304L/Q345R异种钢焊接数值模拟技术研究 被引量:3

Q345R和304L钢普遍应用在车辆、化工、船舶等领域,在工程实际中有时需要Q345R和304L钢的焊接。文中使用Ansys软件,选用高斯分布热源,建立了50 mm厚的Q345R/304L钢偏X形坡口焊接有限元模型,并对温度场与应力场进行了研究分析。结果表明:... Q345R和304L钢普遍应用在车辆、化工、船舶等领域,在工程实际中有时需要Q345R和304L钢的焊接。文中使用Ansys软件,选用高斯分布热源,建立了50 mm厚的Q345R/304L钢偏X形坡口焊接有限元模型,并对温度场与应力场进行了研究分析。结果表明:距热源相同距离时,304L钢材料温度上升速率明显大于Q345R钢的温度上升速率;高温时304L钢的冷却速度略微大于Q345R钢的,在低温时大致相同。焊缝区域应力明显大于母材区域的应力。Q345R钢侧的残余应力大于304L钢侧残余应力;304L钢侧最大应力可达241 MPa,Q345R钢侧最大应力可达327 MPa,焊缝区域最大应力可达380 MPa。沿板厚方向,在Q345R钢侧上下表面的Mises应力均大于250 MPa,试样中心部位的Mises应力约为150 MPa。304L钢侧上下表面的Mises应力均在20~30 MPa之间,试样中心部位的Mises应力约为150 MPa。Q345R钢侧所受的Mises应力明显大于304L钢侧所受的应力。焊缝上Mises应力情况较为复杂,最大达350 MPa,但最小应力仅为30~50 MPa。 展开更多

Titanium tube and stainless steel tube plate were welded by an innovative friction welding of tube to tube plate using an external tool (FWTPET). Copper was used as an interlayer for joining the dissimilar materials and also to minimize the effect of intermetallics formed at the joint interface. The process parameters that govern FWTPET process are plunge rate, rotational speed, plunge depth, axial load and flash trap profile. Among them, the flash trap profile of the tube has a significant influence on the joint integrity. Various flash trap profiles like vertical slots, holes, zig-zag holes, and petals were made on the titanium tube welded to the stainless steel tube plate. Macroscopic and microscopic studies reveal defect-free joints. The presence of copper interlayer and intermetallics was evident from X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and energy dispersive spectroscopy (EDS) studies. The microhardness survey was presented across and along the interface. A novel test procedure called “plunge shear test” was developed to evaluate the joint properties of the welded joints. The highest shear fracture load of 31.58 kN was observed on the sample having petals as flash trap profile. The sheared surfaces were further characterized using SEM for fractography. 展开更多

Spent fuel reprocessing plays a pivotal role in achieving efficient recycling of nuclear fuel.Among thedifferent forms of failure encountered in spent fuel reprocessing,tribocorrosion stands out as a critical concern.Herein,the tribocorrosion behavior,as well as the corrosion behavior,of 304L stainless steel(SS)in high-temperatureconcentrated nitric acid was investigated.The results indicated that 304L SS formed a thin(1.54 nm)and stable passivefilm on the surface,imparting high resistance to nitric acid corrosion.Meanwhile,it was found that the synergistic effectbetween corrosion and wear accounted for a high total tribocorrosion weight loss of over 85%,implying the dominantrole of the synergistic effect in the tribocorrosion process.Furthermore,the wear of 304L SS in deionized water revealedboth abrasive and adhesive wear characterizations,whereas the tribocorrosion in nitric acid only exhibited abrasive wearfeature.Eventually,the tribocorrosion and corrosion models of 304L SS in hot concentrated nitric acid were proposedbased on the comprehensive experimental findings. 展开更多

为了获得304L/316异种钢薄板激光焊接的最优工艺参数,采用灰色关联度分析法,通过Taguchi L9正交试验方案,以激光功率、扫描速度、离焦量为主要影响因素,对接头形貌、几何变形以及拉伸力学性能进行实验研究。结果发现:激光焊接薄板的角... 为了获得304L/316异种钢薄板激光焊接的最优工艺参数,采用灰色关联度分析法,通过Taguchi L9正交试验方案,以激光功率、扫描速度、离焦量为主要影响因素,对接头形貌、几何变形以及拉伸力学性能进行实验研究。结果发现:激光焊接薄板的角变形随离焦量的增加而减小;弯曲变形随激光功率的增加而增大;抗拉强度随离焦量的增加呈现先增后减的规律。当激光功率为1500 W、扫描速度为15 mm/s、离焦量为+2 mm时,304L/316异种钢焊接薄板抗拉性能最强且变形最小,接头强度高于母材,填料粉末熔化后沿着对接缝隙渗到板材底部,形成包含细小柱状晶和少量等轴晶的金属填料接头,最终填料粉末与母材形成了有效的冶金结合。 展开更多
