Synthesis and Crystal Structures of Two Metal-Radical Complexes

X-ray analysis reveal that the structures of both complexes are similar configuration and differently spatial symmetries. The complex <strong>1</strong> crystallizes in the triclinic <span style="font-family:" font-size:13.3333px;white-space:normal;"=""><i></i></span><i>P<span style="font-family:" Kaschin-Beck disease (KBD) could be exogeneous free radical induced endemic osteoarthropathy under conditions of lacking necessary antioxidant defences.especially selenium-cored defence in Chinese eco-en-vironment. Experimental evidences have been provided for the internal relations among previously suggested pathologic factors, i.e., selenium deficiency, organic matters of drinking waterand mycotoxins from contaminated grains, based on the facts that the former is a preventory factor while the others are exogenous freeradical carriers. ESR spectrum shows that these exogenous free radical carriers have a property of semi-quinone compounds and are toxic in in-vitro cartilage cell culture and animal tests in inducing lipid peroxidation process. 展开更多

为了研究过度训练状态下心肌组织损伤的变化规律,采用建立一般训练和过度训练大鼠模型,应用形态学手段和分子生化技术,对训练后两组大鼠心肌线粒体内钙含量、脂质过氧化反应产物丙二醛(MDA)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-px)、超... 为了研究过度训练状态下心肌组织损伤的变化规律,采用建立一般训练和过度训练大鼠模型,应用形态学手段和分子生化技术,对训练后两组大鼠心肌线粒体内钙含量、脂质过氧化反应产物丙二醛(MDA)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-px)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、心肌组织匀浆内酸性磷酸酶(AcidPhosphatase,ACP)和β葡萄糖醛酸酶(Beta-glucuronidase)做了定位和定量研究.结果表明,第4周末,一般训练组和过度训练组大鼠心肌线粒体内钙含量、MDA和GSH-px、SOD活性和心肌ACP、β-葡萄糖醛酸酶的活性未见异常改变(P>0.05).但是第8周末,过度训练组心肌线粒体内钙和MDA含量明显升高,GSH含量和SOD活性明显降低;心肌ACP和β葡萄糖醛酸酶明显增加.结果提示过度训练后心肌细胞发生了病理性变化,这些变化可能与线粒体内钙积聚和自由基损伤有关. 展开更多

目的 :观察枸橼酸铋钾联合克拉霉素和替硝唑根除幽门螺旋杆菌 (HP)感染的疗效。方法 :将12 2例幽门螺旋杆菌阳性的消化性溃疡病人随机分为两组 :治疗组用枸橼酸铋钾联合克拉霉素和替硝唑短程治疗一周 ;对照组用奥美拉唑联合头孢羟氨苄... 目的 :观察枸橼酸铋钾联合克拉霉素和替硝唑根除幽门螺旋杆菌 (HP)感染的疗效。方法 :将12 2例幽门螺旋杆菌阳性的消化性溃疡病人随机分为两组 :治疗组用枸橼酸铋钾联合克拉霉素和替硝唑短程治疗一周 ;对照组用奥美拉唑联合头孢羟氨苄和甲硝唑治疗二周。结果 :治疗组和对照组的HP根除率分别为 83 9%和 85 % ,溃疡愈合率分别为 85 5 %和 88 3% (p >0 0 5 )。结论 :枸橼酸铋钾联合克拉霉素和替硝唑能有效根除HP ,促进溃疡愈合 ,且不良反应少 ,疗程短 ,经费低 ,病人顺从性好 。 展开更多

目的探讨褪黑素(MT)对大鼠急性肺损伤(ALI)时肺脏的保护作用及其可能机制。方法将96只SD大鼠随机分为4组:对照组、脂多糖(LPS)组、地塞米松(DEX)和MT组,每组24只。采用气道内滴注LPS制备ALI大鼠模型;DEX和MT干预采用腹腔注... 目的探讨褪黑素(MT)对大鼠急性肺损伤(ALI)时肺脏的保护作用及其可能机制。方法将96只SD大鼠随机分为4组:对照组、脂多糖(LPS)组、地塞米松(DEX)和MT组,每组24只。采用气道内滴注LPS制备ALI大鼠模型;DEX和MT干预采用腹腔注射。分别于给药后3、6和12h活杀各组大鼠取肺组织标本,检测肺组织中髓过氧化物酶(MPO)和超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性及丙二醛(MDA)含量;用免疫组化方法检测核转录因子-κB(NF-κB)在肺组织的表达。结果LPS组各时间点SOD活性较对照组明显降低(P〈0.05或P〈0.01),而MPO活性与MDA含量以及NF-κB的表达则显著升高(P〈0.05或P〈0.01);应用MT及DEX均能显著缓解上述变化(P〈0.05或P〈0.01);上述各指标以6h变化最为显著,分别达到峰值或谷底。结论MT对ALI时肺脏的保护作用可能与MT清除自由基及抑制NF-κB的激活有关。 展开更多

Metal nanoclusters have shown great potential in photocatalysis,while simultaneous removal of both inorganic and organic contaminants by metal nanoclusters under visible light is less explored.Here,we synthesized Agm(SR)n(SR represents 3-mercaptopropyltriethoxysilane ligand) nanoclusters(~1 nm) via a reduction of silver triphenylphosphine under ambient conditions in the presence of 3-mercaptopropyltriethoxysilane.The nanocluster was characterized by UV-vis spectroscopy,high resolution transmission electron microscopy(HRTEM),Fourier transform infrared spectrum(FTIR),and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS).Under 5 W blue LED,the Agm(SR)n/P25 exhibits enhanced catalytic activity for simultaneous methyl orange(MO) oxidation and Cr(Ⅵ) reduction,and also for synchronous 4-chlorophenol oxidation and Cr(Ⅵ) reduction.Mechanism studies by electrochemical impedance spectroscopy(EIS),photoluminescence(PL),electron spin resonance(ESR) etc.and control experiments reveal that the unique structure of silver nanoclusters with thiolate ligands is vital to the high catalytic performance,and both the photo-generated holes and superoxide radicals are responsible for the decomposition of MO. 展开更多
