After a 4-wk administration of Spironolactone by 40 mg po twice per day, the heart-[liver+heart] radioisotopic take-up radio was reduced from 0.675±0.0240 to 0.5515±0.0264 (p<0.001). On the basis, plus Isosorbide 5-mononitrate 40 mg po once per day for 6-wk, the heart-[liver+heart] radioisotopic take-up radio was reduced further from 0.5515±0.0264 to 0.4225±0.0224(p<0.001).展开更多
