The crystal structure of the title compound ethyl 3-(4-chlorophenyl)-3,4-dihydro-6- methyl-4-oxo-2-(pyrrolidin-1-yl)furo[2,3-d]pyrimidine-5-carboxylate (C20H20ClN3O4, Mr= 401.84) has been prepared and determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction. The crystal is of monoclinic, space group P21/n with a = 20.6215(9), b = 8.5311(4), c = 21.6886(9) A^°, β = 91.607(1)°, V = 3814.0(3)A^°^3, Z = 8, Dc = 1.400 g/cm^3, F(000) = 1680, μ = 0.233 mm^-1, R = 0.0718 and wR = 0.1545 for 6717 observed reflections with I 〉 2σ(I). The crystal structure of the title compound(C19H15F3N2O2,Mr = 360.33) was determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction.The crystal belongs to triclinic,space group P1,with a = 6.5604(7),b = 13.9614(16),c = 18.1790(18) ,α = 102.749(7),β = 97.542(6),γ = 94.355(4)°,V = 1600.5(3) 3,Z = 4,Dc = 1.495 g/cm3,λ(MoKα) = 0.71070,F(000) = 744,μ(MoKα) = 0.122 mm-1,R = 0.0434 and wR = 0.1051.A total of 7590 unique reflections were collected,of which 5429 with |F|2 ≥ 2σ|F|2 were observed.The two cyclohexene rings in the molecule adopt boat-boat conformations with the deviations of ring atoms C(9) and C10 from the C(5)/C(6)/C(7)/C(8) plane(Ⅰ) by 1.1204(0.0023) and 1.1132(0.0023) ,respectively,whereas from the C(2)/C(3)/C(5)/C(8) plane(Ⅱ) by 1.1627(0.0022) and 1.1818(0.0021) ,respectively.In the cyclopropane and lactam rings,atoms C(11) and N(1) point towards the double bond of C(9)-C(10) and the dihedral angle between the ring plane(Ⅲ) containing C(1),C(2),C(3) and C(4) and plane(IV) consisting of C(6),C(7) and C(11) is 55.76(0.07)°.The dihedral angles between planes Ⅳ and Ⅰ and Ⅱ and Ⅲare 63.58(0.07)° and 58.10(0.06)°,respectively.The dihedral angle between the benzene ring C(13)~ C(18) and plane Ⅳ is 42.41(0.06)°. 展开更多

Dimethylaminophenyl)-5-fluoro-6-(morpholin-4-yl)-1H-benzimidazole(1) has been synthesized and characterized by H-NMR, MS and elemental analysis. UV-Vis spectra of the 1 aqueous solutions at different pH values reveal that compound 1 can combine three protons. Its three protonation constants are determined by spectrophotometry and calculated by non-linear least squares. The results of steady-state fluorescence measurements indicate that a special interaction occurs between compound 1 and calf thymus DNA, of which the binding constant, Kb, is (2.30 ± 0.10)×l04 L/mol. Compound 1 in the concentration range of 10-8 to 1.2×10-6 mol/L could be used for quantitative determination of DNA. 展开更多

Condensation of D-glucose, o-phenylenediamine and N,N-benzylphenylhydrazine hydrochloride (NNBPHH) in a one-pot reaction, or condensation of 2-(D-arabino-tetritol-1-yl) quinoxaline and NNBPHH, gave 3-(D-erythro-glycerol-1- yl)-1-phenyl-1H-pyrazolo[3,4-b]quinoxaline. The structure of the latter was determined by 1H NMR spectroscopy and by synthesis using phenylhydrazine hydrochloride instead of NNBPHH. Condensation of D-glucose and 4,5-dichloro-o-phenylenediamine gave 6,7-dichloro-2-(D-arabino-tetritol-1-yl)quinoxaline, which upon condensation with NNBPHH gave the corresponding 6,7-dichloro-3-(D-erythro-glycerol-1-yl)-1-phenyl-1H-pyrazolo[3,4-b]quinoxaline. 5-HT_(1A)receptor is associated with a variety of pathophysiology of neuropsychiatric disorders.Accordingly,we have synthesized a new 5-HT_(1A) receptor ligand(HYNIC-MPP4)and labeled it with^(99m)Tc using N-(2-hydroxy... 5-HT_(1A)receptor is associated with a variety of pathophysiology of neuropsychiatric disorders.Accordingly,we have synthesized a new 5-HT_(1A) receptor ligand(HYNIC-MPP4)and labeled it with^(99m)Tc using N-(2-hydroxyethyl)ethylenediaminetriacetic acid(HEDTA)as coligand.^(99m)Tc-HEDTA/HYNIC-MPP4 was prepared under pH 6 at room temperature.Biodistribution of^(99m)Tc-HEDTA/HYNIC-MPP4 in normal mice showed that this complex had moderate brain uptake(0.60%ID·g^(-1)at 2 min p.i.)and good retention.The hippocampus had the highest radioactivity uptake at 2 min p.i.(1.84%ID·g^(-1)).The ratio of Hipp/CB was 3.1 at 2 min p.i.and increased to 4.4 at 60 min p.i.After blocking with 8-hydroxy-2-(dipropylamino)tetralin,the uptake of hippocampus was decreased significantly from 1.84%ID·g^(-1) to 0.53%ID·g^(-1) at 2 min p.i.,while the cerebellum had no significant decrease.This^(99m)Tc complex could be a potent agent for 5-HT_(1A) receptor imaging. 展开更多

White organic light-emitting diodes (WOLEDs) with a structure of indium-tin-oxide (ITO)/N,N'-bis- (1-naphthyl)-N,N'-diphenyl- (1, 1'-biphenyl)-4,4'-diamine (NPB)/1,2,3,4,5,6-hexakis(9,9-diethyl-9H-fluoren-2- yl)benzene (HKEthFLYPh)/5,6,11,12-tetraphenylnaphtacene (rubrene)/tris(8-hydroxyquinoline) aluminum (Alq3)/Mg:Ag were fabricated by vacuum deposition method, in which a novel star-shaped hexafluorenyl- benzene HKEthFLYPh was used as an energy transfer layer, and an ultrathin layer of rubrene was inserted between HKEthFLYPh and Alq3 layers as a yellow light-emitting layer instead of using a time-consuming doping process. A fairly pure WOLED with Commissions Internationale De L'Eclairage (CIE) coordinates of (0.32, 0.33) was obtained when the thickness of rubrene was 0.3 nm, and the spectrum was insensitive to the applied voltage. The device yielded a maximum luminance of 4816 cd/m2 at 18 V. 展开更多
