文摘3-氨基-7,8-二甲氧基香豆素及其衍生物是一类具有潜在药用价值的重要化合物.本文对其合成路线进行了研究改进,以2,3,4-三甲氧基苯甲醛为起始原料,通过甲氧基还原及Knoevenagel缩合反应,获得目标产物并通过1H-NMR、13C-NMR及IR检测确证.合成路线操作简便、条件温和、环境友好.水解反应较佳工艺条件为:反应pH =3 ~4;反应温度(75±2)℃;反应时间30 min.
