以2,5-二氯苯胺为原料,经重氮化及重氮盐水解反应,合成中间体2,5-二氯苯酚,经过硝酸硝化,硫化钠还原得到2,5-二氯4-氨基苯酚,再与六氟丙烯加成得到2,5-二氯-4-(1,1,2,3,3,3-六氟丙氧基)苯胺。2,6-二氟苯甲酰胺与草酰氯反应得到2,6-二氟... 以2,5-二氯苯胺为原料,经重氮化及重氮盐水解反应,合成中间体2,5-二氯苯酚,经过硝酸硝化,硫化钠还原得到2,5-二氯4-氨基苯酚,再与六氟丙烯加成得到2,5-二氯-4-(1,1,2,3,3,3-六氟丙氧基)苯胺。2,6-二氟苯甲酰胺与草酰氯反应得到2,6-二氟苯甲酰异氰酸酯。最后2,5-二氯-4-(1,1,2,3,3,3-六氟丙氧基)苯胺与2,6-二氟苯甲酰异氰酸酯反应得到标题化合物,该步产率92%,该产品结构通过了1HNMR和IR的验证。该法反应条件温和,操作简便,收率稳定,适合工业化生产。 展开更多

以间乙基苯酚为原料,在催化剂作用下,用硫酰氯氯化得到4-氯-3-乙基苯酚,再经氯磺酸磺化、盐酸和双氧水氧氯化、稀硝酸硝化制得2,4-二氯-3-乙基-6-硝基苯酚。总收率达到76%以上,产品纯度达到99%以上。该工艺路线已成功实现工业化。

Condensation of D-glucose, o-phenylenediamine and N,N-benzylphenylhydrazine hydrochloride (NNBPHH) in a one-pot reaction, or condensation of 2-(D-arabino-tetritol-1-yl) quinoxaline and NNBPHH, gave 3-(D-erythro-glycer... Condensation of D-glucose, o-phenylenediamine and N,N-benzylphenylhydrazine hydrochloride (NNBPHH) in a one-pot reaction, or condensation of 2-(D-arabino-tetritol-1-yl) quinoxaline and NNBPHH, gave 3-(D-erythro-glycerol-1- yl)-1-phenyl-1H-pyrazolo[3,4-b]quinoxaline. The structure of the latter was determined by 1H NMR spectroscopy and by synthesis using phenylhydrazine hydrochloride instead of NNBPHH. Condensation of D-glucose and 4,5-dichloro-o-phenylenediamine gave 6,7-dichloro-2-(D-arabino-tetritol-1-yl)quinoxaline, which upon condensation with NNBPHH gave the corresponding 6,7-dichloro-3-(D-erythro-glycerol-1-yl)-1-phenyl-1H-pyrazolo[3,4-b]quinoxaline.
