For two integers k and d with (k, d) = 1 and k≥2d, let G^dk be the graph with vertex set {0,1,…k - 1 } in which ij is an edge if and only if d≤| i -j I|≤k - d. The circular chromatic number χc(G) of a graph G is the minimum of k/d for which G admits a homomorphism to G^dk. The relationship between χc( G- v) and χc (G)is investigated. In particular, the circular chromatic number of G^dk - v for any vertex v is determined. Some graphs withx χc(G - v) =χc(G) - 1 for any vertex v and with certain properties are presented. Some lower bounds for the circular chromatic number of a graph are studied, and a necessary and sufficient condition under which the circular chromatic number of a graph attains the lower bound χ- 1 + 1/α is proved, where χ is the chromatic number of G and a is its independence number. 展开更多

通过绝热加速量热仪(ARC)探究丁醇、丁醛、丁酮及丁酸四种组分与HNO_(3)的放热行为,对测试结果进行对比分析,并通过热危险性综合评估指数(THI指数)法评估体系危险性。结果表明:在零氧平衡条件下,丁醛-HNO_(3)体系自放热最明显,当丁醛含... 通过绝热加速量热仪(ARC)探究丁醇、丁醛、丁酮及丁酸四种组分与HNO_(3)的放热行为,对测试结果进行对比分析,并通过热危险性综合评估指数(THI指数)法评估体系危险性。结果表明:在零氧平衡条件下,丁醛-HNO_(3)体系自放热最明显,当丁醛含量仅0.14 g时体系的绝热温升达到118.4℃,放热量为776.6 J/g;丁醇-HNO_(3)体系在40.2℃左右时开始发生放热,自反应放热段最高温度达到145.7℃,最大压力达到34 bar(1 bar=10^(5)Pa)左右;丁酮-HNO_(3)体系从50℃开始放热至136℃结束,放热量为564.0 J/g;丁酸-HNO_(3)体系在小于140.0℃的温度范围内未观察到放热点。随着HNO_(3)浓度的增加(2.0→6.0 mol/L),丁醇-HNO_(3)体系危险性从中等增加到较高级别;丁醇、丁醛、丁酮及丁酸与4.0 mol/L HNO_(3)的反应体系的危险性分别在较高、较高、中等、中等级别。 展开更多

It is known that x(G(Z,D) )=4 where P is a set of Prime numbers. So we can allocate the subsets D of P to four classes, accordingly as is 1 or 2 or 3 or 4. In this paper we have considered the open problem of characterizing class three and class four sets when the distance set D is not only a subset of primes P but also a special class of primes like Additive primes, Deletable primes, Wedderburn-Etherington Number primes, Euclid-Mullin sequence primes, Motzkin primes, Catalan primes, Schroder primes, Non-generous primes, Pell primes, Primeval primes, Primes of Binary Quadratic Form, Smarandache-Wellin primes, and Highly Cototient number primes. Objective:To analyze the clinical value of non-invasive prenatal testing(NIPT)in detecting chromosomal copy number variations(CNVs)and to explore the relationship between gene expression and clinical manifestations of chromosomal copy number variations.Methods:3551 naturally conceived singleton pregnant women who underwent NIPT were included in this study.The NIPT revealed abnormalities other than sex chromosome abnormalities and trisomy 13,18,and 21.Pregnant women with chromosome copy number variations underwent genetic counseling and prenatal ultrasound examination.Interventional prenatal diagnosis and chromosome microarray analysis(CMA)were performed.The clinical phenotypes and pregnancy outcomes of different prenatal diagnoses were analyzed.Additionally,a follow-up was conducted by telephone to track fetal development after birth,at six months,and one year post-birth.Results:A total of 53 cases among 3551 cases showed chromosomal copy number variation.Interventional prenatal diagnosis was performed in 36 cases:27 cases were negative and 8 were consistent with the NIPT test results.This indicates that NIPT’s positive predictive value(PPV)in CNVs is 22.22%.Conclusion:NIPT has certain clinical significance in screening chromosome copy number variations and is expected to become a routine screening for chromosomal microdeletions and microduplications.However,further interventional prenatal diagnosis is still needed to identify fetal CNVs. 展开更多
