Synthesis of 1-acyl-5-aryl biurets

Fourteen new 1-acyl-5-aryl biurets were synthesized by the reaction of aryl ureas with acylisocynantes. The latter was obtained from acyl. chloride and lead cyanate in dichloromethane, using pyridine as catalyst. The structures of compounds 3a-n were confirmed by IR, H-1 NMR and MS spectra.

1-酰基-5-芳基双缩脲类化合物的质谱研究

本文报道了14个新的1-酰基-5-芳基双缩脲类化合物的电子轰击质谱。根据高分辨质谱及联动扫描质谱揭示了该类化合物的质谱裂解途径,结果表明该类化合物出现较强的分子离子峰及特征的基峰[ArNCO]^+。
