A novel luminescent coordination compound Eu(TTA)3(DEDAF)(1, TTA = 1,1,1-trifluoro-3-(2-thenoyl)acetone, DEDAF = 9,9-diethyl-4,5-diazafluoren) has been synthesized and fully characterized by infrared spectrum,...A novel luminescent coordination compound Eu(TTA)3(DEDAF)(1, TTA = 1,1,1-trifluoro-3-(2-thenoyl)acetone, DEDAF = 9,9-diethyl-4,5-diazafluoren) has been synthesized and fully characterized by infrared spectrum, elemental analysis, UV-vis spectrum, etc. X-ray single-crystal diffraction analysis reveals that compound 1 shows a mononuclear structure with the europium atom in coordinating to one DAF and three TTA ligands. The mononuclear structure units are assembled into a 3-D polymer by hydrogen bonds and π-π interactions. Photoluminescent property of 1 was investigated in detail at room temperature. Complex 1 emits strong red luminescence. However, it could be quenched even by small amount of water. The fluorescence intensity at 614 nm decreases linearly with the water content increasing(vol% in acetonitrile) in the range of 0.025~0.2% under 278 nm excitation. Thermogravimetric analysis has also been studied, which demonstrates good thermal stability of 1.展开更多

The LIF measurement was designed according to the confocal p...A combined detection system involving simultaneous LIF and contacfless-conductometric measurements at the same place of the microfluidic chip was described. The LIF measurement was designed according to the confocal principle and a moveable contactless-conduetivity detector was used in C^4D. Both measurements were mutually independent and advantageous in analyses of mixtures. Various experimental parameters affecting the response were examined and optimized. The performances were demonstrated by simultaneous detection of Rhodamine B. And the results showed that the combined detection system could be used sensitively and reliably.展开更多

The porous g-C_(3)N_(4)(PCN)nanosheets are successfully synthesized and further modified with nano-sized Ag by a simple wet-chemical process.Intere stingly,the Ag-modified porous g-C_(3)N_(4)(Ag-PCN)nanosheets exhibit...The porous g-C_(3)N_(4)(PCN)nanosheets are successfully synthesized and further modified with nano-sized Ag by a simple wet-chemical process.Intere stingly,the Ag-modified porous g-C_(3)N_(4)(Ag-PCN)nanosheets exhibit competitive fluorescence detection performance of chloride ion(Cl)in aqueous solutio n.Under the optimized conditions,the concentration of Cl could be quantitative analyzed with the Ag-PCN in a wide detection range from 0.5 mmol/L to 0.1 mol/L,with a low detection limitation of 0.06 mmol/L.It is confirmed that the fluorescence of PCN could be effectively decayed by the photoinduced charge transfer via the adsorbed Cl for trapping holes,mainly by means of the time-resolved fluorescence and surface photo voltage spectra.The porous structure and modified Ag promote the adsorption of Cl on resulting Ag-PCN,leading to excellent fluorescence detection for Cl.This work provides a feasible route to develop a fluorescence detection of Cl with g-C_(3)N_(4) nanosheets in environment water.展开更多
A rapid, simple and selective method based on molecularly imprinted, spin column extraction coupled with fluorescence detection was successfully established for the determination of 2,4-dinitrophenol in serum samples....A rapid, simple and selective method based on molecularly imprinted, spin column extraction coupled with fluorescence detection was successfully established for the determination of 2,4-dinitrophenol in serum samples. The 2,4-dinitrophenol imprinted polymers exhibited highly selective recognition for the template molecule and the maximum adsorption capacity was 138.9 mg/g. The results indicated that when water is used as the loading solution, only 2,4-dinitrophenol could be adsorbed on the spin column without the remaining structural analogs(2-nitrophenol, 4-nitrophenol and phenol). After eluting with acetonitrile/acetic acid(9/1, v/v), 2,4-dinitrophenol in serum samples could be determined by using the fluorescence spectrometer, based on the fluorescence enhancement of fluorescein by the template molecule. Under the optimal conditions, the spiked recovery ranged from 95.8% to 103.4% and the detection limit was 1 nmol/L. The results confirmed the reliability and practicality of the protocol and revealed a good perspective of this method for biological sample analysis.展开更多
