The crystal is of monoclinic, space group P21/n with a = 8.7148(15), b = 8.6142(17), c = 15.204(3) A, fl= 92.100(10)°, V= 1140.6(4) A3, Z= 2, Mr = 572.87, Dc= 1.668 g/cm3, F(000) = 572, /t = 1.004 mm-l, the final R = 0.0654 and wR = 0.1429 for 1737 observed reflections (I 〉 2σ(I)). The cadmium atom is coordinated equatorially by four nitrogen atoms from four bte ligands and axially by two nitrogen atoms from two dca anions to adopt a distorted octahedral geometry. Complex 1 belongs to the triclinic system, P space group, with a = 8.9830(6), b = 10.0579(6), c = 10.2479(9) , α = 98.837(6), β = 115.975(8), γ = 106.370(6)°, V = 756.30(11) 3 and Z = 2; complex 2 crystallizes in monoclinic, space group P21/c, with a = 7.0332(3), b = 14.9947(7), c = 15.9689(7) ?, β = 97.1170(10)°, V = 1671.12(13) ?3 and Z = 4. Compounds 1 and 2 based on the same N/O-donor ligands show different structures. Their molecular structures and the packing of 1 have been determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction analysis. The Cu(II) in 1 is bridged by two ligand forming an infinite one-dimensional chain like structure and L in I adopts a different conformation from its free state. 1 belongs to monoclinic, space group P2(1)/n, a = 1.2896(3) nm, b = 1.2552(8) nm, c = 2.2903(19) nm, beta = 93.04(5)degrees, Z = 4, V = 3.702(4) nm(3). The TG and DTG experiments showed that the uncoordinated H2O can be removed at low temperature by heating, and it does not decompose until 250 degreesC.展开更多

Complex 1 was characterized by elemental analysis, IR spectroscopy and X-ray single-crystal diffraction. Complex 1 crystallizes in triclinic, space group P1, with a = 9.9145(10), b = 13.2211(13), c = 15.4363(15) nm, a = 87.0250(10), β = 88.3220(10), γ = 83.8240(10)°, V= 2008.4(3) nm3, Z = 2, Dc = 1.505 Mg/m3, F(000) = 944, g = 1.125 mm^-1, S = 1.030, the final R = 0.0336 and wR = 0.0790. 1,2-Bis(salicylidenamino)ethane loaded onto sodium dodecyl sulfate-coated alumina was used as a new chelating sorbent for the preconcentration of traces of Pb(Ⅱ) and Cu(Ⅱ) prior to atomic absorption spectromet...1,2-Bis(salicylidenamino)ethane loaded onto sodium dodecyl sulfate-coated alumina was used as a new chelating sorbent for the preconcentration of traces of Pb(Ⅱ) and Cu(Ⅱ) prior to atomic absorption spectrometric determination. The influence of pH, flow rates of sample and eluent solutions, and foreign ions on the recovery of Pb(Ⅱ) and Cu(Ⅱ) by this sorbent has been studied. The retained ions were eluted with 4 mol·L nitric acid and determined by electrothermal atomic absorption spectrometry (ETAAS). The data of limit of detection (3σ) for Pb(Ⅱ) and Cu(Ⅱ) were found to be 8.57 and 2.69 ng·L^-1 respectively, while the enrichment factor for both ions was 100. The proposed method was successfully applied to determination of lead and copper in different water samples.展开更多
