化学发光物质9-[2′，6′-二甲基-4′-(琥珀酰亚胺氧羰基)苯氧羰基]-10-甲基吖啶-单甲基-磺酸盐的合成

报道了一种化学发光物质吖啶酯衍生物9-[2′，6′-二甲基-4′-（琥珀酰亚胺氧羰基）苯氧羰基]-10-甲基吖啶-单甲基-磺酸盐（DMAE·NHS）的合成，合成共经历7个步骤，每步合成的产物经IR，^1H NMR，MS和元素分析表征，结果表明合成产物为所期望的化合物，该合成产物显示为一种非常理想的化学发光物质。

Study on an Organic Hybrid Made from Chlorinated Polyethylene and 2,2'-methylene-bis- (4-methyl-6-cyclohexylphenol)

The dynamic mechanical properties and miscibility of an organic hybrid made from chlorinated polyethylene (CPE) and 2, 2'-methyIene-bis-( 4-methyl-6-cyclohexylphenol) ( ZKF ) are mainly discussed in this paper. It is found that ZKF acts as an antiplasticizer in CPE matrix and has good miscibility even with large ratio in CPE /ZKF hybrids. The glass transition temperature of various CPE /ZKF hybrids determined by DSC give a good fit to Wood's equation. Bifunctional ZKF is supposed to improve the intermolecular force of CPE, and the improvement is developed when the ZKF content increases. On the other hand, the viscoelastic properties are highly improved with the addition of ZKF. TA and tanδ peak values increase when the ZKF content increase in the CPE /ZKF hybrids, the damping capacity has been improved during the glass transition of CPE /ZKF hybrids. In addition, the glass transition temperature shifts to room temperature from the low temperature with the continuous addition of ZKF to CPE.

Chiral Phosphine Ligands Derived from Sugars8. Crystal and Molecular Structure of Diphenyl (methyl 4', 6'-O-benzylidene-2'-deoxy-α-D-altropyranoside-2-)phosphine Oxide

The crystal structure of the title compound, C26H27O6P, has been determined by single--crystal X-ray diffraction. The crystal is monoclinic with space groupP21, a=16. 193(l), b=5. 804(1), c=12. 512(2) A, β=93. 187(5)°, V=1174. 13A3, Dc=1. 319 g/cm3, F(000) =492, μ= 13. 52 cm-1, Z= 2, and final R= 0. 042and Rw= 0. 040 for 2349 reflections (I≥3σ(I)). Structure analysis revealed that thepyranose and 4, 6-O-benzylidene ring of the title compound adopts a distorted chair conformation.

Synthesis and Crystal Structure of N-[1-(4-Chlorophenyl)-1,4-dihydro-4-oxe-6-methylpyridazine-3-carbonyl]-N'-benzoylhydrazine

The title compound N-[1-(4-chlorophenyl)-1,4-dihydro-4-oxe-6-methylpyridazine- 3-carbonyl]-N(-benzoylhydrazine was prepared by the reaction of 1-(4-chlorophenyl)-1,4- dihydro-4-oxe-6-methylpyridazine-3-carboxylic acid with chloroformate ethyl ester and benzoyl hydrazine in the presence of triethylamine. The crystal structure ([C19H15ClN4O3]2·C2H5OH, Mr =811.67) has been determined by X-ray crystal structural analysis. The crystal is monoclinic, space group P21/c, with unit cell parameters a=13.296(3), b=17.155(3), c=17.459(3)?,β=98.959(4), Z=4, V=3934(1) ?3, Dc=1.371g/cm3, F(000)=1688, μ(MoKα)=0.226 mm-1, R=0.0495, wR=0.1348 for 3345 observed reflections (I >2σ(I)). The hydrogen bonds N(3)－H…O(1) , N(7)－H…O(4), and N(8)－H…O(2) can be observed.

The crystal structure of the title compound, C 26 H 27 O 6P, has been determined by single crystal X ray diffraction analysis. The crystal is orthorhombic with space group P2 12 12 1, a=6.154(4), b=17.199(8), c=22.180(3) , V=2347.6 3, D c=1.32 g/cm 3, F(000)=984, μ=1.5 cm -1 , Z =4, and final R =0.075 and R w =0.080 for 1417 reflections (I≥3σ(I)) . The X ray diffraction analysis revealed that the structure of the title compound s similar to that of its parent phosphine and the pyranose and 4, 6 O benzylidene rings remain distorted chair conformations.

取代三联吡啶光度法测定钴(Ⅱ)

研究了新显色剂 6 ,6″ 二甲基 4′ 苯基 2 ,2′ :6′ ,2″ 三联吡啶 (TPY)与Co(Ⅱ )的显色反应。结果表明 ,在pH 3 0的NaAc HAc缓冲溶液中 ,该试剂与Co(Ⅱ )发生显色反应 ,形成稳定的绿色络合物 ,其λmax=337 6nm ,表观摩尔吸光系数ε=1 0 3× 10 5L·(mol·cm) -1,Co(Ⅱ )浓度在 0～ 15 μg/ 2 5mL范围内符合比尔定律 ,该方法直接用于维生素B12 中微量钴的测定 ,结果满意。

东北岩高兰中查耳酮类化学成分研究

目的研究东北岩高兰Empetrum nigrum var.japonicum全草的查耳酮类化学成分。方法采用硅胶柱色谱和高效液相色谱等方法进行化学成分分离,并经波谱数据分析鉴定化合物的结构。用MTT法测试单体化合物对宫颈癌He La细胞的抑制活性。结果从东北岩高兰甲醇浸泡液正己烷萃取物中分离得到6个化合物,分别鉴定为2′,5′-二羟基-3′-甲氧基-4′,6′-二甲基二氢查耳酮(1)、4′,5′-二羟基-2′-甲氧基-3′,6′-二甲基二氢查耳酮(2)、2′,4′-二羟基二氢查耳酮(3)、2′,4′-二羟基查耳酮(4)、2′-甲氧基-4′-羟基二氢查耳酮(5)、2′,4′,β-三羟基二氢查耳酮(6)。结论化合物1、2为新化合物,命名为岩高兰素A和B,化合物5、6为首次从该植物中分离得到。化合物6具有一定的抗肿瘤活性。

金星蕨中黄酮类化学成分的研究

目的研究金星蕨Parathelypteris glanduligera中的黄酮类化学成分。方法利用硅胶、C18反相硅胶、Sephadex LH-20凝胶等色谱技术对其提取物进行分离纯化,根据化合物的理化性质和光谱数据进行结构鉴定。结果从金星蕨全草甲醇渗漉浸膏中提取分离得到11个黄酮类化合物,分别鉴定为山柰酚(1)、黄芪苷(2)、三叶豆苷(3)、阿福豆苷(4)、山柰酚-3-O-芸香糖苷(5)、槲皮素(6)、槲皮素-3-O-β-D-吡喃半乳糖苷(7)、芦丁(8)、myriciatrin I(9)、3′-甲基-4′,6′-二羟基-2′-甲氧基-査耳酮(10)、3′,5′-二甲基-4′,6′-二羟基-2′-甲氧基-査耳酮(11)。结论所有化合物均为首次从该植物中分离得到。
