With an extension of the geological entropy concept in porous media,the approach called directional entrogram is applied to link hydraulic behavior to the anisotropy of the 3D fracture networks.A metric called directi...With an extension of the geological entropy concept in porous media,the approach called directional entrogram is applied to link hydraulic behavior to the anisotropy of the 3D fracture networks.A metric called directional entropic scale is used to measure the anisotropy of spatial order in different directions.Compared with the traditional connectivity indexes based on the statistics of fracture geometry,the directional entropic scale is capable to quantify the anisotropy of connectivity and hydraulic conductivity in heterogeneous 3D fracture networks.According to the numerical analysis of directional entrogram and fluid flow in a number of the 3D fracture networks,the hydraulic conductivities and entropic scales in different directions both increase with spatial order(i.e.,trace length decreasing and spacing increasing)and are independent of the dip angle.As a result,the nonlinear correlation between the hydraulic conductivities and entropic scales from different directions can be unified as quadratic polynomial function,which can shed light on the anisotropic effect of spatial order and global entropy on the heterogeneous hydraulic behaviors.展开更多

On the basis of new microstructure model of braided composites proposed recently, the model of FEM calculation for thermal conductivity of 3-dimennsional and 4-directional braided composites is set up in this paper. The curves of coefficient of effective thermal conductivity versus fiber volume ratio and interior braiding angle are obtained. Furthermore, comparing the results of FEM with the available experimental data, the reasonability and veracity of calculation are confirmed at the same time.展开更多

In conjunction with a novel directional quantum-dot(QD) backlight, the precise scanning control strateg...A switchable autostereoscopic 3-dimensional(3D) display device with wide color gamut is introduced in this paper. In conjunction with a novel directional quantum-dot(QD) backlight, the precise scanning control strategy, and the eye-tracking system, this spatial-sequential solution enables our autostereoscopic display to combine all the advantages of full resolution,wide color gamut, low crosstalk, and switchable 2D/3D. And also, we fabricated an autostereoscopic display prototype and demonstrated its performances effectively. The results indicate that our system can both break the limitation of viewing position and provide high-quality 3D images. We present two working modes in this system. In the spatial-sequential mode,the crosstalk is about 6%. In the time-multiplexed mode, the viewer should wear auxiliary and the crosstalk is about 1%,just next to that of a commercial 3D display(BENQ XL2707-B and View Sonic VX2268 WM). Additionally, our system is also completely compatible with active shutter glasses and its 3D resolution is same as its 2D resolution. Because of the excellent properties of the QD material, the color gamut can be widely extended to 77.98% according to the ITU-R recommendation BT.2020(Rec.2020).展开更多
目的探讨(1-3)-β-D葡聚糖联合降钙素原(procalcitonin,PCT)、CD4^(+)T淋巴细胞多指标在艾滋病患者马尔尼菲篮状菌感染早期诊断临床研究。方法回顾性选取我院2020年1月—2022年6月住院的120例艾滋病患者为研究对象。依据实验室结果,将...目的探讨(1-3)-β-D葡聚糖联合降钙素原(procalcitonin,PCT)、CD4^(+)T淋巴细胞多指标在艾滋病患者马尔尼菲篮状菌感染早期诊断临床研究。方法回顾性选取我院2020年1月—2022年6月住院的120例艾滋病患者为研究对象。依据实验室结果,将其分为马尔尼菲篮状菌感染确诊组(血或组织液培育养出马尔尼菲篮状菌),简称A组(62例),及马尔尼菲篮状菌感染临床诊断组[根据临床症状、体征、血常规及(1-3)-β-D葡聚糖、PCT、CD4^(+)T淋巴细胞多指标诊断],简称B组(58例)。检测患者(1-3)-β-D葡聚糖、PCT、CD4^(+)T淋巴细胞的表达水平,采用受试者工作特征(receiver-operating characteristic,ROC)曲线下面积(area under the curve,AUC)评估上述指标联合检测对艾滋病患者感染马尔尼菲篮状菌的诊断效能。结果A组的(1-3)-β-D葡聚糖和PCT水平均高于B组,CD4^(+)T淋巴细胞个数低于B组(P<0.05);(1-3)-β-D葡聚糖、PCT、CD4^(+)T淋巴细胞联合检测的AUC为0.933,(1-3)-β-D葡聚糖单独检测的AUC是0.812,PCT单独检测的AUC为0.883,CD4^(+)T淋巴细胞单独检测的AUC是0.810,(1-3)-β-D葡聚糖、PCT和CD4^(+)T淋巴细胞联合检测的AUC皆优于三项单独检测,表明(1-3)-β-D葡聚糖、PCT和CD4^(+)T淋巴细胞联合检测的诊断价值皆优于单一指标诊断,且联合检测的特异度、约登指数分别为92.43%和0.580,均高于三项单独检测。结论(1-3)-β-D葡聚糖联合PCT和CD4^(+)T淋巴细胞多指标对艾滋病马尔尼菲篮状菌感染具有非常高的临床诊断价值,能够帮助医生分析出高危风险患者,及时制定治疗方案,同时也承担预后效果的判断依据,对治疗艾滋病马尔尼菲篮状菌感染具有非常重要的研究价值。展开更多
A γ-TiAl alloy with nominal composition of Ti-47%Al(molar fraction) was directionally solidified in an alumina mould with an Y2O3 protective coating.The effects of processing parameters(melting temperature and int...A γ-TiAl alloy with nominal composition of Ti-47%Al(molar fraction) was directionally solidified in an alumina mould with an Y2O3 protective coating.The effects of processing parameters(melting temperature and interaction time) on the metal-coating interface,microstructure and chemical composition of the alloy were evaluated.The result shows that the Y2O3 protective coating exhibits an effective barrier capability to avoid direct contact between the mould base material and the TiAl melt,although the Y2O3 coating is found to suffer some erosion and be slightly dissolved by the molten TiAl due to the coating-metal interactions.The directionally solidified alloys were contaminated with Y and O,and Y2O3 inclusions were dispersed in the metal matrix.The reason for this metal contamination is the Y2O3 coating dissolution by the TiAl melt.One mode of the interaction between Y2O3 and the TiAl melt is dissolution of yttrium and atomic oxygen in the melt by reaction Y2O3(s)=2Y(in TiAl melt)+3O(in TiAl melt).Both the extent of alloy contamination and the volume fractions of Y2O3 inclusions depend on the melting temperature and the interaction time.展开更多

The results showed tha...The effect of different amounts of rare earth element yttrium on the microstructure of the directionally solidified (DS) Ni 3Al base alloy IC6 was studied with scanning electron microscope(SEM). The results showed that the microstructure of alloys with addition of 0.04%~0.12%Y had no obvious difference compared with that of IC6 without yttrium, and a bulk shape phase rich in Ni, Mo and Y was formed within large size γ′ phase in interdendritic area in the alloy with 0.20%Y, and the volume of large size γ′ phase in interdendritic area increased when the adding amounts of yttrium increased to 0.3%. The stress rupture properties at 1 100 ℃, 80 MPa were improved by adding 0.04%~0.20%Y. The oxidation resistance and thermal fatigue property of the alloys with different amounts of yttrium were tested at 1 100 ℃. The results showed that the oxidation resistance and thermal fatigue property were substantially improved by adding proper amounts of yttrium.展开更多
Direct air capture(DAC)of CO_(2)plays an indispensable role in achieving carbon-neutral goals as one of the key negative emission technologies.Since large air flows are required to capture the ultradilute CO_(2)from t...Direct air capture(DAC)of CO_(2)plays an indispensable role in achieving carbon-neutral goals as one of the key negative emission technologies.Since large air flows are required to capture the ultradilute CO_(2)from the air,lab-synthesized adsorbents in powder form may cause unacceptable gas pressure drops and poor heat and mass transfer efficiencies.A structured adsorbent is essential for the implementation of gas-solid contactors for cost-and energy-efficient DAC systems.In this study,efficient adsorbent poly(ethyleneimine)(PEI)-functionalized Mg-Al-CO_(3)layered double hydroxide(LDH)-derived mixed metal oxides(MMOs)are three-dimensional(3D)printed into monoliths for the first time with more than 90%adsorbent loadings.The printing process has been optimized by initially printing the LDH powder into monoliths followed by calcination into MMO monoliths.This structure exhibits a 32.7%higher specific surface area and a 46.1%higher pore volume,as compared to the direct printing of the MMO powder into a monolith.After impregnation of PEI,the monolith demonstrates a large adsorption capacity(1.82 mmol/g)and fast kinetics(0.7 mmol/g/h)using a CO_(2)feed gas at 400 ppm at 25℃,one of the highest values among the shaped DAC adsorbents.Smearing of the amino-polymers during the post-printing process affects the diffusion of CO_(2),resulting in slower adsorption kinetics of pre-impregnation monoliths compared to post-impregnation monoliths.The optimal PEI/MeOH ratio for the post-impregnation solution prevents pores clogging that would affect both adsorption capacity and kinetics.展开更多

The implementation of the South-to-North Water Diversion Project (SNWDP) has alleviated groundwater resource pressure in North China to some extent, resulting in a gradual deceleration of land subsidence and even rebo...The implementation of the South-to-North Water Diversion Project (SNWDP) has alleviated groundwater resource pressure in North China to some extent, resulting in a gradual deceleration of land subsidence and even rebound in some areas. To investigate the spatiotemporal evolution characteristics of land subsidence in the eastern plain of Beijing following the SNWDP, this study employs Ascending (ASC) and Descending (DES) InSAR data combined with a Strain Model (SM) to obtain a Three-Dimensional (3-D) deformation field from 2016 to 2018. Through analysis of the 3-D deformation characteristics and spatiotemporal evolution of land subsidence in this region from 2016 to 2018, the results reveal a shift in the distribution of subsiding areas after the South-to-North Water Diversion, with a marked decrease in subsidence rates in certain areas. The maximum subsidence rate in the Beijing area has decreased to 110 mm/yr, accompanied by horizontal deformation at a rate of 12 mm/yr. Additionally, by examining the spatial relationship between major active faults and subsidence deformation in this region, the study further elucidates the influence of fault activity on the spatial distribution of subsidence deformation.展开更多

In order to exploit the rendering ability of PC clusters, we should design appropriate parallel rendering algorithms and parallel graphics library interfaces. Due to the rapid development of Direct3D, we bring forward DPGL, the Direct3D9-based parallel graphics library in D3DPR parallel rendering system, which implements Direct3D9 interfaces to support existing Direct3D9 application parallelization with no modification. Based on the parallelism analysis of Direct3D9 rendering pipeline, we briefly introduce D3DPR parallel rendering system. DPGL is the fundamental component of D3DPR. After presenting DPGL three layers architecture, we discuss the rendering resource interception and management. Finally, we describe the design and implementation of DPGL in detail, including rendering command interception layer, rendering command interpretation layer and rendering resource parallelization layer.展开更多

The structural identity of the synthesized compounds was establishe...The synthesis of new 4-imino-4H-chromeno[2,3-d]pyrimidin-3(5H)-amine in four steps including one step under microwave dielectric heating is reported. The structural identity of the synthesized compounds was established according to their spectroscopic analysis, such as FT-IR, NMR and mass spectroscopy. These new compounds were tested for their antiproliferative activities on seven representative human tumoral cell lines (Huh7 D12, Caco2, MDA-MB231, MDA-MB468, HCT116, PC3 and MCF7) and also on fibroblasts. Among them, only the compounds 6c showed micromolar cytotoxic activity on tumor cell lines (1.8 50 50 > 25 μM). Finally, in silico ADMET studies ware performed to investigate the possibility of using of the identified compound 6c as potential anti-tumor compound.展开更多

However,it is also a particularly difficult problem for no universal mathematical model of real world textures. By extending a new application of the fractional Fourier transform( Fr FT) in the field of texture analysis,this paper proposes an Fr FT-based method for describing textures. Firstly,based on the Radon-Wigner transform,1-D directional Fr FT filters are designed to two types of texture features,i. e.,the coarseness and directionality. Then,the frequencies with maximum and median amplitudes of the Fr FT of the input signal are regarded as the output of the 1-D directional Fr FT filter. Finally,the mean and the standard deviation are used to compose of the feature vector. Compared to the WD-based method,three benefits can be achieved with the proposed Fr FT-based method,i. e.,less memory size,lower computational load,and less disturbed by the cross-terms. The proposed method has been tested on16 standard texture images. The experimental results show that the proposed method is superior to the popular Gabor filtering-based method.展开更多

In the hyper stoichiometric alloy, strong 〈110〉 texture forms and 12% plastic elongation can be obtained. The high plastic elongation of the directionally solidified alloy is attributed to the suppression of intergranular fracture by reducing the portion of the transverse boundaries. But the 2D model cannot accurately characterize the real environment. In order to solve this problem,a new 3D directional sensor model and coverage enhancement algorithm is proposed. We can adjust the pitch angle and deviation angle to enhance the coverage rate. And the coverage enhancement algorithm is based on an improved gravitational search algorithm. In this paper the two improved strategies of GSA are directional mutation strategy and individual evolution strategy. A set of simulations show that our coverage enhancement algorithm has a good performance to improve the coverage rate of the wireless directional sensor network on different number of nodes,different virtual angles and different sensing radius.展开更多

Through analysis of the 3-D deformation characteristics and spatiotemporal evolution of land subsidence in this region from 2016 to 2018, the results reveal a shift in the distribution of subsiding areas after the South-to-North Water Diversion, with a marked decrease in subsidence rates in certain areas. The maximum subsidence rate in the Beijing area has decreased to 110 mm/yr, accompanied by horizontal deformation at a rate of 12 mm/yr. Additionally, by examining the spatial relationship between major active faults and subsidence deformation in this region, the study further elucidates the influence of fault activity on the spatial distribution of subsidence deformation.

文摘The emergence of high performance 3D graphics cards has opened the way to PC clusters for high performance multi- display environment. In order to exploit the rendering ability of PC clusters, we should design appropriate parallel rendering algorithms and parallel graphics library interfaces. Due to the rapid development of Direct3D, we bring forward DPGL, the Direct3D9-based parallel graphics library in D3DPR parallel rendering system, which implements Direct3D9 interfaces to support existing Direct3D9 application parallelization with no modification. Based on the parallelism analysis of Direct3D9 rendering pipeline, we briefly introduce D3DPR parallel rendering system. DPGL is the fundamental component of D3DPR. After presenting DPGL three layers architecture, we discuss the rendering resource interception and management. Finally, we describe the design and implementation of DPGL in detail, including rendering command interception layer, rendering command interpretation layer and rendering resource parallelization layer.
文摘The synthesis of new 4-imino-4H-chromeno[2,3-d]pyrimidin-3(5H)-amine in four steps including one step under microwave dielectric heating is reported. The structural identity of the synthesized compounds was established according to their spectroscopic analysis, such as FT-IR, NMR and mass spectroscopy. These new compounds were tested for their antiproliferative activities on seven representative human tumoral cell lines (Huh7 D12, Caco2, MDA-MB231, MDA-MB468, HCT116, PC3 and MCF7) and also on fibroblasts. Among them, only the compounds 6c showed micromolar cytotoxic activity on tumor cell lines (1.8 50 50 > 25 μM). Finally, in silico ADMET studies ware performed to investigate the possibility of using of the identified compound 6c as potential anti-tumor compound.

文摘Texture analysis is a fundamental field in computer vision. However,it is also a particularly difficult problem for no universal mathematical model of real world textures. By extending a new application of the fractional Fourier transform( Fr FT) in the field of texture analysis,this paper proposes an Fr FT-based method for describing textures. Firstly,based on the Radon-Wigner transform,1-D directional Fr FT filters are designed to two types of texture features,i. e.,the coarseness and directionality. Then,the frequencies with maximum and median amplitudes of the Fr FT of the input signal are regarded as the output of the 1-D directional Fr FT filter. Finally,the mean and the standard deviation are used to compose of the feature vector. Compared to the WD-based method,three benefits can be achieved with the proposed Fr FT-based method,i. e.,less memory size,lower computational load,and less disturbed by the cross-terms. The proposed method has been tested on16 standard texture images. The experimental results show that the proposed method is superior to the popular Gabor filtering-based method.
文摘Stoichiometric (25.0% Al in mole) and hyperstoichiometric (26.5% Al in mole) Ni 3Al alloy can be made ductile by directional solidification in ceramic mould. In the stoichiometric alloy, texture formation varies between samples and more than 20% plastic elongation can be obtained. In the hyper stoichiometric alloy, strong 〈110〉 texture forms and 12% plastic elongation can be obtained. The high plastic elongation of the directionally solidified alloy is attributed to the suppression of intergranular fracture by reducing the portion of the transverse boundaries. The texture and microstructure formation mechanism were proposed.

文摘Coverage control for each sensor is based on a 2D directional sensing model in directional sensor networks conventionally. But the 2D model cannot accurately characterize the real environment. In order to solve this problem,a new 3D directional sensor model and coverage enhancement algorithm is proposed. We can adjust the pitch angle and deviation angle to enhance the coverage rate. And the coverage enhancement algorithm is based on an improved gravitational search algorithm. In this paper the two improved strategies of GSA are directional mutation strategy and individual evolution strategy. A set of simulations show that our coverage enhancement algorithm has a good performance to improve the coverage rate of the wireless directional sensor network on different number of nodes,different virtual angles and different sensing radius.
