It is an important way of information collection and input. 2D barcode technology has been widely used in various fields of logistics,production automation,and e-commerce,but it also has brought about a series of safety problems. Based on evolutionary encryption technology,this paper improved algorithm of traditional 2D barcode generation,to improve forgery- proof performance of 2D barcode. This letter presents a method for digital image watermarking for copyright protection. This technique produces a watermarked image that closely retains the quality of the original host image while concurrently surviving various image processing operations such as lowpass/highpass filtering, lossy JPEG compression, and cropping. This image watermarking algorithm takes full advantage of permutation and 2-D barcode (PDF417). The actual watermark embedding in spatial domain is followed using permutated image for improving the resistance to image cropping. Much higher watermark robustness is obtainable via a simple forward error correction technique, which is the main feature of PDF417 codes. Additional features of this technique include the easy determination of the existence of the watermark and that the watermark verification procedure does not need the original host image. The experimental results demonstrate its effectiveness. 展开更多

The genus Pyrrosia belongs to the family Polypodiaceae and are medium-sized epiphytic ferns,where the dried leaves of Pyrrosia lingua,Pyrrosia sheareri,Pyrrosia lanceolata,and Pyrrosia calvata are commonly used in medicinal practice.In this study,the authenticity of the collected medicinal plant samples of Shiwei was identified with the help of DNA barcoding technology using the internal transcribed spacer 2(ITS2)as the identifying sequence.The experimental samples were analyzed using the basic local alignment search tool(BLAST)and the authenticity of the samples was further verified with the results of similarity comparison.The results proved that the sequences of the experimentally collected samples of Pyrrosia lingua,Pyrrosia sheareri,Pyrrosia lanceolata,and Pyrrosia calvata had a similarity of more than 97%when compared with the corresponding sequences that were uploaded on the Internet. 展开更多

目的:基于DNA条形码技术鉴定制草乌疑似伪品的基原。方法:通过聚合酶链式反应(PCR)对建库样品及制草乌药材的ITS2序列进行扩增;对建库样品进行N-J聚类和变异位点分析,通过与GenBank数据库进行Blast比对,以及通过与建库样品进行比对推断... 目的:基于DNA条形码技术鉴定制草乌疑似伪品的基原。方法:通过聚合酶链式反应(PCR)对建库样品及制草乌药材的ITS2序列进行扩增;对建库样品进行N-J聚类和变异位点分析,通过与GenBank数据库进行Blast比对,以及通过与建库样品进行比对推断制草乌药材疑似伪品的基原。结果:制草乌药材疑似伪品经Blast比对,结果显示能比对到多个种,且一致率均达到100%;建库样品ITS2序列进行N-J聚类和变异位点分析,结果均显示乌头与北乌头不能区分,其余建库样品均可区分;通过将5.8S与28S区间位点准确的56条制草乌药材疑似伪品的ITS2序列与建库样品的ITS2序列进行变异位点分析,其中2条序列与康定乌头完全一致,18条序列与准噶尔乌头完全一致,6条序列与甘青乌头完全一致,剩余30条序列与乌头、北乌头序列一致。结论:鉴定结果显示,市场制草乌药材存在掺伪及全伪现象,混伪品有康定乌头、甘青乌头、准噶尔乌头,其中准噶尔乌头为主要混伪品,此研究为DNA条形码技术鉴别制草乌正伪品开辟了一条新途径。 展开更多

目的:基于DNA条形码技术鉴定重楼栽培品的基原,并比较同物种重楼栽培品与野生品的DNA条形码差异。方法:通过聚合酶链式反应(PCR)对重楼的ITS和ITS2序列进行扩增;通过与Gen Bank数据库进行Blast比对,确定收集重楼样品的物种;利用距离法... 目的:基于DNA条形码技术鉴定重楼栽培品的基原,并比较同物种重楼栽培品与野生品的DNA条形码差异。方法:通过聚合酶链式反应(PCR)对重楼的ITS和ITS2序列进行扩增;通过与Gen Bank数据库进行Blast比对,确定收集重楼样品的物种;利用距离法和建树法比较重楼样品种内和种间的亲缘关系;比较不同物种样品之间,以及同物种样品的野生品与栽培品之间的碱基差异。结果:收集重楼样品经Blast比对共有10个物种,分别为宽瓣重楼、毛重楼、七叶一枝花、花叶重楼、独龙重楼、五指莲重楼、西藏延龄草、平伐重楼、华重楼、南重楼;除南重楼的ITS序列与毛重楼的平均种间遗传距离小于南重楼的最大种内遗传距离外,各个物种的ITS和ITS2序列的最大种内遗传距离均小于其最小种间平均遗传距离,通过建立NJ树聚类分析,重楼样品的10个物种中相同物种聚类,且具有良好的单系性;从碱基比较结果上看,野生重楼样品与栽培重楼样品的碱基差异很小,甚至完全一致。结论:市场流通重楼药材的性状多样且差异很大并非由于人工驯化造成,而是由于重楼栽培基原的混乱造成的,且多数流通样品为非《中华人民共和国药典》收载物种,通过DNA条形码技术为重楼属药用植物鉴别开辟了一条新途径。 展开更多

Despite the diversity and ecological importance of cestodes,there is a paucity of studies on their life stages(i.e.,complete lists of intermediate,paratenic,and definitive hosts)and genetic variation.For example,in the Gulf of Mexico(GoM)98 species of cestodes have been reported to date;however,data on their intraspecific genetic variation and population genetic studies are lacking.The trypanorhynch cestode,Oncomegas wageneri,is found(among other places)off the American Western Atlantic Coast,including the GoM,and has been reported as an adult from stingrays and from several teleost species in its larval form(as plerocerci).This study represents the first report of 2 previously unregistered definitive hosts for O.wageneri,namely the Atlantic sharpnose shark Rhizoprionodon terraenovae and the southern stingray Hypanus americanus.In this work,partial sequences of the 28S(region D1-D2)ribosomal DNA were analyzed to include O.wageneri within an eutetrarhynchoid phylogenetic framework.All O.wageneri individuals(which included plerocerci and adults)were recovered as monophyletic and Oncomegas celatus was identified as the sister species of O.wageneri.Furthermore,population genetic analyses of O.wageneri from the southern GoM were carried out using DNA sequences of the mitochondrial cytochrome c oxi-dase subunit 1(COI)gene,which reflected high genetic variation and a lack of genetic structure among the 9 oceanographic sampling sites.Based on these results,O.wageneri is panmictic in the southern GoM.More extensive sampling along the species entire distribution is necessary to make more accurate inferences of population genetics of O.wageneri. 展开更多
