In recent years, 16S rRNA-based analysis has become an important tool for studying microbial community diversity and epidemic warning. This paper analyzes the research methods, basic processes and early warning relationships of microbial population analysis based on 16S rRNA, as well as the problems encountered in early warning applications and improvement strategies, so as to provide references for a more comprehensive understanding of 16S rRNA analysis methods, especially its role in epidemic early warning and the use of this system to effectively and timely warn the occurrence of epidemic.展开更多
