The results of two- year test showed that when the application amount was in the range of 45-90 g.a.i/ hm^2, the field efficacy of validamycin A-(0.2 billion spores/ml) P. polymyxa DN-1 3% AS in the initial infection stage of rich sheath blight (Le., the diseased plant rate was below 5%) reached 80.38%-89.06%, and that in the peak infection stage (i.e., the diseased plant rate was higher than 10%) reached only 41.12%-53.26%. The field efficacy of validamycin A.(0.2 billion spores/ml) P. polymyxa DN-1 3% AS at the early onset of rich sheath blight was significantly better than that at the onset, so that the application time of validamycin A .(0.2 billion spores/ml) P. polymyxa DN-1 3% AS should be appropriately brought forward in the prevention and control of rice sheath blight.展开更多
The Eu^3+/Ag co-doped rare earth disilicate Y2Si2O7 microcrystal was synthesized by sol-gel method. Through controlling the thermal treatment process of YzSi2OT:EU3+/Ag precursor, various phases (amorphous, α, ...The Eu^3+/Ag co-doped rare earth disilicate Y2Si2O7 microcrystal was synthesized by sol-gel method. Through controlling the thermal treatment process of YzSi2OT:EU3+/Ag precursor, various phases (amorphous, α, β, γ, δ) were prepared. White light emis- sion was observed under UV light excitation in the samples heavily doped with Ag. The white light was realized by combining the intense red emission of Eu3+, the green emission attributed to the very small molecule-like, non-plasmonic Ag particles (ML-Ag-particles), and the blue emission due to Ag ions. Results demonstrated that Eu3+/Ag co-doped Y2Si207 microcrystal could be potentially applied as white light emission phosphors for UV LED chips.展开更多

This paper presents an outline of a chess master model for in- service teacher development involving the use of the 3-ML Lab. The model consists of four essential components: (a) the design phase, (b) the performance phase, (c) the reflection phase, and (d) the application phase. A mini-case study is presented to demonstrate how the model works in practice. The model is evaluated against other models of teacher development as found in Wallace (1991). A distinctive feature of the chess master model is its methodology in multimodal text analysis (MTA) as a way for critical self-reflection.展开更多
