X-ray diffraction reveals that a single phase of perovskite is formed. The investigation of the electrical properties suggests that La0.7Sr0.3CuO3-δ has the highest electrical conductivity. La0.7Sr0.3CuO3-δ powder was mixed with different amount SDC (Sm0.15Ce0.85O1.925) powder (5wt.%-30wt.%) as composite cathodes. Electrochemical properties of the composite cathodes were researched further. Investigation suggests that the addition of appropriate amount SDC to La0.7Sr0.3CuO3-δ can improve the electrochemical properties and obtain better cathodic performance. Using La0.7Sr0.3CuO3-δ-SDC composite materials as a cathode based on SDC electrolyte, higher current density and power density at intermediate temperatures can be obtained. 展开更多

为提高高频水声换能器的性能,提出了一种基于1-1-3型压电复合材料的带有梯形匹配层的水声换能器设计。应用有限元方法分析了有无匹配层对复合材料电性能、辐射端振动位移的影响。并研制了带匹配层和不带匹配层的2种水声换能器。测试结... 为提高高频水声换能器的性能,提出了一种基于1-1-3型压电复合材料的带有梯形匹配层的水声换能器设计。应用有限元方法分析了有无匹配层对复合材料电性能、辐射端振动位移的影响。并研制了带匹配层和不带匹配层的2种水声换能器。测试结果显示引入匹配层使得水声换能器在谐振频率为360 kHz时最大发送电压响应达到169.4 dB,接收电压灵敏度为-190 dB,-3 dB下接收信号带宽最大可达70 kHz,最大声源级达到208 dB。发送电压响应比没有匹配层的换能器提高了3.8 dB、声源级提高了6 dB、接收带宽拓宽了1.45倍。 展开更多

Synthesis of M1-3xAl2O4:Eu2+x/Dy3+ 2x(M^2+= Sr^2+, Ca^2+ and Ba^2+) phosphors with long-lasting phosphorescence properties via co-precipitation method 被引量:1

The long afterglow fluorescent material of M1-3xAl2O4:Eu2+ x/Dy3+2x(M2+= Sr2+, Ca2+ and Ba2+) phosphors are successfully synthesized by calcining precursor obtained via co-precipitation method at 1300oC for 4 h with reducing atmosphere (20% H2 and 80% N2). The phase evolution, morphology and afterglow fluorescent properties are systematically studied by the various instruments of XRD, FE-SEM, PLE/PL spectroscopy and fluorescence decay analysis. The PL spectra shows that the Sr1-3xAl2O4:Eu2+x/Dy3+ 2x phosphors display vivid green emission at s519 nm (4f65d1!4f7 transition of Eu2+) with monitoring of the maximum excitation wavelength at s334 nm (8S7=2!6IJ transition of Eu2+), among which the optimal concentration of Eu2+ and Dy3+ is 15 at.% and 30 at.%, respectively. The color coordinates and temperature of Sr1-3xAl2O4:Eu2+ x/Dy3+ 2x phosphors are approximately at (s0.27, s0.57) and s6700 K, respectively. On the above basis, the M0:55Al2O4:Eu2+ 0:15/Dy3+ 0:3 (M2+= Ca2+ and Ba2+) phosphors is obtained by the same method. The PL spectra of these phosphors shows the strongest blue emission at s440 nm and cyan emission at s499 nm under s334 nm wavelength excitation, respectively, which are blue shifted comparing to Sr1??3xAl2O4:Eu2+ x/Dy3+ 2x phosphors. The color coordinates and temperatures of M0:55Al2O4:Eu2+ 0:15/Dy3+ 0:3 (M2+= Ca2+ and Ba2+) phosphors are approximately at (s0.18, s0.09), s2000 K and (s0.18, s0.42), s11600 K, respectively. In this work, long afterglow materials of green, blue and cyan aluminates phosphors with excellent properties have been prepared, in order to obtain wide application in the field of night automatic lighting and display. 展开更多

Two kinds of Nd 1+ x Ba 2- x Cu 3O 7- δ , the sintered samples and zone melted samples, were treated in pure Ar at 950 ℃. The substitution of Nd ions for Ba ions in the Nd 1+ x Ba 2- x Cu 3O 7- δ before and after the heat treatment was investigated by XRD. In order to know the effects of heat treatment, the T c and J c of samples with and without the heat treatment in Ar were comparatively studied. The results show that the substitution of Nd for Ba decreases, whereas T c and J c increase after the treatment. The Nd 1+ x Ba 2- x Cu 3O 7- δ samples were oxygenated in pure oxygen at 300 ℃ . Based on the XRD spectra it was found that the samples with x <0.4 can transform from tetragonal phase into orthorhombic phase after the oxygenation, whereas in the sample with x >0.4 no phase transition occurs even after a long time oxygenation. 展开更多

La0.8Sr0.2Co1-yFeyO3-δ (y=0.2, 0.4, 0.6, 0.8) powders were synthesized by ethylenediamine tetraacetic acid (EDTA) complexing sol-gel process. The powders were characterized via X-ray diffraction (XRD) and scanning electron microscope and energy dispersive X-ray spectroscopy (SEM-EDS). The results showed that single-phased perovskite-type oxide powders with small particle size were obtained by the process, and the compositions of the productions agreed with the designed molar ratio. The electronic conductivity and ionic conductivity of La0.8Sr0.2Co1-yFeyO3-δ were investigated by DC four-terminal method and AC impedance spectroscopy, respectively. The electronic conductivity of La0.8Sr0.2Co1-yFeyO3-δ is approximately 2~4 orders of magnitude higher than the ionic conductivity. It was confirmed that the conductivities of the materials were strongly influenced by the composition anions, temperature and sample preparing process. 展开更多

Piezoelectric properties and related figures of merit are studied in novel 1-3-type composites based on ferroelectric domain-engineered lead-free single crystal with the relatively large longitudinal piezoelectric coefficient d_(33).Relationships between the piezoelectric properties and the set of figures of merit are analyzed for the 1-3 and 1-3-0 composites that contain the same single-crystal and polymer components.For a composite characterized by 1-3-0 connectivity,an influence of a porous piezo-passive matrix on the figures of merit and their volume-fraction behavior is considered additionally.A large anisotropy of figures of merit is observed in the 1-3-0 composite with specific porous matrices.A diagram is put forward to show volume-fraction regions of the large anisotropy of figures of merit of the studied 1-3-0 composite.Due to large figures of merit and their considerable anisotropy,the studied lead-free composites can be applied in piezoelectric energy-harvesting systems,sensors,transducers,and so on. 展开更多

Layered F-doped cathode materials 0.3 Li_2 MnO_3-0.7 LiMn_(1/3)Ni_(1/3)CO_(1/3))O_(2-x)F_x(x = 0, 0.01, 0.02, 0.03, 0.04,0.05) microspheres made up of nanosized primary grains were prepared through co-precipitation method. The sample of x = 0.02 demonstrates a large discharge capacity of226 mAh g^(-1) over 100 cycles at 0.1 C and excellent rate performance with discharge capacity of 96 mAh g-1 at 5.0 C and room temperature. Particularly, this material shows much enhanced electrochemical performances even at high temperature of 55 ℃. It delivers a quite high discharge capacity of 233.7 mAh·g^(-1) at 1.0 C with capacity retention as high as 97.9% after 100 cycles. The results demonstrate that the fluorine incorporation stabilizes the cathode structure and maintains stable interfacial resistances. 展开更多

In order to develop the new cathode materials suitable for intermediate and low temperature solid oxide fuel cells (IT/LTSOFCs), LaNi1-xFexO3 (x=0.4-0.8) (LNF) materials were synthesized using coprecipitation method. Their structures and morphologies were investigated by XRD and SEM, and their electronic conductivities at different temperatures were measured by dc four terminal method. Fuel cells were fabricated to evaluate the electrochemical properties of the LNF materials as cathodes at different temperatures. The performance of 450-497 mW·cm-2 was obtained in the temperature region of 580-650 ℃ for the LaNi0.2Fe0.8O3 cathode, and of 209-227 mW·cm-2 at 400-500 ℃ for the LaNi0.4Fe0.6O3. The excellent fuel cell performances indicate that the LNF materials are good cathodes for IT/LTSOFCs. 展开更多

The X ray diffraction spectra and X ray photoelectron spectroscopy were measured for Sr doped La 1- x Sr x CoO 3 materials with perovskite structure prepared by the solid state reaction method. The influence of heat treatment temperature on the average crystal size of La 1- x Sr x CoO 3 was studied. The surface chemical states of La 1- x Sr x CoO 3 cathodes with different Sr doped content were discussed. The experimental results show that average crystal size of La 1- x Sr x CoO 3 under the condition of heat treatment in the range of 900~1200 ℃ is larger than that at other temperatures, which is of benefit to forming porous electrodes. When La is replaced by Sr gradually, the oxygen vacancy concentration increases. It is of benefit to enhancing the transport property of oxygen ion. 展开更多
