In this work, the characteristics of the photonic crystal tunneling injection quantum dot vertical cavity surface emitting lasers(Ph C-TIQD-VCSEL) are studied through analyzing a modified modulation transfer function. The function is based on the rate equations describing the carrier dynamics at different energy levels of dot and injector well. Although the frequency modulation response component associated with carrier dynamics in wetting layer(WL) and at excited state(ES) levels of dots limits the total bandwidth in conventional QD-VCSEL, our study shows that it can be compensated for by electron tunneling from the injector well into the dot in TIQD structure. Carrier back tunneling time is one of the most important parameters, and by increment of that, the bias current dependence of the total bandwidth will be insignificant. It is proved that at high bias current, the limitation of the WL-ES level plays an important role in reducing the total bandwidth and results in rollovers on 3-d B bandwidth-I curves. In such a way, for smaller air hole diameter of photonic crystal, the effect of this reduction is stronger. 展开更多

Injection molding is a complicated production technique for the manufacturing of polymer products. During injection molding, it's hard to predict molding quality; the injection molding parameters, such as mold temperature, melt temperature, packing pressure and packing time, affect the final properties of product. The cavity pressure is a significant key factor. Residual stress and injection molding weight are significantly affected by the cavity pressure. This study created an approach to predict weight of injection-molded by real-time online cavity pressure monitoring. This study uses a 6-inch with thickness lmm light guide panel and the largest area beneath the pressure curve of time as well as the maximum pressure as its characteristic. The upper and lower limits of the control are set to +2 standard deviations, and GUI (Graphical User Interface)-based LabVIEW software is used to perform calculation and analysis of the pressure curve. The results of the experiment show that the online internal cavity pressure monitoring system can effectively monitor the quality of the molded products. In 500 injection molding cycle tests, its error rate was less than 8%, whereas the deviation in mass of the molded products selected through the system's filtering process was successfully controlled to be within ±4%. 展开更多

Three-Dimensional Printing Conformal Cooling with Structural Lattices for Plastic Injection Molding

The design of three-dimensional printing based conformal cooling channels(CCCs)in injection molding holds great significance.Compared to CCCs,conformal cooling(CC)cavity solutions show promise in delivering enhanced cooling performance for plastic products,although they have been underexplored.In this research,CC cavity is designed within the mold geometry,reinforced by body-centered cubic(BCC)lattice structures to enhance mechanical strength.Three distinct BCC lattice variations have been integrated into the CC cavity:the BCC structure,BCC with cubes,and BCC with pillars.The thermal performances of the BCC lattice-added CC cavity are assessed numerically after experimental validation.To provide feasible solutions from viewpoints of thermal performances,various BCC lattice structure thicknesses are analyzed in the range of 0.8–1.2mm.Thermal simulation outcomes reveal that thicker lattice structures enhance mechanical strength but simultaneously lead to an increase in cooling time.Upon examining all the proposed CC cavity solutions supported by BCC,the cooling times range from 2.2 to 4 s,resulting in a reduction of 38.6%to 66.1%when compared to conventional straightdrilled channels.In contrast to CCCs,CC cavities have the potential to decrease the maximum temperature nonuniformity from 8.5 to 6 K.Nevertheless,the presence of lattice structures in CC cavity solutions results in an elevated pressure drop,reaching 2.8MPa,whereas the results for CCCs remain below2.1MPa. 展开更多

The polarization switching(PS) and polarization bistability(PB) characteristics of a 1550-nm vertical-cavity surfaceemitting laser(VCSEL) subjected to orthogonal optical injection are systematically investigated.The simulated results show that the PS and polarization-resolved nonlinear dynamical states of the VCSEL are critically dependent on the changing paths of the injected power.The polarization dynamics for different scanning directions of the injected power is presented to explain the polarization evolution during the formation of PS.In the case of forward scanning injected power,with the increase of frequency detuning level between the VCSEL and the injected light,the injected power required for PS gradually increases for negative frequency detuning but exhibits fluctuations for positive frequency detuning.In the case of reversely scanning injected power,the injected power required for PS displays fluctuant changes within the whole frequency detuning range.Specifically,PS may disappear under certain negative frequency detuning and large bias current.Furthermore,the hysteresis width as a function of the frequency detuning is calculated,and the regions for the appearance and disappearance of PB have been determined in the parameter space of the bias current and frequency detuning. 展开更多

Polarization switching (PS) dynamics and synchronization performances of two mutually coupled vertical-cavity surface-emitting lasers (VCSELs) are studied theoretically in this paper. A group of dimensionless rate equations is derived to describe our model. While analysing the PS characteristics, we focus on the effects of coupling rate and frequency detuning regarding different mutual injection types. The results indicate that the x-mode injection defers the occurrence of PS, while the y-mode injection leads the PS to occur at a lower current. Strong enough polarization-selective injection can suppress the PS. Moreover, if frequency detuning is considered, the effects of polarization-selective mutual injection will be weakened. To evaluate the synchronization performance, the correlation coefficients and output dynamics of VCSELs with both pure mode and mixed mode polarizations are given. It is found that performance of complete synchronization is sensitive to the frequency mismatch but it is little affected by mixed mode polarizations, which is opposite to the case of injection-locking synchronization. 展开更多

The effects on the local skin friction of smooth flat plate by formation of air cavity are investigated experimentally,under the conditions of several variations of air injection angle,pore size,porous surface area and transverse step.The experimental results show that local skin friction of downstream of the porous section could be reduced at extent ranging from 50% to 90%,by injection air through pore or slot,with free stream velocities from 2 to 6 m/s.The pore size and area of air injection surface have small effect on skin friction reduction,step has significant effect on skin friction reduction.The mechanism of the skin friction reduction is due to the formation of air cavity,mixed with air and water,between the flat plate and its water boundary layer. 展开更多

The equivalent circuit of single-cavity multiple-device fundamentaloscillator(SCMDFO)and that of single-device harmonic oscillator(SDHO)proposed byK.Kurokawa and K.Solbach,respectively,are extended and applied to a single-cavitymultiple-device harmonic oscillator(SCMDHO).By means of describing the functions ofnonlinearity of Gunn diodes,the performances of the SCMDHO are analyzed.It is foundthat the voltage amplitudes are similar to those of SDHO,and the ratio of maximum pow-er of harmonic to that of fundamental is identical to that in SDHO when the devices havesame parameters.The harmonic injection locking behavior is also investigated.The injec-tion locking range is greater than that of SDHO if locking gain remains constant.A2-Gunn diode harmonic oscillator was designed.It delivers 30mW output power at103GHz.The mechanical tuning range is 4.15GHz when the output power remains morethan 10mW.The desired operation mode is stable. 展开更多

为提高水平盐穴储库单井后退式溶腔建腔速率,通过相似模型试验与数值计算开展建腔期注水方向对腔内流体运移规律影响研究。数值模拟结果表明:注入淡水接触腔内卤水后浓度会迅速升高,当浓度达到23%左右变为缓慢升高;上下同时入射有利于... 为提高水平盐穴储库单井后退式溶腔建腔速率,通过相似模型试验与数值计算开展建腔期注水方向对腔内流体运移规律影响研究。数值模拟结果表明:注入淡水接触腔内卤水后浓度会迅速升高,当浓度达到23%左右变为缓慢升高;上下同时入射有利于快速溶腔,垂直向下入射有利于建造更大腔体。相似模型试验流体运移规律与数值模拟基本一致,证明了数值模型的正确性。试验发现:腔内流体主要分为羽流区、边界溶解区、对流扩散区和底部饱和区4个区域;改变注水方向使羽流区流体浓度和流速改变,进而影响边界溶解区高度,与水平入射相比,垂直向上入射、上下型入射、四周型入射和垂直向下入射高度增加了22.2%、26.9%、51.1%、135.6%;改变注水方向使淡水初始向下流速改变,进而改变底部饱和区高度,与水平入射相比,垂上、四周、上下、垂下入射高度降低0%、12.9%、29.9%、70.1%。 展开更多

为提高超深断控碳酸盐岩油藏的开发效益,通过开展大尺寸岩样力学实验,揭示高角度—近直立断裂面变形与连通机理;基于高压注水提采的力学与流动耦合原理,通过地质力学建模,明确了断控碳酸盐岩油藏现今地应力场和断裂活动性分布规律;发现... 为提高超深断控碳酸盐岩油藏的开发效益,通过开展大尺寸岩样力学实验,揭示高角度—近直立断裂面变形与连通机理;基于高压注水提采的力学与流动耦合原理,通过地质力学建模,明确了断控碳酸盐岩油藏现今地应力场和断裂活动性分布规律;发现不同方位的断裂活动性以及不同部位的缝洞体连通性有明显差异,进而分析了不同井眼轨迹的开发效果,提出了地质工程一体化工作方法,科学指导井眼轨迹设计和注水方案优化。结果表明:①走滑断裂变形中的大尺度破碎体和高角度裂缝系统是影响储层品质的关键因素,高压注水一方面能够激活先存裂缝,一方面还能在先存裂缝基础上发生延伸扩展,甚至可以产生新的裂缝,促进了断控缝洞体在纵横向上的互相连通;②高压注水过程中断裂体内部发生力学与流动之间的耦合变化,渗流环境得到改善,通过循环举升,从而提高油气采收率;③根据断裂体形态、产状以及断裂面动态剪切变形连通性,可优选定向井最佳井点和井眼轨迹,并优化注水方案;④塔里木盆地断控油藏试验区通过高压注水,采收率提高5个百分点,该方法为超深断控型油藏高效开发提供了较好的理论依据和技术支撑。 展开更多

在分析某矿用无线采集仪外壳工艺性能的基础上,采用分体式结构和一模两腔布局,设计了一副定模滑块抽芯的三板式双色模具。为实现此产品的先后两次注射成型,设计了两组不同结构的型腔和两组相同结构的型芯;针对该产品部分外表面位于动模... 在分析某矿用无线采集仪外壳工艺性能的基础上,采用分体式结构和一模两腔布局,设计了一副定模滑块抽芯的三板式双色模具。为实现此产品的先后两次注射成型,设计了两组不同结构的型腔和两组相同结构的型芯;针对该产品部分外表面位于动模型腔的设计难题,采用定模抽芯的方法将前壳类圆锥外表面的下半部分转为定模型腔成型,设计了定模“弯销+滑块”抽芯结构;针对前壳的型芯较高且根部存在窄缝的情况,将此型芯设计成镶件,节省了高价材料且便于加工。两次注射成型的浇注系统均采用单一点浇口进料的点浇口浇注系统,并利用软件Moldflow2021分析确定了合适浇口的位置,验证了浇注系统设计的合理性,进而可减少修模次数。针对该产品内螺纹倒扣的设计难点,将螺纹型芯设计成活动镶件,即在定模滑块和螺纹型芯内部加工带凸起的六方通孔,用销钉将带凹槽的六方轴固定于滑块,螺纹型芯可通过六方孔套入或抽出六方轴,由此简化了模具结构。该模具已投入生产,其运行顺畅、平稳,生产的双色产品质量良好。 展开更多

煤炭地下气化是目前温度最高(超过1200℃)的化石能源非常规开发方式,中深层(本文指埋深800~1500 m)煤炭地下气化在提高气化压力、降低地质安全风险方面优势明显,科学预测气化腔安全宽度对保障气化稳定运行十分重要,由于目前基于可控注... 煤炭地下气化是目前温度最高(超过1200℃)的化石能源非常规开发方式,中深层(本文指埋深800~1500 m)煤炭地下气化在提高气化压力、降低地质安全风险方面优势明显,科学预测气化腔安全宽度对保障气化稳定运行十分重要,由于目前基于可控注入点后退(CRIP)工艺的气化腔安全宽度计算方法尚未建立,为保证现场试验顺利实施,需要开展针对性研究。气化腔顶板“裸露”在气化腔后会受到高温影响,通过数值模拟方法研究了压应力约束条件下岩石内部热应力产生位置以及颗粒、基质热膨胀系数差异对热应力大小的影响规律,结合高温处理后的岩石电镜扫描结果,查明了高温下岩石热损伤机理。根据CRIP气化工艺造腔特点,建立了考虑高温影响的气化腔顶板薄板模型,结合“关键层”理论提出了气化腔安全宽度计算方法。研究表明:岩石热损伤是岩石物理化学反应与热应力互相促进、共同作用的结果,高温下岩石发生不规则变形,岩石热损伤引起的微观结构变化是导致岩石力学性质、物理性质变化的根本原因。岩石的最大拉张热应力出现在颗粒界面或热膨胀系数较小的颗粒中,颗粒与基质热膨胀系数比值在[0.01~1)时,最大拉张热应力随颗粒热膨胀系数减小而快速增加。泥岩加热到200℃时开始出现微裂隙;加热到400℃时裂隙发育更加明显,主要是沿颗粒边缘破裂;加热到600~800℃时,裂隙数量增多、尺寸变大;加热到1000℃时,除出现较大裂隙外,还产生了大量孔隙;1200℃时裂隙连通性明显增加,气孔发育较大。由于高温的影响,薄板模型的步距准数不再是定值,需要根据气化腔顶板热破坏范围与顶板硬岩层的空间位置关系确定具体数值。气化腔安全宽度受温度影响,在研究算例中,砂岩顶板在35、1000℃时安全宽度计算结果分别为34.3 m和14.1 m,相差达58.9%,泥岩顶板在35、1000℃时安全宽度计算结果分别为16.7 m和15.9 m,相差4.8%。最后从降低顶板垮落风险、有利于气化控制角度,提出了煤层纵向靶区位置的确定方法,当煤层厚度超过气化腔安全宽度一半时,建议将水平井纵向靶区设计在距离煤顶不超过气化腔安全宽度一半的位置。 展开更多

目的:探究关节腔靶向注射臭氧联合中药外敷治疗早期类风湿关节炎膝关节病变的临床效果。方法:回顾性选取九江市第一人民医院2022年6月—2023年9月收治的80例早期类风湿关节炎膝关节病变患者,根据治疗方案将其分为联合组(n=47)和对照组(n... 目的:探究关节腔靶向注射臭氧联合中药外敷治疗早期类风湿关节炎膝关节病变的临床效果。方法:回顾性选取九江市第一人民医院2022年6月—2023年9月收治的80例早期类风湿关节炎膝关节病变患者,根据治疗方案将其分为联合组(n=47)和对照组(n=33),对照组采用临床常规治疗方案,即采用曲安奈德进行关节腔注射治疗,联合组采用关节腔靶向注射臭氧联合中药外敷治疗。均治疗3周。比较两组疗效;比较两组治疗前后的C反应蛋白(CRP)、抗环瓜氨酸多肽抗体(ACCP)、类风湿因子(RF)和甘露聚糖结合凝集素(MBL)水平;比较两组治疗前后的视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分及关节超声评估情况。结果:联合组总有效率为93.62%,高于对照组的72.73%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组血清RF、CRP、ACCP水平均低于治疗前,且联合组均低于对照组;两组血清MBL水平均高于治疗前,且联合组高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组髌上囊积液深度、髌上囊滑膜厚度、VAS评分均低于治疗前,且联合组均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:关节腔靶向注射臭氧联合中药外敷治疗早期类风湿关节炎膝关节病变的效果较好,可以显著改善患者的血清学指标和疼痛程度,并减轻膝关节病变。 展开更多

激素不同给药途径治疗突发性聋疗效观察

目的观察激素不同给药途径治疗突发性聋的疗效。方法回顾性分析海宁市中医院2021年4月~2024年4月间90例(90耳)突发性聋患者的病历资料,根据糖皮质激素用药方案分为静脉注射组26例(26耳)、鼓室注射组31例(31耳)、耳后注射组33例(33耳),... 目的观察激素不同给药途径治疗突发性聋的疗效。方法回顾性分析海宁市中医院2021年4月~2024年4月间90例(90耳)突发性聋患者的病历资料,根据糖皮质激素用药方案分为静脉注射组26例(26耳)、鼓室注射组31例(31耳)、耳后注射组33例(33耳),均予以营养神经甲钴胺及认知行为疗法,此外分别予以地塞米松磷酸钠注射液静脉注射、经鼓膜穿刺注射、耳后注射,比较三组治疗疗效及治疗前后平均纯音听阈值(PTA)、主观症状视觉模拟量表(VAS)评分及不良反应。结果静脉注射组痊愈、显效、有效、无效分别为4例(15.38%)、6例(23.08%)、7例(26.92%)、9例(34.62%),鼓室注射组分别为14例(45.16%)、8例(25.81%)、4例(12.90%)、5例(16.13%),耳后注射组分别为21例(63.64%)、9例(27.27%)、2例(6.06%)、1例(3.03%)。总有效率比较,耳后注射组高于静脉注射组(P<0.05),静脉注射组与鼓室注射组、鼓室注射组与耳后注射组比较,差异均无统计意义(P>0.05);总显效率比较,鼓室注射组、耳后注射组均高于静脉注射组(P<0.05),且耳后注射组高于鼓室注射组(P<0.05);三组患者治疗后PTA及耳鸣、耳闷感VAS评分均较治疗前下降,且鼓室注射组、耳后注射组均低于静脉注射组,耳后注射组低于鼓室注射组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);三组治疗期间均未见严重的全身不良反应,静脉注射组出现5例胃肠道不适,3例血小板增加,总发生率30.77%,鼓室注射组、耳后注射组仅出现局部不良反应,其中鼓室注射组治疗期间出现眩晕10例次,出血1例次,耳鸣2例次,不良反应总发生率41.94%,耳后注射组出现眩晕2例次,出血2例次,耳鸣1例次,不良反应总发生率15.15%,鼓室注射组不良反应总发生率高于耳后注射组(P<0.05)。结论耳后注射治疗突发性聋总显效率更高,治疗后听力及耳鸣、耳闷感改善均优于静脉注射和鼓室注射,且不良反应发生率显著低于鼓室注射,提示耳后注射途径在疗效和安全性方面具有优势。 展开更多

提出了一种基于电流调制弱谐振腔法布里珀罗激光器在外部光注入下产生光学频率梳的方案,实验研究了关键参量对所产生的光学频率梳性能的影响。在该方案中,首先采用频率为1.6 GHz(激光器弛豫振荡频率)、功率为19 dBm的正弦信号直接电流... 提出了一种基于电流调制弱谐振腔法布里珀罗激光器在外部光注入下产生光学频率梳的方案,实验研究了关键参量对所产生的光学频率梳性能的影响。在该方案中,首先采用频率为1.6 GHz(激光器弛豫振荡频率)、功率为19 dBm的正弦信号直接电流调制弱谐振腔法布里珀罗激光器,使其进入增益开关状态;进一步引入单光注入以及双光注入以获取高性能光学频率梳。实验研究结果表明:采用单光注入时,在合适的注入光功率条件下,连续变化注入光波长可使产生的光学频率梳的中心波长在1525~1560 nm内实现连续调谐。光学频率梳的梳线数目呈现周期性变化,变化周期为激光器的纵模间距0.28 nm(35 GHz);在给定注入光波长条件下,逐渐增加注入光功率,光学频率梳的梳线数目先在一个较高水平附近振荡,然后急剧下降,最后趋于平缓,而光学频率梳的载噪比呈现先增加后饱和的趋势;在优化单光注入参数条件下,获得了梳线功率在10 dB变化范围内包含49根梳线的光学频率梳。引入额外的注入光构建双光注入,在优化的参数条件下,获得了梳线功率在10 dB变化范围内包含92根梳线的光学频率梳。最后,对单光注入和双光注入以及不同注入波长间距的双光注入所产生的光学频率梳各梳齿之间的相干性进行了分析,发现各种光注入方式下所产生的光学频率梳各梳齿之间均具有强的相干性,其拍频信号中基频的单边带相位噪声均处于−125.0 dBc/Hz@10 kHz左右的水平。 展开更多
