We report high-power single-spatial-mode type-I GaSb-based tapered lasers fabricated on the InGaSb/AlGaAsSb material system. A straight ridge and three different tapered waveguide structures with varying flare angles are fabricated to optimize the output power and spatial-mode performance. The best devices exhibit single-spatial-mode operation with room-temperature output power up to 350?mW in continuous-wave mode at an emission wavelength around 2.0?μm with a very small far-field lateral divergence angle, which is beyond state of the art in terms of single-spatial-mode output power. 展开更多

介绍了1.90~2.10μm吸收型带通滤光片的设计与优化理论、制备中的工艺参数改进以及产品的测试方法。选用Ge、SiO作为高、低折射率镀膜材料,匹配等效折射率的方式在膜系中添加匹配层,使用TFCalc软件优化膜系,平滑消除陷波。研制出了中心... 介绍了1.90~2.10μm吸收型带通滤光片的设计与优化理论、制备中的工艺参数改进以及产品的测试方法。选用Ge、SiO作为高、低折射率镀膜材料,匹配等效折射率的方式在膜系中添加匹配层,使用TFCalc软件优化膜系,平滑消除陷波。研制出了中心波长为2.0μm时通带内透过率大于92%,在截止带1.0~1.60μm处和2.50~3.89μm处的平均透过率小于0.8%,10层、2798 nm总厚度的1.90~2.10μm吸收型带通滤光片。该种滤光片膜层数少、厚度小,能够显著缩短滤光片的真空制备时间,提高了膜层控制精度,满足了批量化生产的需求。 展开更多

The laser surface remelting (LSR) treatment was performed to Al-2.0 wt% Fe alloy with a 2 kW Yb-fiber laser (IPG YLR-2000S). The substrate and laser-treated material characterization were executed using different techniques. Among them, the microstructure was analyzed by optical microscope, SEM, low-angle X-ray diffraction (LAXRD) and the corrosion test was made in aerated solution of 0.1 M H2SO4 at a temperature of 25°C ± 0.5°C. As result was shown, the micrograph of LSR-treated material displaying can be a fine cellular structure and the existence of certain nano-porosities and a similar to a nano-dendritic growth was observed too. The characteristic of melted zone was constituted of metastable phases according to the result of x-rays and the behavior corrosion as a result of the LSR-treated sample, which it was shown to be more resistant to corrosion than the untreated sample. A comparative study was carried out of the cyclic polarization of the laser-treated and untreated samples, demonstrating that the reduction and oxidation reverse peaks were not observed and being the cyclic polarization behavior was of irreversible character in both samples, however, the LSR-treated sample propitious the passivity on the surface also reduced the corrosion phenomena. Wherefore, this type of laser-treated alloy can be applied in the aerospace, aeronautic and automobilist industries. 展开更多

采用提拉法生长了最大尺寸为25 mm×(30~40)mm优质透明的Tm3+∶GGG、Yb3+/Tm3+∶GGG、Cr3+/Tm3+∶GGG、Tm3+/Ho3+∶GGG和Cr3+/Tm3+/Ho3+∶GGG共五种晶体。在室温下测试了这些晶体的吸收光谱、荧光光谱及荧光衰减曲线等,详细研究... 采用提拉法生长了最大尺寸为25 mm×(30~40)mm优质透明的Tm3+∶GGG、Yb3+/Tm3+∶GGG、Cr3+/Tm3+∶GGG、Tm3+/Ho3+∶GGG和Cr3+/Tm3+/Ho3+∶GGG共五种晶体。在室温下测试了这些晶体的吸收光谱、荧光光谱及荧光衰减曲线等,详细研究了光谱性能,对部分晶体进行了Judd-Ofelt理论计算,得到强度参数等重要的光谱参数。计算了~2.0μm附近荧光峰值波长处相应的能级跃迁的发射截面、量子效率等。研究表明:Yb3+和Cr3+的掺入分别使得Tm∶GGG晶体在980 nm附近和451 nm、628 nm附近的吸收大大增强,有利于商业激光二极管和闪光灯泵浦。在Tm激活的Tm3+∶GGG、Yb3+/Tm3+∶GGG、Cr3+/Tm3+∶GGG晶体中,~2.0μm波段附近发射强度和发射截面值最大的峰值对应的波长为2000 nm;而在Ho激活的Tm3+/Ho3+∶GGG和Cr3+/Tm3+/Ho3+∶GGG晶体中,发射强度和发射截面最大的峰值对应的波长为2080 nm。用氙灯抽运键合的尺寸为5 mm×45 mm Cr3+/Tm3+/Ho3+∶Gd3Ga5O12晶体,在2.086~2.102μm波段实现了平均功率为170 mW的激光输出。 展开更多

目的比较2.0 mm微切口飞秒激光角膜基质透镜取出术(2.0 mm small incision lenticule extraction,2.0 mm SMILE)与飞秒激光辅助的LASIK(laser in situ keratomileusis with femtosecond laser,FS-LASIK)矫正近视的疗效。方法研究纳入行2... 目的比较2.0 mm微切口飞秒激光角膜基质透镜取出术(2.0 mm small incision lenticule extraction,2.0 mm SMILE)与飞秒激光辅助的LASIK(laser in situ keratomileusis with femtosecond laser,FS-LASIK)矫正近视的疗效。方法研究纳入行2.0 mm SMILE的近视患者48例(96眼),同期行FS-LASK者50例(100眼),记录并比较两组术前及术后1d、1周、1个月、3个月及6个月的裸眼视力(uncorrected visual acuity,UCVA)、最佳矫正视力(best corrected visual acuity,BCVA)、屈光度、生活质量量表(quality of life,QOL)得分及手术满意度量表评分。结果在术后1周以后SMILE组视力高于FS-LASIK组,且状态较FS-LASIK组更为稳定。术后1个月、3个月、6个月SMILE组UCVA≥术前BCVA的比例高于FS-LASIK组,差异均有统计学意义(均为P<0.05)。术后早期(术后1周)SMILE组存在1例过矫,而FS-LASIK组存在1例欠矫,但在术后1个月、3个月、6个月两组手术患者均在±1.00 D范围内。术后平均角膜前表面形态变异指数及垂直不对称指数在各时间点均为FS-LASIK组大于SMILE组,差异均有统计学意义(均为P<0.05)。两组术前及术后6个月QOL得分组间比较,差异均无统计学意义(均为P>0.05),术后6个月QOL得分均较术前有所增加,且差异均有统计学意义(SMILE:t=-13.85,P=0.00;FS-LASIK:t=-13.21,P=0.00),而两组术后6个月QOL得分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组均有较高的再次手术选择率及手术推荐率,并且未发生严重的并发症。结论 2.0 mm SMILE与FS-LASIK均具有良好的有效性、稳定性以及可预测性,术后都可获得良好的视力及良好的生活质量,前者更好地保持了角膜前表面的形态。 展开更多

基于石英增强光声光谱技术,以中心波长为2.0μm的窄线宽分布反馈式半导体激光器(DFB)为激励光源,采用波长调制及二次谐波解调技术通过改变激光器工作电流实现波长扫描完成了痕量CO2气体检测系统,并通过优化实验参数确定了常压下激光最... 基于石英增强光声光谱技术,以中心波长为2.0μm的窄线宽分布反馈式半导体激光器(DFB)为激励光源,采用波长调制及二次谐波解调技术通过改变激光器工作电流实现波长扫描完成了痕量CO2气体检测系统,并通过优化实验参数确定了常压下激光最佳调制深度,实现了高灵敏CO2浓度的检测。通过改变待测气体中的水汽浓度,研究了水汽对CO2气体探测结果的影响,结果显示在水汽浓度低于0.2%范围内,CO2气体光声信号随H2O浓度的上升而明显增强,当浓度高于此值后,H2O浓度的增加对CO2光声信号的增强作用几乎维持不变。数据显示,常温常压下H2O分子通过提高分子弛豫率最多可将二氧化碳R16吸收线的光声信号幅值提高约2.1倍。优化后的装置可以很好的实现大气中CO2浓度的检测。该装置获得的最小探测灵敏度为19ppm(1σ,300ms积分时间),相应的归一化噪声等效吸收系数为4.71×10-9 cm-1·W·Hz-1/2。 展开更多

目的探讨经尿道2.0μm激光切除术治疗浅表性膀胱癌的临床效果。方法回顾性分析2012年1月—2016年12月间该院收治的83例浅表性膀胱癌患者临床资料,按照治疗方法为2组,对照组36例采用经尿道电切术治疗,研究组47例采用经尿道2.0μm激光切... 目的探讨经尿道2.0μm激光切除术治疗浅表性膀胱癌的临床效果。方法回顾性分析2012年1月—2016年12月间该院收治的83例浅表性膀胱癌患者临床资料,按照治疗方法为2组,对照组36例采用经尿道电切术治疗,研究组47例采用经尿道2.0μm激光切除术治疗。比较两组患者术中出血量、手术时间、导尿管留置时间、住院时间、并发症发生情况、复发情况。结果研究组患者术中出血量(53.1±10.7)m L显著少于对照组(78.4±8.1)m L(t=11.822,P<0.05),手术时间(28.5±3.6)min显著短于对照组(43.3±4.2)min(t=17.264,P<0.05)。研究组患者导尿管留置时间(6.0±1.7d)以及住院时间(11.9±2.4)d与对照组[(5.6±1.4)d,12.4±2.6)d]比较差异无统计学意义(t=1.145,0.907,P>0.05)。研究组患者并发症发生率(17.02%)显著小于对照组(52.78%)(χ~2=11.875,P<0.05),研究组复发率(4.25%)显著低于对照组(27.77%)(χ~2=9.120,P=0.003)。结论经尿道2.0μm激光切除术治疗浅表性膀胱癌疗效确切,可降低对患者损伤,减少并发症发生率,具有较高的临床应用价值。 展开更多

Recent innovations in thulium laser techniques have allowed application in the treatment of bladder cancer.Laser en bloc resection of bladder cancer is a transurethral procedure that may offer an alternative to the conventional transurethral resection procedure.We conducted a review of basic thulium laser physics and laser en bloc resection procedures and summarized the current clinical literature with a focus on complications and outcomes.Literature evidence suggests that thulium laser techniques including smooth incision,tissue vaporization,and en bloc resection represent feasible,safe,and effective procedures in the treatment of bladder cancer.Moreover,these techniques allow improved specimen orientation and accurate determination of invasion depth,facilitating correct diagnosis,restaging,and reevaluation of the need for a second resection.Nonetheless,large-scale multicentre studies with longer follow-up are warranted for a robust assessment.The present review is meant as a quick reference for urologists. 展开更多

The purpose of the current ex vivo study was to compare the speed of vaporesection of human prostatic tissue with benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH) and the depth of tissue damage using 70- and 120-W 2-tim laser devices. Fresh prostatic tissue specimens were obtained from five patients by open prostatectomy, and were divided into separate groups (70 and 120 W) based on the energy of the laser output (70 and 120 W, respectively). The vaporesection speed, coagulation zone depth and the necrotic tissue layer in the prostatic tissue were evaluated. The current result showed that the speeds (mean±s.d.) of vaporesection were 5.21±0.66 and 10.39±1.15 g/5 min for the 70 and 120 W groups, respectively (P=0.000). There was no difference in the depth of necrosis/ coagulation (0.98±0.1310.30±0.09 and 0.99±0.12/0.31±0.08 mm) for the 70 and 120 W groups, respectively. In conclusion, both 70- and 120-W 2μm laser devices had superficial tissue damage during the vaporesection of human prostate tissue; moreover, the 120-W laser offers a higher vaporesection speed than the 70-W laser. 展开更多

We integrally demonstrate 2μm mode-locked pulses performances in all-fiber net anomalous dispersion cavity.Stable mode-locking operations with the center wavelength around 1950–1980 nm can be achieved by using the nonlinear polarization rotation structure and properly designing the dispersion management component.Conventional soliton is firstly obtained with a total anomalous dispersion cavity.Due to the contribution of commercial ultra-high numerical aperture fibers,net dispersion is reduced to-0.077 ps2.So that stretched pulse with 19.4 nm optical bandwidth is obtained and the de-chirped pulse-width can reach 312 fs using extra-cavity compression.Under pump power greater than 890 mW,stretched pulse can evolve into noise-like pulse with 41.3 nm bandwidth.The envelope and peak of such broadband pulse can be compressed with up to 2.2 ps and 145 fs,respectively.The single pulse energy of largely chirped stretched and noise-like pulse can reach 1.785 nJ and 1.53 nJ,respectively.Furthermore,extra-cavity compression can also contribute to a significant increase of peak power. 展开更多

In this sensor a monolithic twin laser generates two closer laser beams with slight different wavelengths alternatively, one photodiode is used to catch both absorption and reference signals by time division multiplexing. The detection of nitrous oxide adopting this scheme using a 2.1 I^m antimonide laser and an InGaAs photodiode has been demonstrated experimentally with detection limit below i ppm. Using this on chip reference scheme the fluctuations from the optical path and devices can be compensated effectively; the sensor system is simplified distinctly. 展开更多

We report a low noise continuous-wave (CW) single-frequency 1.5-μm laser source obtained by a singly resonant optical parametric oscillator (SRO) based on periodically poled lithium niobate (PPLN). The SRO was pumped by a CW single-frequency Nd:YVO4 laser at 1.06μm. The 1.02 W of CW single-frequency signal laser at 1.5 μm was obtained at pump power of 6 W. At the output power of around 0.75 W, the power stability was better than ±l.5% and no mode-hopping was observed in 30 min and frequency stability was better than 8.5 MHz in 1 min. The signal wavelength could be tuned from 1.57 to 1.59 μm by varying the PPLN temperature. The 1.5-μm laser exhibits low noise characteristics, the intensity noise of the laser reaches the shot noise limit (SNL) at an analysis frequency of 4 MHz and the phase noise is less than 1 dB above the SNL at analysis frequencies above 10 MHz. 展开更多

The excellent optical properties of MXene provide new opportunities for short-pulse lasers. A diode-pumped passively Q-switched laser at 1.3 μm wavelength with MXene Ti3C2Tx as saturable absorber was achieved for the first time. The stable passively Q-switched laser has 454 ns pulse width and 162 kHz repetition rate at 4.5 W incident pumped power. The experimental results show that the MXene Ti3C2Tx saturable absorber can be used as an optical modulator to generate short pulse lasers in a solid-state laser field. 展开更多

Microstructure of the deepest zone of high speed steel W6Mo5Cr4V2(M2)melt after laser fu-sion was found to be so fine as the ehill zone of a solidified ingot.When narrower chill zoneformed,the long columnar dendrites grow into the melt and then the fine equiaxed cellularstructure appears in upper melt region nearly surface.The substructure of cellular grains anddendrites was observed to consist of martensite and retained austenile,while the carbides asM_6C_■ Cr_7C_3 and MC distributed at their boundaries.It is believed that the highermicrohardness up to HV_(0.1)=865-960 of the laser fused structure of the alloy is due to the oc-currence of martensite. 展开更多
