The research work presented in this paper refers to a new slope stability analysis method used for landslide risk evaluations. The research work presented in this paper refers to a new slope stability analysis method used for landslide risk evaluations. It is an extension of the 3-dimensional upper-bound slope stability analysis method proposed by Chen et al. in 2001,which employs the Mohr-Coulomb's associative flow rule. It has been found that in a 3-dimensional area,a prism may not be able to move at friction angles to all its surrounding interfaces,as required by this associative rule,and convergence problems may occasionally arise. The new method establishes two velocity fields:(i) The plastic one that represents a non-associative and the best representative dilation behavior,and (ii) the virtual one that permits the solution for factor of safety in the work and energy balance equation. The new method can then allow any input value of dilation angle and thus solve the convergence problem. A practical application to a concrete dam foundation is illustrated. 展开更多

It is of great value in evaluation of oil resources and determination of the location and amount of oil deposits. Based on such actual conditions as the effects of fluid mechanics in porous media and 3-dimensional geology characteristics,a kind of modified method of second order upwind finite difference fractional steps implicit interactive scheme was put forward. As for the actual problem of Dongying hollow,Huimin hollow,Tanhai region and Yangxin hollow in Shengli Petroleum Oil Field,a numerical simulation test was carried out,and the result is basically coincident with the actual conditions. For the model problem,optimal order estimates were derived. Thus the well-known problem on oil resources was solved. 展开更多

Numerical simulation of oil migration and accumulation is to describe the history of oil migration and accumulation in basin evolution. It is of great value in the exploration of oil resources and their rational evaluation. In this paper, from such actual conditions as the effects of mechanics of fluids in porous media and 3-dimensional geology characteristics, a kind of modified method of second order splitting-up implicit interactive scheme is pur forward. For the famous hydraulic experiment of secondary migration-accumulation, the numerical simulation test has been done, and both the computational and experimental results are basically identical. For the actual problem of Dongying hollow of Shengli Petroleum Oil Field, the numerical simulation test and the actual conditions are basically coincident. 洛阳石化化纤装置循环水站的6台离心式清水泵,其叶轮是依据二元流理论设计制造的,但二元流理论并不完善,造成泵的实际运行工况偏离额定工况,同时由于存在不同程度的汽蚀现象,致使6台清水泵在较低的效率(75%~80%)下运行。为此,应用三元... 洛阳石化化纤装置循环水站的6台离心式清水泵,其叶轮是依据二元流理论设计制造的,但二元流理论并不完善,造成泵的实际运行工况偏离额定工况,同时由于存在不同程度的汽蚀现象,致使6台清水泵在较低的效率(75%~80%)下运行。为此,应用三元流技术对清水泵的叶轮进行改造:不改变电机、泵壳体、进出水管路等现有水泵系统,对叶片的进出安放角、叶片数、扭曲叶片各截面形状等进行优化设计,并采用铸焊结构进行加工制造,从而避免叶片工作面的流动分离,减少流动损失,提高叶轮的工作效率,最终达到提高水泵效率、节能降耗的目的。改造后的运行情况表明:机泵运行平稳,噪音减小,汽蚀现象明显减少,泵组效率由改造前的80%提高88.6%;改造后单台泵(流量为5000m3/h)电流降低13A,每年可节电168.48×104kW·h,节省电费67.392万元。 展开更多

The transition from an axisymmetric stationary flow to three-dimensional time-dependent flows is carefully studied in a vertical cylinder partially heated from the side, with the aspect ratio A = 2 and Prandtl number Pτ=0.021. The flow develops from the steady toroidal pattern beyond the first instability threshold, breaks the axisymmetric state at a Rayleigh number near 2000, and transits to standing or travelling azimuthal waves. A new result is observed that a slightly unstable flow pattern of standing waves exists and will transit to stable travelling waves after a long time evolution. The onset of oscillations is associated with a supercritical Hopf bifurcation in a system with O(2) symmetry. 展开更多

目的观察抵挡汤早期干预对2型糖尿病大鼠血管病变中大血管的保护作用,探讨其机制。方法采用高脂饲料喂养及链脲佐菌素诱导方法制成大鼠糖尿病模型,抵挡汤早期干预组、抵挡汤中期干预组和抵挡汤晚期干预组分别于实验成模前4周、成模和成... 目的观察抵挡汤早期干预对2型糖尿病大鼠血管病变中大血管的保护作用,探讨其机制。方法采用高脂饲料喂养及链脲佐菌素诱导方法制成大鼠糖尿病模型,抵挡汤早期干预组、抵挡汤中期干预组和抵挡汤晚期干预组分别于实验成模前4周、成模和成模后4周给予抵挡汤灌胃,辛伐他汀组和罗格列酮组大鼠于成模时分别给予辛伐他汀和罗格列酮灌胃,至实验24周时结束。酶联免疫吸附法检测大鼠血清血管细胞黏附分子-1(VCAM-1)水平,实时荧光定量PCR法检测主动脉肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)mRNA表达。结果与正常对照组比较,模型对照组大鼠血清VCAM-1水平明显升高(P<0.05),主动脉TNF-αmRNA表达明显升高(P<0.05);与模型对照组比较,抵挡汤早期干预组和辛伐他汀组大鼠血清VCAM-1水平明显降低(P<0.05),并且抵挡汤早期干预组、抵挡汤中期干预组和罗格列酮组大鼠主动脉TNF-αmRNA的表达明显降低(P<0.05)。结论抵挡汤早期干预能抑制大鼠主动脉TNF-αmRNA表达升高,抑制大血管病变的炎性损伤,延缓糖尿病大血管病变的发展,发挥其保护大血管的作用。 展开更多

针对大型的商业中心建筑客流预测准确率低,导致商业中心实时监控与安全预警效果差的问题,提出设计一个基于BIM技术的建筑运维三维可视化系统。首先,采用B/S架构和Cesium开源地图引擎对系统整体结构进行设计;然后利用BIM技术构建一个大... 针对大型的商业中心建筑客流预测准确率低,导致商业中心实时监控与安全预警效果差的问题,提出设计一个基于BIM技术的建筑运维三维可视化系统。首先,采用B/S架构和Cesium开源地图引擎对系统整体结构进行设计;然后利用BIM技术构建一个大型商业中心的三维可视化模型;最后提出基于CNN网络+LSTM网络的室内时空客流预测方法对商业中心的客流量进行预测,最终基于预测结果实现商业中心实时监控和安全运维。实验结果表明,在10 min~120 min的不同时间段内,提出的CNN+LSTM网络模型的预测均方差保持在2.14~3.58范围内,均低于传统的ARIMA预测模型和随机森林预测模型的预测均方差,说明采用本方法可取得较好的预测效果。基于CIM技术为核心的Web平台进行系统开发后,设计的系统可实现商业中心客流预测展示、空间分析和安全监控等功能,能够提升大型商业中心的三维可视化效果。 展开更多
