In this study, we reported the repaid construction of a molecular marker linkage map of rice (Oryza sativa L.). An F-2 population from the cross between Annong S-1 and Nanjing 11 was used to construct a genetic linkage map of rice. Total of 142 newly screened AFLP markers and 30 anchor markers (25 SSR markers and 5 RFLP markers) were mapped on the 12 chromosomes covering 1537.4 cM of rice genome. The average interval between these markers was 9.0 cM. The total work which usually was finished in more than one year was finished within only 3 months by one person. This is the first plant AFLP map developed in China. A new thermosensitive genic male sterile gene in rice, tms5, was Egged and mapped onto chromosome 2 during the development of the linkage map. 展开更多

By making use of the advantages of non-uniform rational B-spline (NURBS) curves to represent spatial curves, an instruction format with double NURBS curves suitable for 5-axis coordinated real-time interpolation is presented to replace the current 5-axis coordinated linear interpolation method defective in low-speed, low-accuracy and enormous numerical control (NC) files in sculptured surface machining. A generation procedure of the NC files with the presented format is introduced and the method to realize the interpolation in an open computer numerical control (CNC) system is developed by ourselves. These illustrated the feasibility of the proposed method and its capability of avoiding all the shortages of 5-axis linear interpolation method. 展开更多

In order to develop a practical postprocessor for 5-axis machine tool,the general equations of numerically controlled(NC) data for 5-axis configurations with non-orthogonal rotary axes were exactly expressed by the inverse kinematics,and a windows-based postprocessor written with Visual Basic was developed according to the proposed algorithm.The developed postprocessor is a general system suitable for all kinds of 5-axis machines with orthogonal and non-orthogonal rotary axes.Through implementation of the developed postprocessor and verification by a cutting simulation and machining experiment,the effectiveness of the proposed algorithm is confirmed.Compatibility is improved by allowing exchange of data formats such as rotational total center position(RTCP) controlled NC data,vector post NC data,and program object file(POF) cutter location(CL) data,and convenience is increased by adding the function of work-piece origin offset.Consequently,a practical post-processor for 5-axis machining is developed. 展开更多

Spatial circular arc can be machined conveniently by a 5-axis NC machine tool.Based on the data sampling method,circular interpolation in two-dimensional plane is discussed briefly.The key is to solve the problem of circular center ex- pressed in the workpiece coordinate system by means of the transformation matrix.Circular interpolation in three-dimensional space is analyzed in detail.The method of undetermined coefficient is used to solve the center of the spatial circle and the method of coor- dinate transformation is used to transform the spatial circle into the XY-plane.Circular arc in three-dimensional space can be ma- chined by the positional 5-axis machining and the conical surface can be machined by the continuous 5-axis machining.The velocity control is presented to avoid the feedrate fluctuation.The interpolation algorithms are tested by a simulation example and the inter- polation algorithms are proved feasible.The algorithms are applied to the 5-axis CNC system software. 展开更多

With the Taylor expansion and the coordinate transformation, the algorithms of NURBS interpolation, cutter effective machining radius, cutter offsetting and.inverse kinematics are deduced and implemented, respectively. Different from the conventional free-form surface machining, the proposed interpolator can real-time generate the motion commands of computer numerical control (CNC) machines with CC feedrate, rather than that of CL. An example part surface is demonstrated and the results of simulation show that the proposed method can be applied in actual 5-axis surface machining. 展开更多

In order to estimate the motion errors of 5-axis machine center, the double ball bar (DBB) method is adopted to realize the diagnosis procedure. The motion error sources of rotary axes in 5-axis machining center comprise of the alignment error of rotary axes and the angular error due to various factors, e.g. the inclination of rotary axes. From sensitive viewpoints, each motion error is possible to have a particular sensitive direction in which deviation of DBB error trace arises from only some specific error sources. The model of the DBB error trace is established according to the spatial geometry theory. Accordingly, the sensitive direction of each motion error source is made clear through numerical simulation, which is used as the reference patterns for rotational error estimation. The estimation method is proposed to easily estimate the motion error sources of rotary axes in quantitative manner. To verify the proposed DBB method for rotational error estimation, the experimental tests are carried out on a 5-axis machining center M-400 (MORISEIKI). The effect of the mismatch of the DBB is also studied to guarantee the estimation accuracy. From the experimental data, it is noted that the proposed estimation method for 5-axis machining center is feasible and effective. 展开更多

木质素是由苯基丙烷结构通过C—O键和C—C键连接而成的复杂三维网状无定形高聚物,热解是木质素的重要利用方式,探究木质素热解过程中连接键的断裂机理对于开发高效热解技术至关重要。利用密度泛函理论方法,针对典型的β-5连接木质素二... 木质素是由苯基丙烷结构通过C—O键和C—C键连接而成的复杂三维网状无定形高聚物,热解是木质素的重要利用方式,探究木质素热解过程中连接键的断裂机理对于开发高效热解技术至关重要。利用密度泛函理论方法,针对典型的β-5连接木质素二聚体模型化合物,探究其热解过程及取代基的影响。计算结果表明,苯环之间五元环的开环反应是最可能发生的初步反应,其中Cα—O键和Cα—Cβ键的键解离能(BDEs)分别为163.9 kJ/mol和212.9 kJ/mol,是最主要的断键开环反应。通过对比甲基、甲氧基、羟基、正丙基等支链对β-5连接键的断裂的影响,发现当两个苯环和β-5连接五元环上分别连接羟基、丙基、羟甲基取代基时,Cα—O键和Cα—Cβ键的BDEs最低。对于不同取代基类型和位点来说,Cα—O键均裂始终是最容易发生的初始反应,而Cα—O键和Cα—Cβ键连续断裂的路径是β-5连接五元环断裂的主要途径。 展开更多

目的探讨5-羟色胺(5-HT)R2A基因单核苷酸多态性与儿童注意缺陷多动障碍(ADHD)的关系。方法于2011年12月—2013年1月广西儿童ADHD流行病学抽样调查筛查出的ADHD患儿中,采用随机数字表法选取158例为病例组,另在与ADHD患儿同一聚居区非ADH... 目的探讨5-羟色胺(5-HT)R2A基因单核苷酸多态性与儿童注意缺陷多动障碍(ADHD)的关系。方法于2011年12月—2013年1月广西儿童ADHD流行病学抽样调查筛查出的ADHD患儿中,采用随机数字表法选取158例为病例组,另在与ADHD患儿同一聚居区非ADHD者中选择性别、年龄匹配的159例为对照组。取外周静脉血5 ml,提取DNA。根据Hap Map提供的存在于中国人群5-HT R2A基因的单核苷酸多态位点(SNPs)数据,及国内外相关文献,选择14个SNPs进行研究,并设计引物序列。PCR扩增,于反应终点判读基因型。结果病例组与对照组rs2770304、rs985934和rs6311位点的基因型分布不同,病例组CC/CT基因型频率高于对照组,TT基因型频率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。病例组rs2770304、rs985934、rs4941573、rs2070040、rs6313和rs6311位点关联等位基因频率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。rs1745837、rs3742279和rs2296972位点两两间存在强连锁不平衡(D'和r2均大于0.95),rs2770304、rs985934和rs4941573位点两两间存在较强连锁不平衡,rs2070040与rs6313、rs6311位点存在较强连锁不平衡。病例组单体型CCA、ACC频率高于对照组,单体型TTG、GTT频率低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 5-HT R2A基因rs2770304、rs985934、rs4941573、rs2070040、rs6313和rs6311位点多态性及单体型CCA、ACC、TTG、GTT可能与儿童ADHD的发生有关。 展开更多

提出了一种能实现空间刚体导引的5-CS空间并联机构,并给出了综合该类机构时运动缺陷的判定方法。首先使用旋量理论推导5-CS机构完整雅可比矩阵的计算公式,并计算机构在给定位置的雅可比矩阵行列式的值,如果各位置的雅可比矩阵行列式值... 提出了一种能实现空间刚体导引的5-CS空间并联机构,并给出了综合该类机构时运动缺陷的判定方法。首先使用旋量理论推导5-CS机构完整雅可比矩阵的计算公式,并计算机构在给定位置的雅可比矩阵行列式的值,如果各位置的雅可比矩阵行列式值的符号发生变化则机构存在缺陷,如果没有发生变化则应用牛顿迭代法对各给定位置区间进行机构的位置正解分析,以确定在区间内是否存在分支缺陷和回路缺陷。运动缺陷判定过程中会对机构在给定的位置区间内运动过程中完整雅可比矩阵的变化情况进行分析,如果存在完整雅可比矩阵行列式为零的位置(即奇异位形),则机构存在分支缺陷,如果给定位置在不同回路中,则机构存在回路缺陷。运动缺陷判定是机构综合能顺利进行的方法基础。本文还提出了双驱动控制方法以解决机构的分支缺陷问题。最后举例说明了5-CS机构的运动缺陷判定过程。 展开更多

木质素作为三维网状无定形高聚物,其化学结构非常复杂。为探究热解过程中产物的分布及形成路径,利用Py-GC/MS联用仪在不同的热解温度下对软木木质素中最典型的C—C键(β-5型)模型化合物的热解产物进行详细研究。结果表明:β-5型化合物... 木质素作为三维网状无定形高聚物,其化学结构非常复杂。为探究热解过程中产物的分布及形成路径,利用Py-GC/MS联用仪在不同的热解温度下对软木木质素中最典型的C—C键(β-5型)模型化合物的热解产物进行详细研究。结果表明:β-5型化合物在低温下主要发生C—O键的开环断裂,热解产物仍以二聚体的酚类和酮类化合物为主。随着热解温度的升高,二聚体继续发生二次裂解反应,形成大量的小分子芳香族化合物,相对含量约占15%~30%;当热解温度为900℃时,热裂解生成的化合物之间能够通过缩聚反应形成萘和茚,其相对含量约占产物含量的9%。同时,反应路径也进一步揭示了热解过程中的转化机理。 展开更多

目的探讨在构建和谐医患关系中“5+1联动式”护理健康教育的应用效果。方法随机选取湖北省随州市曾都医院内科2018年5月至2020年5月收治的住院患者100例设为观察组,对其开展“5+1联动式”护理健康教育,先选择成员,而后具体实施,主要包... 目的探讨在构建和谐医患关系中“5+1联动式”护理健康教育的应用效果。方法随机选取湖北省随州市曾都医院内科2018年5月至2020年5月收治的住院患者100例设为观察组,对其开展“5+1联动式”护理健康教育,先选择成员,而后具体实施,主要包括评估、诊断、计划、实施及评价等流程,比较干预前及干预1周后患者对影响和谐医患关系构建的因素的认知情况;另选取同期于我院住院的患者100例设为对照组,开展常规护理健康教育,比较两组干预效果。结果出院时观察组患者对构建医患关系影响因素的认知明显提升,除医学研究水平低、来医院生命健康就有保障两个因素以外,其他影响因素与入院时比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);出院时两组比较,除医院滥检查、医护人员缺乏责任心、医学研究水平低、来医院生命健康就有保障、医院监管力度不足,制度欠缺比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)外,其他比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护理满意度为100.0%,高于对照组的83.0%(P<0.05)。结论“5+1联动式”护理健康教育有利于患者对医院产生深入了解,进而有利于构建和谐医患关系,有推广价值。 展开更多

It has been reported that there was a linkage of 5S rRNA gene to 18S-5.8S-25S rRNA gene in a few of species in Ochrophyta.In regard to the usual two positions of linked 5S rDNA to the 3′end of 25S rDNA,two pairs of primers were designed for amplification to verify this linkage of two genes in a kelp cultivar of Saccharina japonica,one of species in Ochrophyta.This result supplemented the previous report that 5S rDNA was unlinked to 25S rDNA in this kelp.In order to simultaneously visualize this unlinkage of two genes,dual-color fluorescence in situ hybridization(FISH)technique was applied to the cytogenetics of S.japonica.Dual-color FISH images showed that two and four hybridization signals were present in the kelp gametophyte and sporophyte,respectively,metaphase nuclei hybridized simultaneously with the labeled probes of 18S rDNA and 5S rDNA.Both haploid and diploid karyotypes in decreasing length of chromosomes showed that 18S-5.8S-25S rDNA was localized at the interstitial region of Chromosome 23,whereas 5S rDNA resided at the sub-telomeric region of Chromosome 27.These karyotypes suggested that the kelp nuclear genome had only one locus of each rRNA gene,and their loci on different chromosomes indicated the physical unlinkage of 5S rDNA to 18S-5.8S-25S rDNA in this kelp.Therefore,dual-color FISH seems to be a powerful technique for the discrimination and pairing of chromosomes featured in both small size and nearly identical shape in S.japonica. 展开更多

The problem of finished surface being not first-order continuous commonly exists in machining sculptured surfaces with a torus cutter and some other types of cutters. To solve this problem, a dual drive curve tool path planning method is proposed in this article. First, the maximum machining strip width of a whole tool path can be obtained through optimizing each tool position with multi-point machining (MPM) method. Second, two drive curves are then determined according to the obtained maximum machining strip width. Finally, the tool is positioned once more along the dual drive curve under the condition of tool path smoothness. A computer simulation and cutting experiments are carried out to testify the performance of the new method. The machined surface is measured with a coordinate measuring machine (CMM) to examine the machining quality. The results obtained show that this method can effectively eliminate sharp scallops between adjacent tool paths, keep tool paths smooth, and improve the surface machining quality as well as machining efficiency. 展开更多
