目的:观察miR-762在急性肺损伤患者血浆中的表达并探究其与潜在的价值。方法:收集本医院2018年9月至2021年9月接诊的60例肺损伤患者,并依据临床症状和mMRC评分分为中低危组和高危组。急性生理学及慢性健康状况(Acute physiology and chr...目的:观察miR-762在急性肺损伤患者血浆中的表达并探究其与潜在的价值。方法:收集本医院2018年9月至2021年9月接诊的60例肺损伤患者,并依据临床症状和mMRC评分分为中低危组和高危组。急性生理学及慢性健康状况(Acute physiology and chronic health evaluation,APACHEⅡ)评分分析各组患者的得分;酶联免疫吸附实验(ELISA)检测血浆中人可溶性髓系细胞触发受体-1(Soluble myeloid cell trigger receptor-1,sTREM-1)检测试剂盒、人可溶性FMS样酪氨酸激酶1(Soluble FMS like tyrosine kinase 1,sFlt-1)的含量;实时荧光定量聚合酶链式反应(Real time fluorescence quantitative polymerase chain reaction,RT-qPCR)实验检测血浆中miR-762的表达量。绘制受试者工作特征曲线(Receiver operating characteristic curve,ROC)判断miR-762对肺损伤患者的诊断价值及其截断值。结果:高危组、中低危组患者血浆sTREM-1、sFLT-1的含量也明显高于正常组,miR-762的相对表达量显著高于正常组。与中低危组相比,高危组血浆sTREM-1、sFLT-1的含量及miR-762相对表达量均显著升高。ROC曲线显示,miR-762相对表达量作为预测中低危组患者的曲线下面积(Area under curve,AUC)=0.987,95%置信区间(Confidence interval,CI):(0.9688~1.000),截断值为1.210;预测高危组患者的AUC=1.00,95%CI:(1.000~1.000),截断值为2.396。miR-762与APACHEⅡ得分显著升高,sTREM-1、sFLT-1的含量均呈正相关,相关系数(r)分别为0.386、0.321、0.432。结论:急性肺损伤患者血浆miR-762的表达水平升高与肺损伤病情加重相关,是急性肺损伤的预测标记物。展开更多

The estimated parameters of the individual components of the system are as follows: radius RA= 0.845±0.09R⊙, RB= 0.795±0.10R⊙, effective temperature Teff^A = 5300luminosity±50 K, Teff^B= 5150 L±50 K, surface gravity log gA= 4.52±0.10, log gB=4.54±0.15 and A= 0.51 with a semi-major axis of 0.0865±0.08L⊙, LB= 0.40±0.07L⊙. New orbital elements are presented±0.010 arcsec using the Hippracos parallax π = 58.96 ndividual masses of the system are determined as M = 1.±0.65 mas, and an accurate total mass and i72±0.60 M⊙,MA= 0.89±0.08 M⊙and MB= 0.83 K0 V and±0.07 M⊙. Finally, the spectral types and luminosity classes of both components are assigned as K1.5V for the primary and secondary components respectively,and their positions on the H-R diagram and evolutionary tracks are given.展开更多
