The influence of 0.01% to 0. 25% of Aluminum content (in mass percent) on the mechanical properties and cold workability of low thermal expansion Fe-33Ni-15Co sheets in the annealed and hot rolled condition was investigated. Addition of Al up to 0.15 % resulted in the increase of ductility and tougianess and improvement of workability. Besides, achievement of fine grain structure and increase in the amount of annealing twins caused ductility to improve. Addition of Al higher than 0.15 % led to the increase in oxidation reaction during melting process and to refine under argon atmosphere. This caused the volume fraction of Al containing inclusions to increase and consequently the ductility and toughness to decrease. 展开更多

采用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、透射电子显微镜(TEM)以及X射线衍射仪(XRD)等对46Fe-33Ni-15Cr和50Fe-27Ni-20Cr2种气阀合金中的析出相进行研究。结果表明,固溶时效后,46Fe-33Ni-15Cr合金中有γy相、σ相和MC相,而50Fe-27Ni-20Cr合金中有γy... 采用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、透射电子显微镜(TEM)以及X射线衍射仪(XRD)等对46Fe-33Ni-15Cr和50Fe-27Ni-20Cr2种气阀合金中的析出相进行研究。结果表明,固溶时效后,46Fe-33Ni-15Cr合金中有γy相、σ相和MC相,而50Fe-27Ni-20Cr合金中有γy相、σ相、MC相和Laves相;46Fe-33Ni-15Cr合金中的γy相有球状和胞状2种形态,50Fe-27Ni-20Cr合金中的γy相都呈球状,尺寸略小,为20~40 nm;46Fe-33Ni-15Cr合金中的σ相呈条状沿晶界分布,50Fe-27Ni-20Cr合金中的σ相呈针状与晶界呈一定位向分布。在700℃时效1000 h,随着时效时间的延长,46Fe-33Ni-15Cr中的σ相数量增长幅度远大于50Fe-27Ni-20Cr,时效1000~2000 h,两者相差不大。 展开更多
