The living cationic polymerization of 4-[2-(tert-butyldimethylsiloxy)ethyl]styrene (TBDMES) was studied in methylcyclohexane (MeChx)/methylchloride (MeCl) (50/50 V/V) solvent mixture at -80 degrees C. The initiator 1,1-diphenylethylene (DPE) capped 2-chloro-2,4,4-trimethylpentane (TMPCl) was formed in situ in conjunction with titanium tetrachloride (TiCl(4)). The Lewis acidity of TiCl(4) was decreased by the addition of titanium(IV) isopropoxide (Ti(OiPr)(4)) to accomplish living polymerization of TBDMES. Hydrolysis of poly(TBDMES) in the presence of tetra-butylammonium fluoride yielded poly[4-(2-hydroxyethyl)styrene] (poly(HOES)). FT-IR, NMR and DSC demonstrated the hydrolysis was complete. 展开更多

Pheniramine maleate (PA), an antihistamine, was determined by Differential Pulse Stripping voltammetry using nano polypyrrole (Ppy) and nano poly(3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene) (PEDOT) modified glassy carbon electrodes. The cyclic voltammetric behavior of pheniramine was studied in aqueous acidic, neutral and alkaline conditions. One well-defined oxidation peak was observed in the cyclic voltammograms at all pHs. The influence of pH, scan rate and concentration revealed irreversible electron transfer and the oxidation was diffusion controlled adsorption. The SEM analysis confirmed good accumulation of PA on the electrode surface. A systematic study of influence of various experimental parameters that affect the stripping voltammetric response was carried out and the maximum peak current conditions were arrived at. Calibration was made under maximum peak current conditions. The range of study was 0.05 to 0.4 μg/mL on Ppy/GCE and 0.025 to 0.4μg/mL on PEDOT/GCE and the lower limit of determination were 0.035μg/mL on Ppy/GCE and 0.016μg/mL on PEDOT/GCE. The suitability of the method for the determination of PA in pharmaceutical preparations and urine samples was also ascertained. 展开更多

Composites of Maghnite-H, a Montmorillonite sheet silicate clay, exchanged with protons, and Poly(3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene) (PEDOT) were prepared by in situ chemical polymerization of the 3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene, without the use of solvent or oxidant. The effect of changing monomer/clay ratio was studied and the resultant composite structures were characterized by Inferred spectroscopy, 27Al and 13CSolid-State NMR spectroscopy, scanning electron microscopy and powder X-ray diffraction. All analyses are consistent with a structure were the polymer is (partially) intercalated into the clay structure, which in favourable cases lead to exfoliation. The presence of the clay in the polymer leads to a desired increase in thermal stability as witnessed by thermogravimetry. 展开更多

A novel tetrafunctional initiator, C [CH_2O (CH_2)_3 OOCCH(Br)CH_3]_4 (1), was synthesized through the reaction oftetraol with α-bromopropionyl chloride, and then was used as initiator of atom transfer radical polymerization (ATRP) in thepreparation of 4-armed polystyrene (PSt) with narrow polydispersity. The structure, molecular weight and molecular weightdistribution (MWD) of each arm were studied by ~1H-NMR and GPC data of hydrolyzed products of the 4-armed PSt. TheATRP of St using 1/CuBr/bpy as initiator system is of 'living' character based on the following evidence: narrow MWD,constant concentration of chain radical during the polymerization, control of molecular weight by the molar ratio of monomerconsumed to 1. The 4-armed poly(St-b-p-nitrophenyl methacrylate) [poly(St-b-NPMA)] was prepared by the ATRP ofNPMA using 4-armed PSt with terminal bromine as the initiator, and characterized by FT-IR, ~1H-NMR spectra and GPCcurves. 通过轴向配位法将不同结构的钴卟啉(CoTXPP(X=H,Cl,NO2))分别固载到接枝微粒聚(4-乙烯基吡啶-co-苯乙烯)/SiO2(P(4VP-co-St)/SiO2)上,室温下分别制备了P(4VP-co-St)/SiO2固载的金属卟啉催化剂CoTPP-P(4VP-co-St)/SiO2,CoTClPP-P(4VP-co-... 通过轴向配位法将不同结构的钴卟啉(CoTXPP(X=H,Cl,NO2))分别固载到接枝微粒聚(4-乙烯基吡啶-co-苯乙烯)/SiO2(P(4VP-co-St)/SiO2)上,室温下分别制备了P(4VP-co-St)/SiO2固载的金属卟啉催化剂CoTPP-P(4VP-co-St)/SiO2,CoTClPP-P(4VP-co-St)/SiO2和CoTNPP-P(4VP-co-St)/SiO2,利用傅立叶变换红外(FTIR)光谱和电子吸收光谱对其结构及轴配过程进行了表征.在无溶剂、无助催化剂和还原剂的体系中,研究对比了其催化分子氧氧化乙苯为苯乙酮的性能,考察了不同反应条件对苯乙酮产率的影响.研究发现,其催化活性随着环外取代基吸电子能力的增强而提高.CoTNPP-P(4VP-co-St)/SiO2的催化活性和选择性最好,在120℃常压下其催化乙苯反应12h,苯乙酮收率达到25.53%,产物α-甲基苄醇的含量则极少.与普通的催化剂不同,在催化氧化体系中,CoTNPP-P(4VP-co-St)/SiO2存在最适宜用量,过量的CoTNPP-P(4VP-co-St)/SiO2反而会使其催化活性降低;P(4VP-co-St)/SiO2表面CoTXPP的固载密度存在一最佳值.此外,固载化以后,催化剂具有较好的重复使用性.结果表明,接枝微粒P(4VP-co-St)/SiO2对金属卟啉不仅有明显的保护作用,而且能提高其稳定性. 展开更多

Tetra(4-diazoniumbenzene)porphyrin(TDBP) was synthesized via diazo-reaction of tetra-(4-aminobenzene)porphyrin(TABP). From the analysis results of MALDI-TOF mass spectroscopy and FTIR,it was confirmed that the synthesized porphyrin derivative mainly consists of tetra(4-diazoniumbenzene) porphyrin with trace tri- and di-substituted compounds. The self-assembly of TDBP with poly(styrene sulfonate)(PSS) was carried out and a novel TDBP/PSS multilayer ultrathin film on silicon substrate was obtained. The self-assembled film is very sensitive to heat and light,after heating or irradiation of UV light,the thin film becomes very stable towards polar solvents such as DMF. 本文分别研究了以氯磺酸、浓硫酸为磺化试剂及一碘甲烷、二碘甲烷为季铵化试剂所制备的辐照聚笨乙烯-丁二烯-4-乙烯基吡啶离子交换膜的膜交换当量、吸水率,膜电位及膜电导率的性能。研究表明以氯磺酸为磺化试剂所制备的离子交换膜其离... 本文分别研究了以氯磺酸、浓硫酸为磺化试剂及一碘甲烷、二碘甲烷为季铵化试剂所制备的辐照聚笨乙烯-丁二烯-4-乙烯基吡啶离子交换膜的膜交换当量、吸水率,膜电位及膜电导率的性能。研究表明以氯磺酸为磺化试剂所制备的离子交换膜其离子交换当量比以浓硫酸寿磺化试剂的要高。以一碘甲烷为季铵化试剂制备的离子交换膜其离子交换当量要比以二碘甲烷为季铵化试剂的要高,但机械强度差。在相同条件下,提高反应温度,有利于膜的季铵化反应,而不利于膜的磺化反应。所制备的阴、阳离子交挟膜膜交换当量、膜电导率、吸水率及膜电位四者的关系是膜交换当量高则膜电导率、含水率高,而膜电位则下降。 展开更多

本文研究了聚苯乙烯-丁二烯-4-乙烯基吡啶嵌段共聚物经^(60)Coγ辐照后的性能,实验表明当辐照剂量为10~5Gy时,嵌段共聚物的凝胶含量达98%。此时共聚物有优良的耐酸、硷、有机试剂性能。FTIR红外光谱证实辐照(剂量10~5Gy)后共聚物中双... 本文研究了聚苯乙烯-丁二烯-4-乙烯基吡啶嵌段共聚物经^(60)Coγ辐照后的性能,实验表明当辐照剂量为10~5Gy时,嵌段共聚物的凝胶含量达98%。此时共聚物有优良的耐酸、硷、有机试剂性能。FTIR红外光谱证实辐照(剂量10~5Gy)后共聚物中双键峰基本消失。TEM照片表明辐照不改变嵌段共聚物的相分离结构。和未辐照的样品相比,辐照后聚合物的断裂模量提高一倍,断裂形变则下降1/5,并且聚合物的应力松弛也减小。聚合物的扬氏模量在0—60℃范围内保持不变(10^(10)dyn·cm^(-2))。上述特点使得辐照后的嵌段聚合物极有利于制成嵌镶离子交换膜。 展开更多

Platinum Wire Implants Coated with PEDOT/Carbon Nanotube Conducting Polymer Films in the Brain of Rats: A Histological Evaluation

Platinum (Pt) implants coated with poly (3, 4-ethylenedioxythiophene)/carbon nanotube (PEDOT/CNT) composite films were implanted into the brain of rats, and the brain response was evaluated 6 weeks after the implantation. The surface morphology of Pt implants with and without the PEDOT/CNT coating was studied using scanning electron microscopy (SEM). After 6 weeks post-implantation, the expression of laminin (vascular endothelial marker) and neuronal nuclei (NeuN, neuronal marker) were evaluated by immnohistochemistry. It is revealed that the obvious improvements of the surface density of blood vessels and neurons aound the Pt implants with the coating, which were evidenced by laminin and NeuN staining in the zone within the distance of 150 μm to the implant interface. These results suggest the PEDOT/CNT composite films can improve the biocompatibility of the Pt electrodes while it is implanted in brain. 展开更多

基于四环素对四氧化三铁(Fe_(3)O_(4))/聚(苯乙烯-4-乙烯吡啶)(Fe_(3)O_(4)/P(st-4vp))的过氧化物酶活性的抑制作用,建立了一种快速筛选牛奶和蜂蜜中四环素残留的方法。酸性条件下,所制备的Fe_(3)O_(4)/P(st-4vp)能够催化H_(2)O_(2)氧化... 基于四环素对四氧化三铁(Fe_(3)O_(4))/聚(苯乙烯-4-乙烯吡啶)(Fe_(3)O_(4)/P(st-4vp))的过氧化物酶活性的抑制作用,建立了一种快速筛选牛奶和蜂蜜中四环素残留的方法。酸性条件下,所制备的Fe_(3)O_(4)/P(st-4vp)能够催化H_(2)O_(2)氧化3,3,5,5’-四甲基联苯胺(TMB)生成蓝色的氧化TMB(ox TMB),在652 nm处出现可见吸收特征峰。四环素对该反应产生抑制作用,在p H 5.0、50℃水浴、反应时间20 min、H_(2)O_(2)浓度10 mmol/L、Fe_(3)O_(4)/P(st-4vp)浓度1.0 mg/mL、TMB浓度0.36 mmol/L条件下,四环素对Fe_(3)O_(4)/P(st-4vp)酶活性的抑制作用最强。根据四环素浓度与酶抑制率的关系曲线,对牛奶和蜂蜜中的加标四环素进行了筛查。结果表明,Fe_(3)O_(4)/P(st-4vp)对四环素加标量范围5~197.5μg/kg的牛奶和蜂蜜的筛查准确度分别为94.4%和96.3%。 展开更多
