Results show that 1% phosphorus and steam modified HZSM-5 has the highest catalytic activity for n-heptane. Physicochemical and catalytic properties of 1% phosphorus and steam modified HZSM-5 zeolites have been investigated. The X-ray diffraction (XRD) results exhibit that there is considerable variation in the relative intensity of the individual diffraction peaks. The acidity of the samples decreases with an increase in the steaming temperature, which is determined by the IR of adsorbed pyridine and temperature programmed desorption (TPD) of ammonia. The oxidation state of phosphorus shown by XPS is +5, and a model for surface structure modification is proposed. The nitrogen adsorption isotherm for all samples is a combination of type I and type IV, all hysteresis loops resemble the H4-type. The density functional and cluster model methods have been invoked to select the phosphorus grafting model, and it was found that the phosphorus grafting model were more probable in the form of the terminal oxygen coordinating with aluminum.展开更多

X-ray diffraction and transition electron microscope results show that the film properties are related to the co-existence of Na^+MMT intercalation/exfoliation in the blend and the interaction between chitosan–PVA and Na^+MMT. 5-Fluorouracil(5-FU) was loaded with chitosan–PVA/Na^+MMT nanocomposite films for in vitro drug delivery study. The antimicrobial activity of the chitosan–PVA/Na^+MMT films showed significant effect against Salmonella(Gram-negative) and Staphylococcus aureus(Gram-positive), whereas5-FU encapsulated chitosan–PVA/Na^+MMT bio-nanocomposite films did not show any inhibition against bacteria. Our results indicate that combination of a flexible and soft polymeric material with high drug loading ability of a hard inorganic porous material can produce improved control over degradation and drug release. It will be an economically viable method for preparation of advanced drug delivery vehicles and biodegradable implants or scaffolds.展开更多

文摘Despite wide applications of noble metal-based catalysts in 5-hydroxymethylfurfural(HMF)oxidation,promoting the catalytic performance at low loading amounts still remains a significant challenge.Herein,a series of metal oxide modified MO_(x)-Au/TiO_(2)(M=Fe,Co,Ni)catalysts with low Au loading amount of 0.5 wt%were synthesized.Addition of transition metal oxides promotes electron transfer and generation of the Au^(δ-)-O_(v)-Ti^(3+)interface.A combination study reveals that the dual-active site(Au^(δ-)-O_(v)-Ti^(3+))governs the catalytic performance of the ratedetermining step, namely hydroxyl group oxidation.Au^(δ-) site facilitates chemisorption and activation of O_(2) molecules. At the same time,O_(v)-Ti^(3+) site acts as the role of“killing two birds with one stone”:enhancing adsorption of both reactants, accelerating the activation and dissociation of H_(2)O,and facilitating activation of the adsorbed O_(2).Besides,superoxide radicals instead of base is the active oxygen species during the rate-determining step.On this basis,a FDCA yield of 71.2% was achieved under base-free conditions, complying with the“green chemistry”principle. This work provides a new strategy for the transition metal oxides modification of Au-based catalysts, which would be constructive for the rational design of other heterogeneous catalysts.

The preliminary biological test of the title compound shows good antitumor activity, with IC50 of 0.046 μmol/mL against the Hela cell line.
文摘The modification of HZSM-5 zeolite with phosphorus and steam has been studied. The density functional and cluster model methods have been invoked to select the phosphorus grafting model, and it was found that the phosphorus grafting model were more probable in the form of the terminal oxygen coordinating with aluminum.

文摘In the present study, chitosan and polyvinyl alcohol(PVA) were blended with different concentrations of sodium montmorillonite(Na^+MMT) clay solution by a solvent casting method. It will be an economically viable method for preparation of advanced drug delivery vehicles and biodegradable implants or scaffolds.
文摘The antitumor activity of 5 fluorouracil 1 acetic acid(HFAA) and its lanthanide complexes(La(FAA) 3, Eu(FAA) 3) were studied. The results show that HFAA, La(FAA) 3 and Eu(FAA) 3 with the concentrations of 1 0×10 -5 ~1 0×10 -2 μg·ml -1 inhibit the colony formation of leukemia cells(L 1210 ) and the growth of transplanted tumor sarcoma 180(S 180 ), hepatic carcinoma(HEPA) and ehrlich ascites tumor(EC) as well. The maximum inhibitory rate of Eu(FAA) 3 for S 180 is 38 4%, that HFAA and La(FAA) 3 for EC are 22 4% and 43 4%, respectively. The life prolongation rate of Eu(FAA) 3 for HEPA bearing mice is as long as 284%.
