目的探讨(1-3)-β-D葡聚糖联合降钙素原(procalcitonin,PCT)、CD4^(+)T淋巴细胞多指标在艾滋病患者马尔尼菲篮状菌感染早期诊断临床研究。方法回顾性选取我院2020年1月—2022年6月住院的120例艾滋病患者为研究对象。依据实验室结果,将... 目的探讨(1-3)-β-D葡聚糖联合降钙素原(procalcitonin,PCT)、CD4^(+)T淋巴细胞多指标在艾滋病患者马尔尼菲篮状菌感染早期诊断临床研究。方法回顾性选取我院2020年1月—2022年6月住院的120例艾滋病患者为研究对象。依据实验室结果,将其分为马尔尼菲篮状菌感染确诊组(血或组织液培育养出马尔尼菲篮状菌),简称A组(62例),及马尔尼菲篮状菌感染临床诊断组[根据临床症状、体征、血常规及(1-3)-β-D葡聚糖、PCT、CD4^(+)T淋巴细胞多指标诊断],简称B组(58例)。检测患者(1-3)-β-D葡聚糖、PCT、CD4^(+)T淋巴细胞的表达水平,采用受试者工作特征(receiver-operating characteristic,ROC)曲线下面积(area under the curve,AUC)评估上述指标联合检测对艾滋病患者感染马尔尼菲篮状菌的诊断效能。结果A组的(1-3)-β-D葡聚糖和PCT水平均高于B组,CD4^(+)T淋巴细胞个数低于B组(P<0.05);(1-3)-β-D葡聚糖、PCT、CD4^(+)T淋巴细胞联合检测的AUC为0.933,(1-3)-β-D葡聚糖单独检测的AUC是0.812,PCT单独检测的AUC为0.883,CD4^(+)T淋巴细胞单独检测的AUC是0.810,(1-3)-β-D葡聚糖、PCT和CD4^(+)T淋巴细胞联合检测的AUC皆优于三项单独检测,表明(1-3)-β-D葡聚糖、PCT和CD4^(+)T淋巴细胞联合检测的诊断价值皆优于单一指标诊断,且联合检测的特异度、约登指数分别为92.43%和0.580,均高于三项单独检测。结论(1-3)-β-D葡聚糖联合PCT和CD4^(+)T淋巴细胞多指标对艾滋病马尔尼菲篮状菌感染具有非常高的临床诊断价值,能够帮助医生分析出高危风险患者,及时制定治疗方案,同时也承担预后效果的判断依据,对治疗艾滋病马尔尼菲篮状菌感染具有非常重要的研究价值。 展开更多

目的 研究分析1例Rh血型弱D、弱cE患者的血清学与分子生物学特征,为该类患者的临床安全输血提供实验依据。方法 采用微柱凝胶卡法对患者红细胞进行ABO、RhDCcEe抗原的鉴定,同时采用试管法进行血型复核,抗人球蛋白卡法筛查不规则抗体;采... 目的 研究分析1例Rh血型弱D、弱cE患者的血清学与分子生物学特征,为该类患者的临床安全输血提供实验依据。方法 采用微柱凝胶卡法对患者红细胞进行ABO、RhDCcEe抗原的鉴定,同时采用试管法进行血型复核,抗人球蛋白卡法筛查不规则抗体;采用PCR-SSP法对RhDCcEe(RhD、RhC、Rhc、RhE、Rhe)基因型进行检测;三代全长测序技术对RHD/RHCE基因序列进行测序分析。结果 微柱凝胶卡法鉴定ABO、RhD、RhCcEe血型抗原的结果为:A抗原(-)、B抗原(-)、RhD(1+)、RhC(4+)、Rhc(1+)、RhE(1+)、Rhe(4+)、对照孔(-);试管法ABO、RhD、RhCcEe抗原鉴定该患者表型为:A抗原(-)、B抗原(-)、RhD(w+)、RhC(4+)、Rhc(w+)、RhE(w+)、Rhe(4+),对照管(-);抗人球蛋白卡法筛查患者不规则抗体阴性;PCR-SSP法血型基因分型RhDCcEe结果:RhD(+)、RhC(+)、Rhc(+)、RhE(+)、Rhe(+);RHD/RHCE基因结果:RHD单倍体1为外显子1-10全缺失,而单倍体2为外显子RHD-CE基因重组融合,且确认其重组类型为RHD-CE(3-7)-D,起点在外显子2(g.20238-20312之间),终点在外显子8(g49184-50480之间),同时RHCE基因第6外显子存在新碱基点突变RHCE*cE(827C>A)。结论RHD-CE(3-7)-D基因重组融合与RHCE*cE(827C>A)新等位基因突变可能引起D、cE血型抗原弱表达,为临床安全输血提供了重要的实验数据支持。 展开更多

To solve the problems in restoring sedimentary facies and predicting reservoirs in loose gas-bearing sediment,based on seismic sedimentologic analysis of the first 9-component S-wave 3D seismic dataset of China,a fourth-order isochronous stratigraphic framework was set up and then sedimentary facies and reservoirs in the Pleistocene Qigequan Formation in Taidong area of Qaidam Basin were studied by seismic geomorphology and seismic lithology.The study method and thought are as following.Firstly,techniques of phase rotation,frequency decomposition and fusion,and stratal slicing were applied to the 9-component S-wave seismic data to restore sedimentary facies of major marker beds based on sedimentary models reflected by satellite images.Then,techniques of seismic attribute extraction,principal component analysis,and random fitting were applied to calculate the reservoir thickness and physical parameters of a key sandbody,and the results are satisfactory and confirmed by blind testing wells.Study results reveal that the dominant sedimentary facies in the Qigequan Formation within the study area are delta front and shallow lake.The RGB fused slices indicate that there are two cycles with three sets of underwater distributary channel systems in one period.Among them,sandstones in the distributary channels of middle-low Qigequan Formation are thick and broad with superior physical properties,which are favorable reservoirs.The reservoir permeability is also affected by diagenesis.Distributary channel sandstone reservoirs extend further to the west of Sebei-1 gas field,which provides a basis to expand exploration to the western peripheral area. 展开更多

The synthesis of new 4-imino-4H-chromeno[2,3-d]pyrimidin-3(5H)-amine in four steps including one step under microwave dielectric heating is reported. The structural identity of the synthesized compounds was established according to their spectroscopic analysis, such as FT-IR, NMR and mass spectroscopy. These new compounds were tested for their antiproliferative activities on seven representative human tumoral cell lines (Huh7 D12, Caco2, MDA-MB231, MDA-MB468, HCT116, PC3 and MCF7) and also on fibroblasts. Among them, only the compounds 6c showed micromolar cytotoxic activity on tumor cell lines (1.8 50 50 > 25 μM). Finally, in silico ADMET studies ware performed to investigate the possibility of using of the identified compound 6c as potential anti-tumor compound. 展开更多

Building model data organization is often programmed to solve a specific problem,resulting in the inability to organize indoor and outdoor 3D scenes in an integrated manner.In this paper,existing building spatial data models are studied,and the characteristics of building information modeling standards(IFC),city geographic modeling language(CityGML),indoor modeling language(IndoorGML),and other models are compared and analyzed.CityGML and IndoorGML models face challenges in satisfying diverse application scenarios and requirements due to limitations in their expression capabilities.It is proposed to combine the semantic information of the model objects to effectively partition and organize the indoor and outdoor spatial 3D model data and to construct the indoor and outdoor data organization mechanism of“chunk-layer-subobject-entrances-area-detail object.”This method is verified by proposing a 3D data organization method for indoor and outdoor space and constructing a 3D visualization system based on it. 展开更多

探讨在针对新生儿侵袭性真菌感染的诊断中使用血浆(1-3)-β-D葡聚糖能够产生的诊断效能。方法 选取2021年1月到2022年2月因为侵袭性真菌感染于医院寻求医疗干预的新生儿总共60例作为本次研究的一部分研究对象记为1组;另外选取60例健康... 探讨在针对新生儿侵袭性真菌感染的诊断中使用血浆(1-3)-β-D葡聚糖能够产生的诊断效能。方法 选取2021年1月到2022年2月因为侵袭性真菌感染于医院寻求医疗干预的新生儿总共60例作为本次研究的一部分研究对象记为1组;另外选取60例健康婴儿作为2组;统计、对比两组患者的血浆(1-3)-β-D葡聚糖水平、CD4+T淋巴细胞数水平;整理PCR技术针对1组患者诊断结果,将其与血浆(1-3)-β-D葡聚糖诊断侵袭性真菌感染的诊断效能进行对比。结果 研究结果显示1组患者的血浆(1-3)-β-D葡聚糖水平、CD4+T淋巴细胞数水平较之于2组患者存在明显差异,1组患者血浆(1-3)-β-D葡聚糖水平更高,而CD4+T淋巴细胞数水平明显更低;P<0.05。在针对诊断效能的考察上,血浆(1-3)-β-D葡聚糖诊断效能和PCR诊断结果之间在灵敏度、特异度方面差异不大,P>0.05。结论 针对罹患侵袭性真菌感染的新生儿使用血浆(1-3)-β-D葡聚糖进行检查,一定程度上能够确保诊断结果的严谨程度,可使用。 展开更多

3-dimension(3-D)printing technology is growing strongly with many applications,one of which is the garment industry.The application of human body models to the garment industry is necessary to respond to the increasin... 3-dimension(3-D)printing technology is growing strongly with many applications,one of which is the garment industry.The application of human body models to the garment industry is necessary to respond to the increasing personalization demand and still guarantee aesthetics.This paper proposes amethod to construct 3-D human models by applying deep learning.We calculate the location of the main slices of the human body,including the neck,chest,belly,buttocks,and the rings of the extremities,using pre-existing information.Then,on the positioning frame,we find the key points(fixed and unaltered)of these key slices and update these points tomatch the current parameters.To add points to a star slice,we use a deep learning model tomimic the form of the human body at that slice position.We use interpolation to produce sub-slices of different body sections based on the main slices to create complete body parts morphologically.We combine all slices to construct a full 3-D representation of the human body. 展开更多

Robust Watermarking Algorithm for Medical Volume Data Based on Polar Cosine Transform and 3D-DCT

The amount of 3D data stored and transmitted in the Internet of Medical Things(IoMT)is increasing,making protecting these medical data increasingly prominent.However,there are relatively few researches on 3D data watermarking.Moreover,due to the particularity of medical data,strict data quality should be considered while protecting data security.To solve the problem,in the field of medical volume data,we proposed a robust watermarking algorithm based on Polar Cosine Transform and 3D-Discrete Cosine Transform(PCT and 3D-DCT).Each slice of the volume data was transformed by PCT to obtain feature row vector,and then the reshaped three-dimensional feature matrix was transformed by 3D-DCT.Based on the contour information of the volume data and the detail information of the inner slice,the visual feature vector was obtained by applying the per-ceptual hash.In addition,the watermark was encrypted by a multi-sensitive initial value Sine and Piecewise linear chaotic Mapping(SPM)system,and embedded as a zero watermark.The key was stored in a third party.Under the same experimental conditions,when the volume data is rotated by 80 degrees,cut 25%along the Z axis,and the JPEG compression quality is 1%,the Normalized Correlation Coefficient(NC)of the extracted watermark is 0.80,0.89,and 1.00 respectively,which are significantly higher than the comparison algorithm. 展开更多

目的统计2 cm以上的中国版甲状腺影像报告及数据系统(C-TI-RADS)3类甲状腺结节的临床特点,并探究其与性别、结节成分、对侧是否有癌、是否弥漫性回声改变、甲状腺过氧化物酶抗体(thyroid peroxidase antibody,TPOAB)、甲状腺球蛋白抗体(... 目的统计2 cm以上的中国版甲状腺影像报告及数据系统(C-TI-RADS)3类甲状腺结节的临床特点,并探究其与性别、结节成分、对侧是否有癌、是否弥漫性回声改变、甲状腺过氧化物酶抗体(thyroid peroxidase antibody,TPOAB)、甲状腺球蛋白抗体(anti-thyroglobulin antibodies,TGAB)等的相关性。方法回顾性分析2022年9月-2023年3月我科收治的甲状腺超声C-TI-RADS 3类且最大直径≥2 cm的94例甲状腺结节患者(均接受细胞病理和/或组织病理检查)的临床病理学信息。统计TBSⅠ类、良性、低风险肿瘤、恶性的比例,并比较性别、结节成分、对侧是否有癌、是否弥漫性回声改变、TPOAB、TGAB等临床特点在良性、低风险肿瘤、恶性三组中的比例有无统计学差异。结果排除7例TBSⅠ类患者,87例结节病理明确患者中,良性72例(细胞学38例、组织学34例)、低风险肿瘤5例(细胞学2例、组织学3例)、恶性10例(PTC 8例、FTC 1例、MTC 1例)。不同病理类型之间,结节成分(囊实性/实性)组间差异具有显著性,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=10.369,P=0.006);性别、是否弥漫性回声改变、对侧是否有癌、TPOAB、TGAB组间差异无统计学意义(P均>0.05)。进一步分析结节成分与病理类型的关系,结果表明,低风险肿瘤相对于良性结节实性比例更高,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=9.571,P=0.002);而恶性结节相对于低风险肿瘤(χ^(2)=2.143,P=0.143),恶性结节相对于良性结节(χ^(2)=2.165,P=0.141)囊实性比例差异均无统计学意义。结论虽然各种版本的甲状腺影像报告与数据系统均将TI-RADS 3级结节认定为良性可能,但恶性结节在C-TI-RADS 3类甲状腺结节中仍占一定比例,需要重视诸如囊实性结节、甲状腺滤泡性肿瘤、甲状腺髓样癌等超声征象不典型的甲状腺结节。在评估结节良恶性时,超声引导下细针穿刺细胞病理学检查是必要的,需要重视标本不满意或无法诊断的情况,提高诊断的准确性。 展开更多

Accurate 3-dimensional(3-D)reconstruction technology for nondestructive testing based on digital radiography(DR)is of great importance for alleviating the drawbacks of the existing computed tomography(CT)-based method.The commonly used Monte Carlo simulation method ensures well-performing imaging results for DR.However,for 3-D reconstruction,it is limited by its high time consumption.To solve this problem,this study proposes a parallel computing method to accelerate Monte Carlo simulation for projection images with a parallel interface and a specific DR application.The images are utilized for 3-D reconstruction of the test model.We verify the accuracy of parallel computing for DR and evaluate the performance of two parallel computing modes-multithreaded applications(G4-MT)and message-passing interfaces(G4-MPI)-by assessing parallel speedup and efficiency.This study explores the scalability of the hybrid G4-MPI and G4-MT modes.The results show that the two parallel computing modes can significantly reduce the Monte Carlo simulation time because the parallel speedup increment of Monte Carlo simulations can be considered linear growth,and the parallel efficiency is maintained at a high level.The hybrid mode has strong scalability,as the overall run time of the 180 simulations using 320 threads is 15.35 h with 10 billion particles emitted,and the parallel speedup can be up to 151.36.The 3-D reconstruction of the model is achieved based on the filtered back projection(FBP)algorithm using 180 projection images obtained with the hybrid G4-MPI and G4-MT.The quality of the reconstructed sliced images is satisfactory because the images can reflect the internal structure of the test model.This method is applied to a complex model,and the quality of the reconstructed images is evaluated. 展开更多

目的:探讨血清25-羟维生素-D3(25-hydroxyvitamin D3,25-(OH)-D3)、超敏C反应蛋白(High sensitivity C-reactive protein,hs-CRP)、心电图参数变化与ST段抬高型心肌梗死(ST segment elevation myocardial infarction,STEMI)患者经皮冠... 目的:探讨血清25-羟维生素-D3(25-hydroxyvitamin D3,25-(OH)-D3)、超敏C反应蛋白(High sensitivity C-reactive protein,hs-CRP)、心电图参数变化与ST段抬高型心肌梗死(ST segment elevation myocardial infarction,STEMI)患者经皮冠脉介入术(Percutaneous coronary intervention,PCI)后发生恶性心律失常的关系。方法:选取我院2020年1月至2022年6月实施PCI治疗的193例STEMI患者作为研究对象,根据患者术后72h内是否发生恶性心律失常分为心律失常组38例、对照组155例,对比两组患者入院12h内的25-(OH)-D3、hs-CRP、血清电解质、血常规指标、血脂指标、心肌酶学指标,并对患者PCI术后实施连续动态心电图监测,对比两组患者心电图碎裂QRS波、校正Tp-e间期(Corrected Tp-e interval,Tp-ec)、QT离散度(QT dispersion,Qtd),并采用Logistic回归模型分析上述指标与STEMI患者PCI术后发生恶性心律失常的关系。结果:心律失常组患者的血清25-(OH)-D3水平低于对照组,心律失常组患者的血清hs-CRP、Tp-ec测定值、Qtd测定值、碎裂QRS波检出率均高于对照组,上述指标组间差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05);心律失常组患者的白细胞(White blood cell,WBC)、肌钙蛋白I(Troponin I,cTnI)、肌酸激酶同工酶(Creatine kinase isoenzyme,CK-MB)、肌红蛋白(Myoglobin,MYO)、K+、Mg 2+水平均高于对照组患者,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);Logistic回归模型结果显示:cTnI、CK-MB、K+、hs-CRP、Tp-ec、Qtd增高,碎裂QRS波阳性会显著增大STEMI患者PCI后发生恶性心律失常的风险(P<0.05);血清25-(OH)-D3水平增高会降低STEMI患者PCI后发生恶性心律失常的风险(P<0.05)。结论:STEMI患者血清25-(OH)-D3水平降低、hs-CRP增高、PCI术后Tp-ec、Qtd增高、出现碎裂QRS波会增大患者出现恶性心律失常的风险。 展开更多

The main reason is that the cloverleaf junction is often in a complex and enormous construction. Its main body is bestraddle in air,and has aerial intersections between its parts. This complex feature made cloverleaf junction quite different from buildings and terrain, therefore, it is difficult to express this kind of spatial objects in the same way as for buildings and terrain. In this paper,authors analyze spatial characteristics of cloverleaf junction, propose an all-constraint points TIN algorithm to partition cloverleaf junction road surface, and develop a method to visualize cloverleaf junction road surface using TIN. In order to manage cloverleaf junction data efficiently, the authors also analyzed the mechanism of 3DCM data management, extended BLOB type in relational database, and combined R-tree index to manage 3D spatial data. In a telemedicine diagnosis system,the emergence of 3D imaging enables doctors to make clearer judgments,and its accuracy also directly affects doctors’diagnosis of the disease.In order to ensure the safe transmission and storage of medical data,a 3D medical watermarking algorithm based on wavelet transform is proposed in this paper.The proposed algorithm employs the principal component analysis(PCA)transform to reduce the data dimension,which can minimize the error between the extracted components and the original data in the mean square sense.Especially,this algorithm helps to create a bacterial foraging model based on particle swarm optimization(BF-PSO),by which the optimal wavelet coefficient is found for embedding and is used as the absolute feature of watermark embedding,thereby achieving the optimal balance between embedding capacity and imperceptibility.A series of experimental results from MATLAB software based on the standard MRI brain volume dataset demonstrate that the proposed algorithm has strong robustness and make the 3D model have small deformation after embedding the watermark. 展开更多

Western Yunnan is a region with intensive tectonic activity and serious earthquake risk. It is of significant importance to study three dimensional crustal structure of this region to understand the tectonic setting and disaster mechanism. Densification and digitalization of seismic networks in this region provides an opportunity to study the velocity structure with bulletin data. In this study, we collect P-wave data of 10 403 regional earthquakes recorded by 79 seismic stations from January 2008 to December 2010. In addition to first arrivals data (Pg with epieentral distance less than 200 km and Pn), the Pg (or P) data with epicentral distance more than 200 km are also considered as later direct arrivals in the tomographic inversion. We also compare the quantity and the quality of the seismic data before 2010 and after 2010. The test results show that adding the follow-up Pg phase can effectively improve the inversion ability of crustal imaging, and quantity and the data quality are significantly improved since 2010. The tomographie results show that: (1) The Honghe fault zone, which is the major fault systems in this region, may cut through the entire crust, and the velocity contrasts between two sides at lower crust beneath the Honghe fault are estimated at higher than 10%, while the velocity difference below Nujiang fault zone extends only in the upper crust; (2) Most of the earthquakes in the region occurred at the interface of high-velocity media and low-velocity media, i.e., the areas with high velocity gradient, which has been validated in other areas. 展开更多

Sea surface temperature(SST)is one of the important parameters of global ocean and climate research,which can be retrieved by satellite infrared and passive microwave remote sensing instruments.While satellite infrared SST offers high spatial resolution,it is limited by cloud cover.On the other hand,passive microwave SST provides all-weather observation but suffers from poor spatial resolution and susceptibility to environmental factors such as rainfall,coastal effects,and high wind speeds.To achieve high-precision,comprehensive,and high-resolution SST data,it is essential to fuse infrared and microwave SST measurements.In this study,data from the Fengyun-3D(FY-3D)medium resolution spectral imager II(MERSI-II)SST and microwave imager(MWRI)SST were fused.Firstly,the accuracy of both MERSIII SST and MWRI SST was verified,and the latter was bilinearly interpolated to match the 5km resolution grid of MERSI SST.After pretreatment and quality control of MERSI SST and MWRI SST,a Piece-Wise Regression method was employed to correct biases in MWRI SST.Subsequently,SST data were selected based on spatial resolution and accuracy within a 3-day window of the analysis date.Finally,an optimal interpolation method was applied to fuse the FY-3D MERSI-II SST and MWRI SST.The results demonstrated a significant improvement in spatial coverage compared to MERSI-II SST and MWRI SST.Furthermore,the fusion SST retained true spatial distribution details and exhibited an accuracy of–0.12±0.74℃compared to OSTIA SST.This study has improved the accuracy of FY satellite fusion SST products in China. 展开更多

This paper considers a time-constrained data collection problem from a network of ground sensors located on uneven terrain by an Unmanned Aerial Vehicle(UAV),a typical Unmanned Aerial System(UAS).The ground sensors harvest renewable energy and are equipped with batteries and data buffers.The ground sensor model takes into account sensor data buffer and battery limitations.An asymptotically globally optimal method of joint UAV 3D trajectory optimization and data transmission schedule is developed.The developed method maximizes the amount of data transmitted to the UAV without losses and too long delays and minimizes the propulsion energy of the UAV.The developed algorithm of optimal trajectory optimization and transmission scheduling is based on dynamic programming.Computer simulations demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed algorithm. 展开更多
