探讨3D打印骨折模型模拟操作与传统术前计划对复杂髋臼骨折手术效果的影响 被引量:2

目的:探讨3D打印骨折模型模拟操作与传统术前计划对复杂髋臼骨折手术效果的影响。方法:回顾分析复杂髋臼骨折手术患者40例,按术前计划方式分为对照组20例(接受传统术前计划)和研究组20例(接受3D打印骨折模型模拟操作术前计划),比较两组... 目的:探讨3D打印骨折模型模拟操作与传统术前计划对复杂髋臼骨折手术效果的影响。方法:回顾分析复杂髋臼骨折手术患者40例,按术前计划方式分为对照组20例(接受传统术前计划)和研究组20例(接受3D打印骨折模型模拟操作术前计划),比较两组手术效果,如手术时间、术中出血量、术后引流量、骨折复位满意度、髋关节功能评分等。结果:研究组解剖复位率15.00%高于对照组10.00%,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),复位满意度75.00%高于对照组40.00%,复位不满意率10.00%低于对照组50.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组手术时间、术中出血量、术后引流量低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。术前两组患者髋关节功能评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),术后,研究组Harris髋关节功能评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:实施复杂髋臼骨折手术前,用3D打印骨折模型模拟操作,可提升医生操作熟练度,降低术中出血、术后引流量,缩短手术时间,患者术后各指标更为优良,利于疾病康复。 展开更多

目的通过比较常规手术和3D打印技术辅助手术治疗踝关节周围骨折患者的疗效,探讨3D打印技术在临床应用的价值。方法选择青海大学附属医院2017年1月至2019年8月就诊的80例踝关节周围骨折患者,其中男性43例,女性37例;年龄22~58岁,平均年龄4... 目的通过比较常规手术和3D打印技术辅助手术治疗踝关节周围骨折患者的疗效,探讨3D打印技术在临床应用的价值。方法选择青海大学附属医院2017年1月至2019年8月就诊的80例踝关节周围骨折患者,其中男性43例,女性37例;年龄22~58岁,平均年龄40.05岁。随机分为对照组(42例)和3D打印组(38例)。分别采用常规手术及3D打印技术辅助手术对两组进行治疗,所有患者术后随访6个月以上。分析两组治疗效果。结果 3D打印组手术时间、术中出血量和透视次数、VAS评分分别为(71.6±3.3) min、(19.5±1.6) mL、(2.5±1.4)次、(4.76±0.90)分,对照组分别为(94.5±9.2) min、(32.1±3.7) mL、(6.7±1.5)次、(7.29±1.12)分;对照组与3D打印组之间差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。对照组骨折愈合时间、优良率分别为(7.1±0.4)个月、73.81%,3D打印组分别为(6.7±0.3)个月、84.21%;两组之间踝关节功能恢复优良率及骨折愈合时间比较,差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05)。结论 3D打印技术应用于踝关节周围骨折手术可以节约手术时间、减少出血量、降低术后的疼痛程度,有助于术后功能恢复。 展开更多

Proposed a novel approach to the problem of mine complex fields in a perspective of digital modeling and visual representation, and it aimed at developing a theoretical framework for mine complex fields with the factors and their relationships delineated in a unified manner and at building a prototype for an integrated system of methods, models, and techniques with mine complex fields modeled digitally and represented visually. Specifically, the paper addressed the issues of data mining and knowledge discovery techniques as used in the processing of geological and ore deposit samples, digital modeling techniques as used in the description of mine complex fields, 3D visual simulation techniques as used in the representation of ore bodies and underground excavations, seamless interfacing techniques with other systems such as CAD and web GIS as used in the restructuring of 2D data into 3D models and mapping of 3D models onto 2D graphics, and implementation techniques as used in the case of building a web based prototype system for the integrated modeling and visualization of underground mines. 展开更多

Modeling of 3D-structure for regular fragments of low similarity unknown structure proteins

Because it is hard to search similar structure for low similarity unknown structure proteins directly from the Protein Data Bank (PDB) database, 3D-structure is modeled in this paper for secondary structure regular fragments (α-Helices, β-Strands) of such proteins by the protein secondary structure prediction software, the Basic Local Alignment Search Tool (BLAST) and the side chain construction software SCWRL3. First, the protein secondary structure prediction software is adopted to extract secondary structure fragments from the unknown structure proteins. Then, regular fragments are regulated by BLAST based on comparative modeling, providing main chain configurations. Finally, SCWRL3 is applied to assemble side chains for regular fragments, so that 3D-structure of regular fragments of low similarity unknown structure protein is obtained. Regular fragments of several neurotoxins are used for test. Simulation results show that the prediction errors are less than 0.06nm for regular fragments less than 10 amino acids, implying the simpleness and effectiveness of the proposed method. 展开更多

In order to realize parametric simulation of three-dimensional(3D)fabric structure based on web,a 3D model describing a plain knitted fabric,in which the cross-section of the yarn is circular shape and the path of the yarn is cubic B-spline curve,is proposed in this paper.With this model,the 3D simulation of the loop and of the basic structures of the knitted fabric is realized by using Virtual Reality Modeling Language(VRML).The virtual simulation scene is suitable for network transmission with freely available VRML browsers and can be translated,scaled and rotated quite arbitrarily.By using Java and External Authoring Interface(EAI)technology,the web-based interactive simulation platform of weft knitted fabric is established.The user can input type of structures,basic fabric parameters,and yarn colors interactively to obtain a more realistic simulation result in real-time.A new approach is provided to imitate the knitted fabric 3D appearance on network. 展开更多
