The application scenarios of railway radio communication are complex,while the existing narrowband communication such as GSM-R and radio train dispatching system fails to meet the requirements of service application development.The carrying capacity of railway 5G-R has been greatly improved,mainly for wide-area train-ground communication services such as dispatching communication,train control and train operation safety monitoring.However,for large passenger stations,freight yards,maintenance bases and other places with densely populated railway operators,it is unable to carry overall railway service applications limited by the spectrum bandwidth of 5G private networks,so it is necessary to consider various radio technologies for supplementation.This paper also elaborates the railway service application scenarios,analyzes the characteristics of radio communication technologies such as 5G mmWave and the 6th-generation wireless LAN technology(Wi-Fi6),and discusses the schemes of multi-technology convergence carrying railway 5G service applications. 展开更多

通过静电自组装制备有机复合半导体N缺陷g-C_(3)N_(5)(NVs)修饰S掺杂苝酰亚胺(S-PDI)。NVs具有丰富的活性位点,而具有氨基基团的酰胺增强了S-PDI与NVs的分子间作用力。NVs质量分数30%的30%NVs/S-PDI对Cr(Ⅵ)的还原率为79.96%,对苯酚的... 通过静电自组装制备有机复合半导体N缺陷g-C_(3)N_(5)(NVs)修饰S掺杂苝酰亚胺(S-PDI)。NVs具有丰富的活性位点,而具有氨基基团的酰胺增强了S-PDI与NVs的分子间作用力。NVs质量分数30%的30%NVs/S-PDI对Cr(Ⅵ)的还原率为79.96%,对苯酚的降解率为74.40%;30%NVs/S-PDI协同氧化苯酚与还原Cr(Ⅵ)过程中,Cr(Ⅵ)的还原率为92.83%,苯酚的降解率为93.89%,即苯酚的氧化降解促进了Cr(Ⅵ)的还原,Cr(Ⅵ)的还原增强了苯酚的氧化降解。NVs/S-PDI充分利用导带的还原性能和价带的氧化性能,实现电子空穴的空间分离,协同强化光催化过程中的氧化半反应和还原半反应,同步提升光催化氧化还原性能。同时,光照产生的电子、H_(2)O_(2)与Cr(Ⅵ)形成一个光自芬顿反应过程,进一步促进了苯酚的氧化降解与Cr(Ⅵ)的还原去除。 展开更多

目的:探讨G蛋白偶联受体激酶5(GRK5)过表达对P301S Tau转基因小鼠抑郁样行为的影响,并阐明其可能的作用机制。方法:17只雄性P301S Tau小鼠随机分为空白对照组(n=6,不做任何处理)、阴性对照组(n=5,双侧海马区给予空载对照病毒)和过表达组... 目的:探讨G蛋白偶联受体激酶5(GRK5)过表达对P301S Tau转基因小鼠抑郁样行为的影响,并阐明其可能的作用机制。方法:17只雄性P301S Tau小鼠随机分为空白对照组(n=6,不做任何处理)、阴性对照组(n=5,双侧海马区给予空载对照病毒)和过表达组(n=6,双侧海马区给予GRK5过表达病毒)。糖水偏好实验检测各组小鼠糖水偏好率,悬尾实验(TST)和强迫游泳实验(FST)检测各组小鼠不动时间百分率,Western blotting法检测各组小鼠海马组织中神经功能相关蛋白表达水平,免疫荧光染色检测各组小鼠海马组织中小胶质细胞标记物抗体(IBA1)、神经元特异性核蛋白(NeuN)和胶质纤维酸蛋白(GFAP)表达情况。结果:糖水偏好实验检测,与空白对照组和阴性对照组比较,过表达组小鼠糖水偏好率升高(P<0.05)。TST和FST检测,与空白对照组和阴性对照组比较,过表达组小鼠不动时间百分率升高(P<0.05)。Western blotting法检测,与空白对照组和阴性对照组比较,过表达组小鼠海马组织中GRK5、Tau T205和IBA1蛋白表达水平升高(P<0.05),突触小泡蛋白(SYN)蛋白表达水平降低(P<0.05)。免疫荧光染色检测,与空白对照组比较,阴性对照组和过表达组小鼠海马组织中均有增强绿色荧光蛋白(EGFP)表达,EGFP主要与NeuN发生共定位,小胶质细胞和星形胶质细胞中几乎未观察到EGFP;与空白对照组和阴性对照组比较,过表达组小鼠海马组织中小胶质细胞数增加(P<0.05)。结论:海马组织中GRK5过表达诱导P301S Tau小鼠抑郁样行为,其机制可能与GRK5在神经元核中表达水平升高有关。 展开更多

This paper introduces a compact dual notched UWB antenna with an independently controllable WLAN notched band integrated with fixed WiMAX band-notch.The proposed antenna utilizes a slot resonator placed in the main radiator of the antenna for fixed WiMAX band notch,while an inverted L-shaped resonator in the partial ground plane for achieving frequency agility within WLAN notched band.The inverted L-shaped resonator is also loaded with fixed and variable capacitors to control and adjust the WLAN notch.The WLAN notched band can be controlled independently with a wide range of tunability without disturbing the WiMAX bandnotch performance.Step by step design approach of the proposed antenna is discussed and the corresponding mathematical analysis of the proposed resonators are provided in both cases.Simulation of the proposed antenna is performed utilizing commercially available 3D-EM simulator,Ansoft High Frequency Structure Simulator(HFSS).The proposed antenna has high selectivity with experimental validation in terms of reflection coefficient,radiation characteristics,antenna gain,and percentage radiation efficiency.The corresponding measured frequency response of the input port corresponds quite well with the calculations and simulations in both cases.The proposed antenna is advantageous and can adjust according to the device requirements and be one of the attractive candidates for overlay cognitive radio UWB applications and URLLC service in 5G tactile internet.The proposed multifunctional antenna can also be used for wireless vital signs monitoring,sensing applications,and microwave imaging techniques. 展开更多

通过将两种光催化材料复合构建合适的异质结构光催化体系,可设计出广泛应用于环境、医疗和能源领域的高效光催化剂.近年来,S型异质结体系因可实现高效的光生载流子分离,同时表现出较强的光氧化还原能力而备受关注.本文通过超声和剧烈搅... 通过将两种光催化材料复合构建合适的异质结构光催化体系,可设计出广泛应用于环境、医疗和能源领域的高效光催化剂.近年来,S型异质结体系因可实现高效的光生载流子分离,同时表现出较强的光氧化还原能力而备受关注.本文通过超声和剧烈搅拌的方法构建了由2D O-掺杂g-C_(3)N_(4)(OCN)纳米片和3D N-掺杂Nb_(2)O_(5)/C(N-NBO/C)纳米花组成的新型S型异质结体系,经过热处理后用于罗丹明B(RhB)的光催化降解.实验结果表明,优化的4OCN-[N-NBO/C](OCN和N-NBO/C含量分别为40 mg和100 mg)样品表现出较好的理化特性,其比表面积大、载流子的分离效率高、可见光吸收效率大和紧邻接触面大.EPR试验和自由基捕获实验结果表明,OCN和N-NBO/C之间形成了S型异质结.RhB光催化降解实验结果表明,在可见光照射下,所制备的材料表现出较好的催化性能,催化剂光催化效率高,稳定性好.光催化降解性能的提高可归因于快速电荷转移、高效电荷分离、光致电荷载流子的寿命延长以及S型体系中光致电荷的高氧化还原能力.本文还深入研究了催化剂的组成、结构、形貌以及RhB的光催化降解机制,为相关研究提供了一定参考. 展开更多

Mobile Edge Computing(MEC) is an emerging technology in 5G era which enables the provision of the cloud and IT services within the close proximity of mobile subscribers.It allows the availability of the cloud servers inside or adjacent to the base station.The endto-end latency perceived by the mobile user is therefore reduced with the MEC platform.The context-aware services are able to be served by the application developers by leveraging the real time radio access network information from MEC.The MEC additionally enables the compute intensive applications execution in the resource constraint devices with the collaborative computing involving the cloud servers.This paper presents the architectural description of the MEC platform as well as the key functionalities enabling the above features.The relevant state-of-the-art research efforts are then surveyed.The paper finally discusses and identifies the open research challenges of MEC. 展开更多

北斗卫星导航系统与第五代地面移动通信(5G)系统都是国家重大基础设施。卫星无线电测定业务(Radio-Determination Satellite Service,RDSS)是北斗系统的特色服务,其出站信号位于S频段,与地面5G信号频率接近。由于5G基站发射信号的功率... 北斗卫星导航系统与第五代地面移动通信(5G)系统都是国家重大基础设施。卫星无线电测定业务(Radio-Determination Satellite Service,RDSS)是北斗系统的特色服务,其出站信号位于S频段,与地面5G信号频率接近。由于5G基站发射信号的功率远高于北斗S信号的落地电平,因此会对北斗S信号造成干扰。从信号角度出发,研究地面5G对北斗S信号的影响及处理对策。分析了北斗S信号的特征,用等效载噪比评估了地面5G信号对北斗S信号的干扰,提出了3种提升北斗RDSS和地面5G兼容性的策略。仿真结果表明,在无遮挡条件下,经过干扰滤波处理后,北斗RDSS用户机与5G基站的最小安全距离为40 m。 展开更多

BACKGROUND Anoctamin 5(ANO5)/transmembrane protein 16E belongs to the ANO/transmembrane protein 16 anion channel family.ANOs comprise a family of plasma membrane proteins that mediate ion transport and phospholipid scrambling and regulate other membrane proteins in numerous cell types.Previous studies have elucidated the roles and mechanisms of ANO5 activation in various cancer types.However,it remains unclear whether ANO5 acts as a plasma membrane chloride channel,and its expression and functions in gastric cancer(GC)have not been investigated.AIM To examine the role of ANO5 in the regulation of tumor progression and clinicopathological significance of its expression in GC.METHODS Knockdown experiments using ANO5 small interfering RNA were conducted in human GC cell lines,and changes in cell proliferation,cell cycle progression,apoptosis,and cellular movement were assessed.The gene expression profiles of GC cells were investigated following ANO5 silencing by microarray analysis.Immunohistochemical staining of ANO5 was performed on 195 primary tumor samples obtained from patients with GC who underwent curative gastrectomy between 2011 and 2013 at our department.RESULTS Reverse transcription-quantitative polymerase chain reaction(PCR)and western blotting demonstrated high ANO5 mRNA and protein expression,respectively,in NUGC4 and MKN45 cells.In these cells,ANO5 silencing inhibited cell proliferation and induced apoptosis.In addition,the knockdown of ANO5 inhibited G1-S phase progression,invasion,and migration.The results of the microarray analysis revealed changes in the expression levels of several cyclin-associated genes,such as CDKN1A,CDK2/4/6,CCNE2,and E2F1,in ANO5-depleted NUGC4 cells.The expression of these genes was verified using reverse transcription-quantitative PCR.Immunohistochemical staining revealed that high ANO5 expression levels were associated with a poor prognosis.Multivariate analysis identified high ANO5 expression as an independent prognostic factor for 5-year survival in patients with GC(P=0.0457).CONCLUSION ANO5 regulates the cell cycle progression by regulating the expression of cyclin-associated genes and affects the prognosis of patients with GC.These results may provide insights into the role of ANO5 as a key mediator in tumor progression and/or promising prognostic biomarker for GC. 展开更多

The results reveal different cracking mechanism and H permeation current (IH) through UNS G11180 steel plate in different concentration of H2S solution. The susceptibility to SSCC of UNS G11180 Steel in 5% NaCl solution with H2S was evaluated by the permeation current(IH, μA), which depends on the concentration (c×10-6) of H2S by the equation:IH = 8.525 ×c0.7249. lt is proved that the electrochemical H permeation method is a practical way to assess the susceptibility to SSCC. 展开更多
