The ring-opening polymerization of 1,4-dioxan-2-one (PDO) was carried out by lanthanum tris(2,6-di-tert-butyl-4- methylphenolate) (La(OAr)3) as novel single component initiaLor. The influences of polymerization reaction temperature and the molar ratio of monomer to initiator on the monomer conversion and molecular weight of poly(1,4-dioxan-2-one) (PPDO) were explored. PPDO with high viscosity average molecular weight of 1.95×10^5 can be prepared at 40℃ when [PDO]/ [La(OAr)3] molar ratio was 800. Mechanism investigation shows that the polymerization proceeds through a "coordination- insertion" mechanism with selective rupture of acyl-oxygen be,nd of PDO. 展开更多

The influences of reaction conditions such as the monomer concentration, the polymerization temperature and time, and the types of solvents on the polymerization of HNCO were studied. 2,6-二特丁基-4-甲酚碘氧化合成二聚体的研究

报道了在氢氧化钾的甲醇溶液中,碘氧化2,6_ 二特丁基_ 4_ 甲酚生成稳定的苯氧基化合物Ⅰ,并对反应条件进行了研究。实际结果表明:碘氧化2,6_ 二特丁基_ 4_ 甲酚合成Ⅰ,不仅操作简单,而且产率高达90% 以上。

A green and highly efficient strategy for the preparation of bridged spirocyclic compounds via visible-light-induced cyclization of 2-(2-(arylethynyl)benzylidene)malononitrile derivatives with 2,6-di(tert-butyl)-4-methylphenol(BHT)at room temperature was developed.The photoinduced radical reactions generated the corresponding products in good yields under simple and mild reaction conditions. 展开更多

建立了高效液相色谱法同时测定卤化丁基胶塞及其提取物和浸出物中硫化剂对叔辛基苯酚(PTOP)及抗氧剂2,6-二叔丁基-4-甲基苯酚(BHT)。采用Agilent SB-C18色谱柱,以不同比例乙腈和水为流动相,梯度洗脱,检测波长278 nm。PTOP及BHT在5~50μg... 建立了高效液相色谱法同时测定卤化丁基胶塞及其提取物和浸出物中硫化剂对叔辛基苯酚(PTOP)及抗氧剂2,6-二叔丁基-4-甲基苯酚(BHT)。采用Agilent SB-C18色谱柱,以不同比例乙腈和水为流动相,梯度洗脱,检测波长278 nm。PTOP及BHT在5~50μg/ml范围内线性关系良好;提取试验及迁移试验中2种物质的回收率均在80%~120%范围内。卤化丁基胶塞中可提取出一定量的PTOP及BHT,加速及长期放置的药物中,除加速放置24个月的药物中可检出PTOP外,其余样品中均未检出PTOP及BHT。本方法准确、有效,可用于测定药用卤化丁基胶塞中PTOP及BHT的含量及其在药物中的迁移情况。 展开更多
