The title compound (E)-2-[(4-tert-butyl-5-(4-methoxybenzyl)thiazol-2-ylimino)methyl]phenol was synthesized by the reaction of 5-(4-methoxybenzyl)-4-tert- butylthiazol-2-amine with salicylaldehyde, and its crys... The title compound (E)-2-[(4-tert-butyl-5-(4-methoxybenzyl)thiazol-2-ylimino)methyl]phenol was synthesized by the reaction of 5-(4-methoxybenzyl)-4-tert- butylthiazol-2-amine with salicylaldehyde, and its crystal structure was determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction. The crystal belongs to the monoclinic system, space group P21/c with a = 5.9362(8), b = 11.5070(15), c = 29.460(4)A, β= 97.326(3)°, V = 1995.9(5) A^3, Z = 4, F(000) = 808, C22H24N2O2S, Mr= 380.49, De= 1.266 g/cm^3, S = 1.031,μ = 0.181 mm^-1, the final R = 0.0474 and wR = 0.1441 for 4327 observed reflections (I 〉 2σ(I)). Intramolecular O-H…N hydrogen bond is observed in the crystal. The preliminary bioassay showed that the title compound exhibits 95% inhibition rate against Rhizoctonia solani at the test concentration of 500 mg/L. 展开更多

The title compound 4-(4,6-dimethoxylpyrimidin-2-yl)-3-thiourea carboxylic acid methyl ester was synthesized by the reaction of 2-amino-4,6-dimethoxyl pyrimidine, potassium thiocyanate and methyl chloroformate in ethyl acetate. Single crystals suitable for X-ray measurement were obtained by recrystallization with the solvent of dimethyl formamide at the room temperature. The structure was characterized by elemental analysis and IR and determined by X-ray diffraction analysis' Crystallographic data: C9H12N4O4S, Mr = 272.29, monoclinic, space group C2/m with a = 1.6672(3), b = 0.66383(12), c = 1.1617(2) nm, β = 109.275(2)°, V = 1.2136(4) nm^3, Dc = 1.490 g/cm^3,μ = 0.281 mm^-1, F(000) = 568, Z = 4, R1 = 0.0341and wR2 = 0.1042. 展开更多

以4,5-二硝基邻苯二胺和2-羟基对苯二甲酸单甲酯为起始原料,设计并成功采用一锅法合成出2-羟基-4-(5,6-二硝基-1H-苯并[2,3-d]咪唑-2-基)苯甲酸甲酯(MHDIB)。以50 mL二乙二醇二甲醚为溶剂,1.5 g的2-羟基对苯二甲酸单甲酯和2.5 g SOCl2... 以4,5-二硝基邻苯二胺和2-羟基对苯二甲酸单甲酯为起始原料,设计并成功采用一锅法合成出2-羟基-4-(5,6-二硝基-1H-苯并[2,3-d]咪唑-2-基)苯甲酸甲酯(MHDIB)。以50 mL二乙二醇二甲醚为溶剂,1.5 g的2-羟基对苯二甲酸单甲酯和2.5 g SOCl2在80℃反应2 h制2-羟基-4-氯羰基苯甲酸甲酯。室温下快速向反应体系中加入1.56 g 4,5-二硝基邻苯二胺,并于85℃反应1 h后加入3.52 g多聚磷酸,回流反应1 h后水析出粗产品,经乙醇重结晶得到纯度为93.67%的黄色针状产物,产率为17.82%。产物经IR、MS、1H NMR的准确定性和表征,作为AB型新单体的前体可应用于羟基改性PBI纤维即聚2-羟基-1,4-亚苯基-2,6-苯并[2,3-d:5',6'-d']二咪唑(H-PBI)的创新研究。 展开更多

The reaction of (3-carboethoxy-2-fu-ranyl)-methyltriphenylphosphonium bromide 1 with methyl 2-perfluoroalkynoates 2a-c in the presence of K2CO3 at room temperature gives two adducts, (E)-methyl 3-per-fluoroalkyl-4-( 3-carboethoxy-2-furanyl )-2-triphenylphosphoranylidene-3-butenoates 3a-c and (E)-methyl 3-perfluoroalkyl-4-(3-carboethoxy-2-furanyl)-4-triphenylphos-phoranylidene-2-butenoates 4a-c. (Z)-Methyl 3-perfluoroalkyl-4-(3-carboethoxy-2-furanyl)-3-butenoates 5a-c can be synthesized stereoselectively with high yields when an aqueous DMF solution of 3c, 4c or a mixture of 3a-b and 4a-b was heated at 140℃ for 8 h. 展开更多

A new asymmetric bidentate copper(Ⅱ) complex,CuL 2(HL=2-((E)-(4-bromophenylimino)methyl)-6-bromo-4-chlorophenol),has been synthesized and characterized by elemental analyses and single-crystal X-ray diffraction.The complex crystallizes in the monoclinic space group P2 1 /c with a=11.218(3),b=9.355(3),c=13.449(4),β=108.722(4)°,V=1336.8(6)3,Z=2,Dc=2.008 g/cm 3,μ(MoKα)=7.024 mm-1,F(000)=806,S=0.999,the final R=0.0342 and wR=0.0641for2611observed reflections (I〉2σ(I)).The central copper(Ⅱ) is four-coordinate and bonds to two nitrogen and two oxygen atoms from two Schiff base ligands.The complex is linked into a two-dimensional supramolecular structure by weak intermolecular interactions.In addition,DNA-binding properties of the metal complex were investigated using spectrometric titrations and viscosity measurements.The results show that the complex binds with calf-thymus DNA(CT-DNA),presumably via a partial intercalative mode.The intrinsic binding constant of the Cu(Ⅱ) complex with DNA is 7.335×10 3 M-1. 展开更多

A series of novel 3-((4-(t-buty-)-2-(2-benzylidenehydrazinyl)thiazol-5-yl)methyl)quinolin-2(1H)-ones (7a--7z) were designed, synthesized and evaluated for their ability of inhibiting neuraminidase (NA) of influenza H1N1 virus. Some compounds displayed moderate influenza NA inhibitory activity. Compound 71 with the scaffold of 2-(2-(2-methoxybenzylidene)hydrazinyl)thiazole was the best one, exhibiting moderate NA inhibitory activity with ICs0 of 44.66 ~tmol/L. Structure-activity relationship showed that compounds with methoxy or hydroxy groups at the ortho position, fluorine and nitro groups at the meta position and chlorine and bromine groups at the para posi- tion of phenyl ring were more active. Docking study indicated that compound 71 has important interactions with some key residues (including Asp151, Glu119, Arg292, Tyr406, and Asn347) and binds to 430-cavity adjacent to NA active site. 展开更多

On the road towards the global analysis of human synapses

Synapses are essential units for the flow of information in the brain.Over the last 70 years,synapses have been widely studied in multiple animal models including worms,fruit flies,and rodents.In comparison,the study of human synapses has evolved significantly slower,mainly because of technical limitations.However,three novel methods allowing the analysis of molecular,morphological,and functional properties of human synapses may expand our knowledge of the human brain.Here,we briefly describe these methods,and evaluate how the information provided by each unique approach may contribute to the functional and anatomical analysis of the synaptic component of human brain circuitries.In particular,using tissue from cryopreserved human brains,synaptic plasticity can be studied in isolated synaptosomes by fluorescence analysis of single-synapse long-term potentiation(FASS-LTP),and subpopulations of synapses can be thoroughly assessed in the ribbons of brain tissue by array tomography(AT).Currently,it is also possible to quantify synaptic density in the living human brain by positron emission tomography(PET),using a novel synaptic radio-ligand.Overall,data provided by FASS-LTP,AT,and PET may significantly contribute to the global understanding of synaptic structure and function in both healthy and diseased human brains,thus directly impacting translational research. 展开更多

Aging of a solid composite propellant containing HTPB/AP/AL was performed in order to validate the conformance of the accelerated aging data to the Arrhenius law. The main objective of the work was to examine the influence of the aziridine bonding agents family on the propellant aging. Aging of the prepared propellant samples was conducted as follows: 1. Four samples, one free of bonding agents, and three containing aziridine based bonding agents MAPO,HX-752, MAT4 were aged at 65°C. 2. Another four samples based on HX-752, MAT4 with different curing agents were aged at 65°C. The measured mechanical properties of the free bonding agent propellant samples were very far from the specifications and this illustrates the importance of the bonding agents in both the preparation and the aging phases.The prepared bonding agent 'MAT4' gave remarkable improvements of the mechanical properties comparing with HX-752 and MAPO. The aziridine bonding agents family inhibited the rate of decomposition of the propellant during the aging periods and supported the propellant matrix against decomposition at the elevate temperatures. Using of HMDI as curing agent gave slight better mechanical properties to the IPDI. 展开更多

目的研究影响洛索洛芬钠片降解杂质2-[(4-乙酰基苯基)甲基]环戊酮(杂质Ⅰ)产生的因素,为洛索洛芬钠片的处方工艺及包装设计提供参考。方法分别在高温(60℃)、高湿(92.5%RH)、强光照射(4500 lx)条件下进行洛索洛芬钠原料药及片剂的影响... 目的研究影响洛索洛芬钠片降解杂质2-[(4-乙酰基苯基)甲基]环戊酮(杂质Ⅰ)产生的因素,为洛索洛芬钠片的处方工艺及包装设计提供参考。方法分别在高温(60℃)、高湿(92.5%RH)、强光照射(4500 lx)条件下进行洛索洛芬钠原料药及片剂的影响因素试验。在加速试验条件下(温度50℃、湿度75%)进行洛索洛芬钠与辅料的相容性试验,同时考察裸片及不同包材洛索洛芬钠片杂质Ⅰ的含量。采用高效液相色谱法(HPLC)测定杂质Ⅰ的含量。结果洛索洛芬钠高湿环境下易降解出杂质Ⅰ,含水量高、引湿性强、亲水性强的辅料磷酸氢钙、二氧化硅、羧甲基淀粉钠均会引起杂质Ⅰ显著增加,且甘露醇与洛索洛芬钠存在不相容性,铝塑板加铝箔袋的包装密封性能优于单独的铝塑板包装。结论为避免降解产生潜在的毒性杂质Ⅰ,洛索洛芬钠片辅料及制粒干燥后的颗粒均应控制含水量,处方中应避免加入甘露醇,建议选用密封性能较好的铝塑板加铝箔袋包装。 展开更多
