SYNTHESIS AND CRYSTAL STRUCTURE OF 3-PHENYL-3-HYDROXY-9-METHYL-9-AZABICYCLO [4.2.1] NONANE

A new bicyclic alkaloid, 3-phenyl-3-hydroxy-9-methyl-9-azabicyclo [4.2.1] nonane, has been synthesized from tropinone and its structure was determined by single crystal X-ray diffraction.

Indole Alkaloids from the Roots of Ervatamia hainanensis

Two new indole alkaloids, named ibogamine-18-carboxylic acid, 3, 4-didehydro-7, 8-dioxo-methyl ester 1, ibogamine-18-carboxylic acid, 16, 17-didehydro-9, 17-dihydro-9-hydroxy （2-oxopropyl）-methyl ester 2, were isolated from Ervatamia hainanensis. Their structures were elucidated on the basis of spectroscopic methods.

红葱的化学成分研究

目的研究红葱Eleutherine americana的化学成分。方法采用硅胶柱色谱、Sephadex LH-20柱色谱及重结晶等方法,分离纯化红葱的化学成分,通过MS、NMR等波谱技术确定化合物结构。结果确定了7个化合物的结构,分别为9-hydroxy-8-methoxy-1-methyl-1,3-dihydronaphtho[2,3-c]furan-4-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(1)、eleutherinoside A(2)、豆甾醇-3-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(3)、kadsuric acid(4)、豆甾醇(5)、1,2-二羟基-8-甲氧基-3-甲基蒽醌(6)、9-methoxy-1,3-dimethyl-1H-naphtho[2,3-c]pyran-5,10-dione(7)。结论化合物1为新化合物,命名为红葱新苷。化合物3～5为首次从该植物中分离得到,化合物6和7为首次获得的新天然产物。

鼠尾藻的化学成分研究

目的研究鼠尾藻的化学成分。方法采用正相及反相硅胶柱色谱、Sephadex LH-20凝胶柱色谱、半制备高效液相色谱等方法进行分离纯化,根据理化性质及波谱学数据鉴定化合物的结构。结果从鼠尾藻乙醇提取物中,分离鉴定了15个化合物,其中9个异戊二烯类化合物,分别为黑麦草内酯(1),异黑麦草内酯(2),loliolide acetate(3),蚱蜢酮(4),apo-9'-fucoxan-thinone(5),3α-hydroxy-5,6-epoxy-7-megastigmen-9-one(6),deacetylate-apo-13'-fucoxanthinone(7),apo-13'-fucoxanthinone(8),(R)-(-)-3-羟基-β-紫罗兰酮(9),6个其他类型的化合物,sargassum ketone(10),2-heptenoic acid-4,4-dihydroxy-2,3-dimethyl-γ-lactone(11),(R)-2-hydroxy-3-phenylpropanamide(12),脱氧核糖胸腺嘧啶(13),岩藻甾醇(14),甘油脂肪酸酯(15)。结论deacetylate-apo-13'-fucoxanthinone(7)为新化合物,化合物3,5,6,8,9,15为首次从该属植物中分离得到。
