over the past decade,national standard and industry standard of bio-fertilizer have been gradually established in China. Moreover,the microbial fertilizer standard system with Chinese characteristics has been firstly established by China in the world. Development of bio-fertilizer standard,especially the amplification and modification of bio-fertilizer product standard and the construction of bio-fertilizer standard system,etc. were summarized in this paper. Meanwhile,relative suggestions of existing problems were put forward.

YD/T 1885-2009 Technical Requirements and Test Methods for Wired Headset Interface of Mobile Communication Terminal

The communications industrial standard YD/T 1885-2009 provides the types of headset interfaces, the performance requirements and test methods. Since the release of this standard, more and more manufacturers have adopted the concentric connector, which gives more choices to consumers and also has benefits on the environmental protection and the healthy development of the mobile terminal industry. Now, the universal headset interface has been included in the draft ITU-T recommendation P.381. lts internationalization will further enhance the universality of the mobile phone headset interlace. It is China＇s another great contribution to the international standardization following the standard of universal power adapter for mobile phones.

Priority of Factors Affected on Customer＇s Satisfaction in the E-Banking by Using Kano Model and Analytical Hierarchy Process： A Case of Iranian Commercial Bank

The aim of the article is to determine the extent to which customer satisfaction＇s in the e-banking in Semnan area had organizational and customer readiness for developing their services. One of the most important sectors that plays key role for grasping developed condition is banking sector. Banks like other institutions also look for augmenting their profits and increasing their strength by expansion. The designing of bank must involve selection of those that have sufficient success potential. Hence, from several factors of success, the following three criteria factors have been： selected-customer satisfied, one dimensional, and product fully functional. These factors offers three question multi criteria group extracted from a 16 norms. Also, three criteria factors have been studied over a period of five years and important criteria for evaluating the norms. The Analytical Hierarchy Process （AHP） has been employed to calculate the success potential of each norm. The empirical data comprises the longitudinal survey of the agricultural banking of the Semnan province. The paper, also, finds that product fully functional is placed as the first priority.

气体组分变化对超声波燃气表计量特性影响的试验与分析

作为燃气智能计量器具的超声波燃气表因量程宽、精度高、安全性好在市场上得到推广应用。随着天然气管网贯通全国,城镇燃气气源供应更加多元化,因此需要研究不同气体介质组分对超声波燃气计量精度的影响。通过实气流量标准装置试验,并基于行业标准JB/T12958-2016《家用超声波燃气表》,分析超声波燃气表空气与燃气计量准确度测试数据,得出不同燃气组分下,超声波燃气表的示值误差存在差异,因此要关注燃气组分变化对计量精度的影响。

On how to solve the problems in implementing the new Chinese accounting standards

With the execution of the new accounting standards, the standard of Chinese economic reflection has been internationalized. All the countries of economic integration in the world demand common accounting information so as to promote the multilateral effect. The new accounting standards in our country are carded out in complicated internal and external economic and political circumstances, which makes listed companies have to take a lot into consideration when they use them. This thesis mainly deals with the international and domestic accounting environment at present and how to treat the problems of the application of the new accounting standards that have appeared in the past one year. At the end of the paper, some suggestions and solutions to the problems are proposed for reference only.

Standard Costing and Cost Control in Nigerian Oil and Gas Industry

The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between standard costing and cost control in Nigerian oil and gas industry. This was achieved through a review of extant literature and development of hypotheses. The population for the study consisted of petroleum marketing companies listed in the Nigerian Stock Exchange Factbook of 2012. In order to generate the necessary data for this study, both primary and secondary methods of data collection were adopted. The primary data were collected through the administration of a questionnaire designed in a 5-point Likert scale, while the secondary data were sourced from the Nigerian Stock Exchange Factbook of 2011. The findings generated in this study revealed that a significant relationship exists between standard costing and cost control. It was observed that the more a firm practices standard costing, the more efficient is the firm in material, labor, and overhead costs. Based on the above findings, we recommended that oil and gas finns in Nigeria should adopt and apply standard costing in their accounting system so as to ensure the efficient use of resources for an effective control of costs.

Impact of International Networks on Standardization Process in Banking Industry： Example of Secure Electronic Transaction （SET） Initiative

The purpose of this article is to present and interpret the case study of the secure electronic transaction （SET） scheme of Internet security, as an illustration of the necessary construction of interoperability solutions for financial services. The interpretation of case data with actor network theory （ANT） provides an illustration of power coalitions among banks to create a de facto standard for transnational electronic payment security on the Internet. After a step of protecting its political interests and well-known technological solutions, the coalition understands that its mission becomes a matter of life and death for its members： Brand-new currency has been invented on the Web and one could develop business and monetary transactions without the banks. This interpretative stage tells us much about the transnational mechanisms of regulation and standardization as well as the ＂translation＂ steps regarding these transnational organizations. However, an additional step has to be added to this interpretative step, a step of framework construction. The aim is to help managers of the transnational firms involved in regulations and standardization to anticipate the evolutions and make relevant decisions. The framework has three distinctive characteristics： the ability to help conception, the ability to help conceive problems ＂ex ante＂, and the ability to facilitate collective conception of strategic maneuvers.

Performance of a Curtainwall in the Magnitude 6.3 Christchurch Earthquake of February 22, 2011

On February 22,2011, Christchurch in New Zealand experienced a magnitude 6.3 earthquake which devastated many of the buildings in the city, especially those made of masonry construction. Janus Facades was asked to inspect the facade of a fourteen storey building which had a curtainwall-clad tower and granite and tile cladding on the three storey podium. The unitised curtainwall was not well designed. It did not have adequately sized joints in accordance with industry standards to absorb seismic effects and it was never really weathertight. Most of the damage to the curtainwall was caused by the damaged structure. Damage to the structure and internal fittings was also observed.

A Criteria Model for Budgeting and Assessing Industrial Sites Location in Developing Economy

Industrial sites are selected in many of the developing countries without taking into consideration some pertinent criteria that are directly affecting the sustainability of such industries in the locations after commissioning. Industries are located in some areas based on political influence rather than facility availability that support industry＇s productivity. In this study a criteria model was developed for assessing the present industrial site locations based on predetermined influencing factors called criteria. In the model provision was made for the sorting out of deficient influencing factors for the purpose of upgrading them to the minimum level required called benchmark through periodical allocation of appropriate funds. In validating the model, identified industrial sites located in selected States of Nigeria were surveyed. Data were collected on factors such as power supply, marketability and raw malerial availability which were considered influential to the sustainability of industry＇s site in the respective areas. Data were analysed for the criteria identified along the line of industrial categories which included large-, medium-, and small-scales. Benchmarks, as well as levels of criteria in the respective regions were determined using statistical weighted averages and the results were used as input to the model. The output results of the model showed that none of the industrial sites located in the selected six States of the South-Western Nigeria were productivity supportive. However, a good performance was achieved in a site with a budget of S13 million （US Dollars） for the upgrading of the deficient facilities in the next three years.

The Accounting and Economic Effects of Currency Translation Standards： AASB 1012 vs. AASB 121

This paper1 empirically examines the accounting and the economic effects of foreign exchange rate fluctuations on the oil and gas industry under the former and the current translation accounting standards in Australia. Due to the unique features of the oil and gas industry and based on an analysis of the former standard-Australian Accounting Standards Board （AASB） 1012, the authors predict that a positive translation adjustment （the accounting effect） is associated with a loss, instead of a creation of the firm value （the economic effect） under AASB 1012. The authors also predict that the new standard AASB 121, adapted from the International Accounting Standard （IAS） 21 with modifications, will report translation adjustments that are consistent with the economic effects. By using Australia-based multinational oil and gas firms, the authors find that translation adjustments under AASB 1012 are inversely associated with firm value and that the relationship changes to a positive one under AASB 121. This study concludes that the new standard has the potential to improve the quality of the translation accounting information.
