Objective:To investigate the potential of N-acetylcysteine(NAC)and zinc sulphate(ZnSO_(4))in mitigating reproductive dysfunction caused by di-2-ethylhexyl phthalate(DEHP)in rats and to understand the underlying mechanisms,specifically oxidative stress and sex hormone receptor activity.Methods:Thirty-five male Wistar rats were randomly divided into five equal groups(n=7 per group).Group 1 was administered 0.5 mL of distilled water and served as the control group.Group 2 was given only DEHP(750 mg/kg/day),while group 3,4 and 5 were given DEHP(750 mg/kg/day)plus NAC(100 mg/kg/day),DEHP(750 mg/kg/day)plus ZnSO_(4)(0.5 mg/kg/day),and DEHP(750 mg/kg/day)plus NAC(100 mg/kg/day)as well as ZnSO_(4)(0.5 mg/kg/day),respectively.All treatments lasted for 21 days.Samples were obtained after the rats were sacrificed,and hormones levels in the serum and markers of oxidative stress in the testicles were analyzed using the enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay.The amount of androgen receptors in the testicles was determined by immunohistochemistry,and the susceptibility of testosterone and DEHP to bind to androgen receptor and 5α-reductase was determined by molecular docking studies.Results:DEHP decreased reproductive hormones,testicular antioxidant enzymes,increased malondialdehyde levels,and negatively impacted histology of the pituitary and testes.NAC or ZnSO_(4) treatment showed a marked improvement in testicular antioxidant status and hormone levels,as well as a positive effect on the histology of the pituitary and testes.The combination of both treatments appeared to be more effective.The affinity of DEHP to bind to androgen receptors may lead to disruption of androgen receptor signaling,which can further result in dysfunction of hormones related to androgen.However,NAC is more likely to form stronger binding interactions with follicle stimulating hormone and luteinizing hormone receptors,as well as gonadotropin-releasing hormone receptors,when compared to DEHP.Conclusions:The possibility that NAC and ZnSO_(4) could downregulate DEHP-induced sex hormone changes is suggested by their potential to reduce toxicity. 展开更多

Quasi-2D perovskites have attracted tremendous interest for application as lightemission layers in light-emitting diodes(LEDs).However,the heterogeneous n phase and non-uniform distribution still severely limit the further development of quasi-2D perovskite LEDs(Pero-LEDs).Meanwhile,the increased defect density caused by the reduced dimension and grain size induces non-radiative recombination and further deteriorates the device performance.Here,we found that a series of molecules containing phosphoryl chloride functional groups have noticeable enhancement effects on the device performance of quasi-2D Pero-LEDs.Then,we studied the modification mechanism by focusing on the bis(2-oxo-3-oxazolidinyl)phosphinic chloride(BOPCl).It is concluded that the BOPCl can not only regulate the phase distribution by decreasing the crystallization rate but also remain in the grain boundaries and passivate the defects.As a result,the corresponding quasi-2D Pero-LEDs obtained a maximum external quantum efficiency(EQE_(max))of 20.82%and an average EQE(EQE_(ave))of around 20%on the optimal 50 devices,proving excellent reproducibility.Our work provides a new selection of molecular types for regulating the crystallization and passivating the defects of quasi-2D perovskite films. 展开更多

A novel technology of removing H2S with cupric chloride solution was developed in this paper. Cupric as the form of CuS deposition, the CuS produced was then oxidized by excessive cupric ion in another reactor meanwhile cupric ion that has been consumed can be recovered by the oxidization of CuCl2- with oxygen in air,and the solution can be circulated. Moreover, the leaching kinetics of CuS by cupric ion was studied. The removal efficiency of H2S is close to 100%, and the required operating condition is mild. Compared with other wet oxidization methods, no raw material is consumed except O2 in air, the process has no secondary pollution and no problem of degradation and scale, and the absorbent is much stable and reliable. 展开更多

The corrosion behaviors of ultra-high strength steel 30CrMnSiNi2A in sodium chloride solution were studied by weight loss and electrochemical methods. The morphology of corrosion products was observed using scanning electron microscopy(SEM) and the composition was analyzed using an energy dispersive spectroscopy(EDS) and X-Ray diffraction (XRD). The experimental results showed that the corrosion came from pitting corrosion and the rust layer was composed of outer rust layer γ-FeOOH and inner rust layer Fe_2O_3 with a little β-FeOOH. The correlation between corrosion rate and test time accorded with exponential rule. The corrosion current measured by polarization methods was higher than that calculated by weight loss method after a long-time immersion, the main reason was that,β-FeOOH and γ-Fe_2O_3 transformed by γ-FeOOH led to overestimating corrosion rate. The processes of corrosion prophase were obtained from XRD and EIS results. The corrosion product, Fe(OH)_2 formed at the initial stage stayed at a non-steady state and then consequently transferred to γ-FeOOH, γ-Fe_2O_3 or β-FeOOH. 展开更多

The effects of BaCl2 on the flotation of K-feldspar using dodecyl amine chloride as the collector under natural pH wereinvestigated by flotation tests, absorption measurements, Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR) and X-ray photoelectronspectroscopy (XPS). The results indicated that lower BaCl2 concentration can increase the floatability of K-feldspar, whereas higherBaCl2 concentration can significantly inhibit the flotation of K-feldspar. Peaks at 3548.18, 3475.56 and 3414.35 cm?1in the FTIRspectra of K-feldspar adsorbed by dodecyl amine chloride revealed three forms of -OH. XPS analyses of K-feldspar adsorbed byBa2+ showed that the concentration of K atom was reduced by nearly twice as those of Si, Al, and O. The activation of BaCl2 at a lowconcentration was mainly caused by Ba2+ in the form of the ion exchange between K+ and Ba2+. The inhibitory action of BaCl2 at ahigh concentration is mainly attributed to the physical absorption of Ba2+ on the surface of K-feldspar and the fact that a highconcentration of Cl? causes the chemical equilibrium of dodecyl amine chloride to be changed, and the dodecyl amine chloride in theform of RNH2H+ is reduced. 展开更多

The results show that the solubilities of gases increase with increasing pressure and decreasing temperature. The solubility of CO_2 is higher than that of CH_4, H_2, CO and N_2, which indicates that ChCl/Urea may be used as a potential solvent for CO_2 capture from the gas mixture. Solubility of CO_2 in ChCl/Urea was fitted by Non-Random Two-Liquid and Redlich-Kwong(NRTL-RK) model, and solubility of CH_4, H_2, CO or N_2 in ChCl/Urea was fitted by Henry's Law. The standard enthalpy, standard Gibbs energy and standard entropy of gases were calculated. The efficient separation of amphoteric organic compounds from dilute solutions is of great importance in the industrial field. In the present work, the reactive extractions of 4-hydroxypyridine(4-HP) with tributyl phosphate(TBP), di(2-ethylhexyl) phosphoric acid(D2EHPA) and TBP + D2EHPA dissolved in 1-octanol were investigated, respectively. The influences of the initial concentrations of TBP, D2EHPA and TBP + D2EHPA on distribution ratio(D) were discussed, as well as the reactive extraction mechanism were proposed. The obvious intensification effect was observed when the mixture of TBP and D2EHPA was used as extractant. The best extraction conditions were found to be of the molar ratio of D2EHPA and TBP at 2:1 and the equilibrium aqueous pH at 3.50-4.50. D values increased with the increase of the total concentration of TBP and D2EHPA in 1-octanol. Especially, the analysis on the extraction mechanisms clearly indicate(i) TBP in 1-octanol shows negligible reactive extraction toward 4-HP,(ii) D2EHPA in 1-octanol exhibits moderate extraction effect by forming 4-HP:D2EHPA(1:1) and 4-HP:2D2EHPA(1:2) type complexes, while(iii) D2EHPA in TBP/1-octanol demonstrates the maximum distribution ratio with the 4-HP:D2EHPA(1:1) type complex domination. The discussion provides new insights on the mechanism and opens a new way for the intensified extraction of amphoteric organic compounds by using the mixture of multiple extractants in the diluent. 展开更多

BACKGROUND Di(2-ethylhexyl)phthalate(DEHP)is a common plasticizer known to cause liver injury.Green tea is reported to exert therapeutic effects on heavy metal exposureinduced organ damage.However,limited studies have examined the therapeutic effects of green tea polyphenols(GTPs)on DEHP-induced liver damage.AIM To evaluate the molecular mechanism underlying the therapeutic effects of GTPs on DEHP-induced liver damage.METHODS C57BL/6J mice were divided into the following five groups:Control,model[DEHP(1500 mg/kg bodyweight)],treatment[DEHP(1500 mg/kg bodyweight)+GTP(70 mg/kg bodyweight),oil,and GTP(70 mg/kg bodyweight)]groups.After 8 wk,the liver function,blood lipid profile,and liver histopathology were examined.Differentially expressed micro RNAs(miRNAs)and mRNAs in the liver tissues were examined using high-throughput sequencing.Additionally,functional enrichment analysis and immune infiltration prediction were performed.The miRNA-mRNA regulatory axis was elucidated using the starBase database.Protein expression was evaluated using immunohistochemistry.RESULTS GTPs alleviated DHEP-induced liver dysfunction,blood lipid dysregulation,fatty liver disease,liver fibrosis,and mitochondrial and endoplasmic reticulum lesions in mice.The infiltration of macrophages,mast cells,and natural killer cells varied between the model and treatment groups.mmu-miR-141-3p(a differentially expressed miRNA),Zcchc24(a differentially expressed mRNA),and Zcchc24(a differentially expressed protein)constituted the miRNA-mRNA-protein regulatory axis involved in mediating the therapeutic effects of GTPs on DEHP-induced liver damage in mice.CONCLUSION This study demonstrated that GTPs mitigate DEHP-induced liver dysfunction,blood lipid dysregulation,fatty liver disease,and partial liver fibrosis,and regulate immune cell infiltration.Additionally,an important miRNAmRNA-protein molecular regulatory axis involved in mediating the therapeutic effects of GTPs on DEHP-induced liver damage was elucidated. 展开更多

D2EHPA(P204),tri-butyl-phosphate(TBP)and sodium chloride(NaCl)were attractive for selective extraction of scandium from acid leaching solution of red mud.The extraction parameters of P204 concentration(X_(P204)),NaCl concentration(C_(NaCl)),pH value,reaction time,stirring speed and O/A were investigated to extract scandium and separate iron from the acid leaching solution.The extraction mechanism was analyzed by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FT-IR)and thermodynamic theory.The single-stage extraction efficiency of scandium,iron andβ(Sc/Fe)were 99.1%,9.4%and 1061.2,respectively,with C_(NaCl) of 75 g/L and XP204 of 0.75 at solution pH value of 1.2 and stirring speed of 200 r/min for 6 min,in which a good separation effect of scandium and iron was obtained.The vibration absorption peak Sc─O was contributed to the extraction of scandium with P204.The complex[FeCln]^(3−n) existed in the solution with adding NaCl into the acid leaching solution.The value of n was higher and the valence state of the complex[FeCln]^(3−n) was lower with an increase of chloride concentration,which restricts the extraction efficiency of iron with P204.The extraction of three stages in the counter-current simulation experiments was carried out according to the McCabe-Thiele diagram.Gibbs free energy change(ΔG)of−5.93 kJ/mol,enthalpy change(ΔH)of 23.45 kJ/mol and entropy change(ΔH)of 98.54 J/(mol·K)were obtained in the solvent extraction proces,which indicate that the extraction reaction is easily spontaneous and endothermic and a proper increase of temperature is conducive to the extraction of scandium. 展开更多

The effects of chloride salts(NaCl,MgCl2and NH4Cl)on the hydrolysis kinetics of MgH2prepared by hydridingcombustion synthesis and mechanical milling(HCS+MM)were discussed.X-ray diffraction(XRD)analyses show that high-purityMgH2was successfully prepared by HCS.Hydrolysis performance test results indicate that the chloride salt added during the millingprocess is favorable to the initial reaction rate and hydrogen generation yield within60min.A MgH2?10%NH4Cl composite exhibitsthe best performance with the hydrogen generation yield of1311mL/g and a conversion rate of85.69%in60min at roomtemperature.It is suggested that the chloride salts not only play as grinding aids in the milling process,but also create fresh surface ofreactive materials,favoring the hydrolysis reaction. 展开更多

The CaCl2 solubility in 2-methyl-butanol acetate and the vapor pressure of 2-methyl-butanol acetate containing CaCl2 were measured in the range of 90-135°C and from very low salt concentration to saturation.The experimental data were correlated with two equations,a modified Antoine equation with the dissolved salt taken into account and a nonrandom two liquid-electrolyte(e-NRTL)model.Both models are in good agreement with the experimental data.This study provides essential physical data for further investigation of vapor-liquid equilibrium system containing salt. 展开更多

In this paper a polyaluminum chloride solution with high Al13 content was prepared and used as raw material for preparation ofγ-Al2O3.The texture and crystalline phase of the prepared alumina samples were characterized by energy dispersive X-ray spectroscopy(EDX) ,X-ray diffraction,transmission electron microscope(TEM) and nuclear magnetic resonance(NMR) analyses.The effects of alkaline solution and calcination temperature were investigated.The results showed that alkaline solution including NH3·H2O and NaOH had little effect on the alumina sample formation.The impurities of NH4Cl and NaCl in solution can be removed through repeated washing by EDX analysis.Calcination temperature had a significant effect on alumina crystal phase.The alumina sample can transform completely toγ-Al2O3 in the subsequent heating from 600°C to 800°C.It is very interesting that Al13 can be existed inγ-Al2O3 phase even after calcinations.The results indicate that polyaluminum chloride with high Al13 content is an effective material to prepareγ-Al2O3. 展开更多

目的 探讨丁苯酞氯化钠注射液联合脑栓通胶囊治疗急性缺血性脑卒中(AIS)合并2型糖尿病(T2DM)的效果。方法 将2021年9月至2023年8月我院收治的110例AIS合并T2DM患者按照奇偶顺序分为两组。对照组采用丁苯酞氯化钠注射液治疗,观察组在对... 目的 探讨丁苯酞氯化钠注射液联合脑栓通胶囊治疗急性缺血性脑卒中(AIS)合并2型糖尿病(T2DM)的效果。方法 将2021年9月至2023年8月我院收治的110例AIS合并T2DM患者按照奇偶顺序分为两组。对照组采用丁苯酞氯化钠注射液治疗,观察组在对照组基础上采用脑栓通胶囊治疗。比较两组的NIHSS、 BI评分、炎性因子、不良反应。结果 治疗后14d,观察组NIHSS评分低于对照组,BI评分高于对照组(P <0.05)。治疗后14 d,观察组IL-6、 hs-CRP、 Hcy水平低于对照组(P <0.05)。两组的不良反应发生率比较无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论 丁苯酞氯化钠注射液联合脑栓通胶囊可改善AIS合并T2DM患者的神经功能和日常生活能力,抑制炎性因子表达,且安全性较高。 展开更多

NaCl-KCl-CaCl_(2)盐具有工作温度范围宽、化学稳定性好、比热容大等优点,因而在太阳能热发电和超高温储能中具有广泛的应用前景。但NaCl-KCl-CaCl_(2)本身极易吸水进而加剧合金的腐蚀,如何抑制NaCl-KCl-CaCl_(2)盐的吸水性已成为当前研究的热点。本文在NaCl-KCl-CaCl_(2)盐中掺杂不同含量的NaF,研究掺杂不同含量NaF后NaCl-KCl-CaCl_(2)盐的吸水性和结晶行为变化。研究结果表明,随着NaF含量增加,NaCl-KCl-CaCl_(2)盐的吸水性逐渐降低,其中10%NaF的吸水性最低。随着放置时间增加,添加NaF后NaCl-KCl-CaCl_(2)盐的吸水性逐渐增加。添加NaF后NaCl-KCl-CaCl_(2)盐的共晶行为发生变化,NaF的添加导致NaCl-KCl-CaCl_(2)盐的熔点出现变化。本研究为氯化盐的保存储藏提供了重要方法,为未来氟/氯互异盐的设计提供了重要的参考方法,具有重要的学术意义和应用价值。 展开更多
