The polycrystalline texture with different average grain size is produced from the Potts model. Then Ising model is implemented in the polycrystalline texture to produce the domain pattern and hysteresis loop. The domain patterns and hysteresis loops have been obtained for polycrystalline texture with different average grain size. From the results of domain pattern evolution process under an applied electric field using this scheme, an extended domain, which covers more than one grain with polarization aligned roughly in the same direction, has been observed during the polarization reversal. This scheme can well reproduce the basic properties of polycrystalline ferroelectrics and is a valuable tool for exploring the physical properties of polycrystalline ferroelectrics.展开更多

This paper also presents an automatic identification approach for customized instruction without input/output number constraints for multi-issue architectures. The approach identifies customized instructions using multiple attribute decision-making based on the analysis of several attributes for each candidate node. Tests indicate that the approach achieves higher speedup ratios than previous approaches, as well as less area cost. In addition, this approach provides designers with multiple candidate designs.展开更多

According to the universality of critical behavior, the Binder-like ratios and ratios of higher cumulants of order parameter near the critical temperature in the 3D-Ising model are studied. The Binder-like ratio is shown to be a step function of temperature. The critical point is the intersection of the ratios of different system sizes between two platforms. The normalized cumulant ratios, like the Skewness and Kurtosis, do not diverge with correlation length, contrary to the corresponding cumulants. Possible applications of these characters in locating critical point in relativistic heavy ion collisions are discussed.展开更多

文摘QCD deconfinement phase transition is supposed to be the same universality class as the 3D-Ising model.
