从裂变产物中快速萃取分离^(94)Sr的研究

台湾光复后,中共组建了中共中央台湾省工作委员会,统一领导全台革命工作。之后,台湾革命事业取得了一定成果,但存在党员数量过少、新老干部不够团结等问题。随着解放战争局势演进,为总结经验与教训,推进中国台湾地区革命发展,1948年夏... 台湾光复后,中共组建了中共中央台湾省工作委员会,统一领导全台革命工作。之后,台湾革命事业取得了一定成果,但存在党员数量过少、新老干部不够团结等问题。随着解放战争局势演进,为总结经验与教训,推进中国台湾地区革命发展,1948年夏中共中央上海局在香港地区召开了中国台湾地区干部工作会议(香港会议)。会议对台共的历史问题作了初步整理,起草了决议《关于台湾工作》,分析了台湾地区社会的特点,明确了中国台湾地区的革命任务,以统一战线、武装斗争与党的建设为着力点推进中国台湾地区革命事业。香港会议后,中国台湾地区地下党调整了工作策略,在支部建设、武装工作、职工运动等方面取得了较大进展。省工委还根据实际需要对香港会议的部分决议作出修改,以农村地区为工作重心,重整了武装工作,更强调隐蔽潜伏的重要性。香港会议体现了中共中央对中国台湾地区革命的重视,对中国台湾地区革命事业的发展产生了较为深远的影响。 展开更多

超高速激光熔覆Ni-cBN/(NiCoCr)_(94)Al_(3)Ti_(3)涂层的组织及性能

钛合金性能优越,但表面耐磨性差制约了其应用和发展。为了克服钛合金耐磨性差的缺点,采用超高速激光熔覆技术在TC11基体上制备(NiCoCr)_(94)Al_(3)Ti_(3)涂层并加入Ni包覆cBN颗粒,借助cBN颗粒的高硬度特性制备耐磨涂层。采用X射线衍射... 钛合金性能优越,但表面耐磨性差制约了其应用和发展。为了克服钛合金耐磨性差的缺点,采用超高速激光熔覆技术在TC11基体上制备(NiCoCr)_(94)Al_(3)Ti_(3)涂层并加入Ni包覆cBN颗粒,借助cBN颗粒的高硬度特性制备耐磨涂层。采用X射线衍射仪分析涂层物相,采用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)与能量分散谱仪(EDS)分析涂层组织,借助维式显微硬度计研究涂层截面硬度分布规律,利用摩擦磨损试验机测试涂层的耐磨性能。研究结果表明,Ni包覆cBN颗粒的加入会促进(NiCoCr)_(94)Al_(3)Ti_(3)涂层中Cr元素的偏聚,使富Cr相组织长大。当Ni包覆cBN颗粒的含量在5~15 wt.%时,涂层组织逐渐致密,涂层的硬度随Ni包覆cBN含量的增多而升高,但Ni包覆cBN颗粒含量到达20 wt.%时,涂层致密性降低,涂层的硬度也随之降低。涂层的摩擦因数随Ni包覆cBN含量的增加而升高,耐磨性也随含量的增多而增强。15 wt.%Ni包覆cBN涂层的综合性能最佳,硬度达到1024 HV_(0.5),摩擦因数为0.534,磨损体积0.017 mm3,涂层耐磨性是未添加Ni包覆cBN颗粒涂层的2.8倍。Ni包覆cBN颗粒的加入可以提升涂层的耐磨性,为cBN在耐磨涂层的研究及应用提供参考和借鉴。 展开更多

目的探讨胃癌患者癌组织、癌旁组织和外周血中CD4^(+)T、CD8^(+)T细胞上CD94和NKG2A表达差异及其与临床特征的相关性。方法收集2022年1月-2023年12月新疆医科大学第三临床医学院附属肿瘤医院,初治且可行手术的胃癌患者,最终入组43例癌... 目的探讨胃癌患者癌组织、癌旁组织和外周血中CD4^(+)T、CD8^(+)T细胞上CD94和NKG2A表达差异及其与临床特征的相关性。方法收集2022年1月-2023年12月新疆医科大学第三临床医学院附属肿瘤医院,初治且可行手术的胃癌患者,最终入组43例癌组织、37例癌旁组织以及14例患者治疗前的外周血;通过流式细胞术检测外周血单个核细胞、癌组织肿瘤浸润淋巴细胞及癌旁组织中CD4^(+)T、CD8^(+)T细胞上CD94、NKG2A的表达,分析对比其表达以及与胃癌临床特征的相关性。结果(1)CD94^(+)CD8^(+)T细胞群在癌组织中的表达高于外周血和癌旁组织(P均<0.05),NKG2A^(+)CD4^(+)T细胞群在癌组织中的表达高于癌旁组织,NKG2A^(+)CD8^(+)T、CD94^(+)NKG2A^(+)CD8^(+)T细胞群在癌组织中的表达高于外周血(P均<0.001)。(2)在癌组织CD8^(+)T细胞群中,NKG2A^(+)亚群PD-1、CD103、Tim3的表达高于NKG2A+-亚群(P<0.001)。(3)癌组织和外周血中CD94^(+)NKG2A^(+)CD8^(+)T细胞群的高表达与患者p53(+)状态显著相关(P<0.05)。(4)使用Kaplan-Meier plotter分析显示,CD94、NKG2A和HLA-E的高表达提示GC患者OS和FP明显延长(P<0.05)。结论在胃癌组织中,CD94和NKG2A高度表达;NKG2A具有组织驻留记忆性T细胞的特点;CD94^(+)NKG2A^(+)与p53表达存在相关性。CD94、NKG2A可能是对胃癌发生发展,疗效有预测作用的T细胞生物标志物及有效的T细胞免疫治疗标靶。 展开更多

Its main objective lies in the will instead of hope. The era endows different aesthetic utopian meanings to "Pop Songs between 1930s and 1940s in Shanghai". After 2010, the utopian change of such songs is closely related to the contradiction between "aesthetic imagination and reality", and "individual interest and integrated social interest" that are intrinsic in the utopian concept. To sort out the utopian process of those songs, it is helpful for correcting the current status about the weakened critical realism function of the current art, and accelerating the arousal of the literary and artistic creation, and individual consciousness, laying equal stress on and gathering the aesthetic power of these individuals, which provides solid foundation for the generalization of aesthetic utopian significance. 展开更多

Megacity pathways in China under the dual carbon goal:The case of Shanghai

The pathways to achieving carbon neutrality at the city level are diverse due to varying energy supply and demand conditions.Shanghai faces obstacles such as limited land resources,high costs of renewable energy technologies,and instability of renewable energy.These challenges hinder the city’s efforts to achieve carbon peak and carbon neutrality(dual carbon).Therefore,Shanghai must identify and optimize its development path for renewable energy under the dual carbon goal.We employed the Low Emissions Analysis Platform Shanghai(LEAP-SH)model to simulate the impact of policies,such as industrial upgrading,energy efficiency improvement,energy structure optimization,increased technical innovation on energy,and ecological restoration,on the carbon emission pathways from 2022 to 2060 using five different scenarios.Our results indicate that Shanghai has the potential to achieve carbon neutrality in 2059 by promoting carbon reduction,pollution control,and green expansion.Moreover,we determined that the manufacturing industry;power generation industry;and transportation,storage,and mail services are the three major sectors for emission reduction under the dual carbon goal.Furthermore,the capacity and output of coal-fired power plants will be gradually replaced by offshore wind power in the dual carbon pathway.Finally,this study proposes countermeasures and suggestions for Shanghai to attain the dual carbon goal and high-quality development. 展开更多

The 2022 Extreme Heatwave in Shanghai,Lower Reaches of the Yangtze River Valley:Combined Influences of Multiscale Variabilities

In the summer of 2022,China(especially the Yangtze River Valley,YRV)suffered its strongest heatwave(HW)event since 1961.In this study,we examined the influences of multiscale variabilities on the 2022 extreme HW in the lower reaches of the YRV,focusing on the city of Shanghai.We found that about 1/3 of the 2022 HW days in Shanghai can be attributed to the long-term warming trend of global warming.During mid-summer of 2022,an enhanced western Pacific subtropical high(WPSH)and anomalous double blockings over the Ural Mountains and Sea of Okhotsk,respectively,were associated with the persistently anomalous high pressure over the YRV,leading to the extreme HW.The Pacific Decadal Oscillation played a major role in the anomalous blocking pattern associated with the HW at the decadal time scale.Also,the positive phase of the Atlantic Multidecadal Oscillation may have contributed to regulating the formation of the double-blocking pattern.Anomalous warming of both the warm pool of the western Pacific and tropical North Atlantic at the interannual time scale may also have favored the persistency of the double blocking and the anomalously strong WPSH.At the subseasonal time scale,the anomalously frequent phases 2-5 of the canonical northward propagating variability of boreal summer intraseasonal oscillation associated with the anomalous propagation of a weak Madden-Julian Oscillation suppressed the convection over the YRV and also contributed to the HW.Therefore,the 2022 extreme HW originated from multiscale forcing including both the climate warming trend and air-sea interaction at multiple time scales. 展开更多

Objective:Myocardial ischemia-reperfusion injury(MIRI)is one of the leading causes of death from cardiovascular disease in humans,especially in individuals exposed to cold environments.Long non-coding RNAs(lncRNAs)regulate MIRI through multiple mechanisms.This study explored the regulatory effect of lncRNA-AK138945 on myocardial ischemia-reperfusion injury and its mechanism.Methods:In vivo,8-to 12-weeks-old C57BL/6 male mice underwent ligation of the left anterior descending coronary artery for 50 minutes followed by reperfusion for 48 hours.In vitro,the primary cultured neonatal mouse ventricular cardiomyocytes(NMVCs)were treated with 100μmol/L hydrogen peroxide(H_(2)O_(2)).The knockdown of lncRNA-AK138945 was evaluated to detect cardiomyocyte apoptosis,and a glucose-regulated,endoplasmic reticulum stress-related protein 94(GRP94)inhibitor was used to detect myocardial injury.Results:We found that the expression level of lncRNA-AK138945 was reduced in MIRI mouse heart tissue and H2O2-treated cardiomyocytes.Moreover,the proportion of apoptosis in cardiomyocytes increased after lncRNA-AK138945 was silenced.The expression level of Bcl2 protein was decreased,and the expression level of Bad,Caspase 9 and Caspase 3 protein was increased.Our further study found that miR-1a-3p is a direct target of lncRNA-AK138945,after lncRNA-AK138945 was silenced in cardiomyocytes,the expression level of miR-1a-3p was increased while the expression level of its downstream protein GRP94 was decreased.Interestingly,treatment with a GRP94 inhibitor(PU-WS13)intensified H2O2-induced cardiomyocyte apoptosis.After overexpression of FOXO3,the expression levels of lncRNA-AK138945 and GRP94 were increased,while the expression levels of miR-1a-3p were decreased.Conclusion:LncRNA-AK138945 inhibits GRP94 expression by regulating miR-1a-3p,leading to cardiomyocyte apoptosis.The transcription factor Forkhead Box Protein O3(FOXO3)participates in cardiomyocyte apoptosis induced by endoplasmic reticulum stress through up-regulation of lncRNA-AK138945. 展开更多

Status,outcome,and related factors of postpartum hypertension in the Shanghai community

BACKGROUND Postpartum hypertension poses a considerable health risk.Despite research on gestational hypertension,comprehensive studies focusing on postpartum hypertension in communities are limited.Understanding its prevalence and associated risk factors is crucial for effective prevention and management.AIM To provide insights for postpartum hypertension’s prevention and management.METHODS In total,3297 women who gave birth between June 2021 and December 2022 in Xuhui District,Shanghai were selected.Blood pressure was measured thrice within one month post-delivery during home visits.Eighty-six women with hypertension were followed up for four months to analyze hypertension persistence and its related risk factors.A predictive model for persistent postpartum hypertension was established and verified using the Nomo diagram model.RESULTS Hypertension prevalence 1 month post-delivery was 2.61%(86/3297).Among the 86 pregnant women,32(37.21%)had persistent hypertension at four months post-delivery.Multivariate logistic regression analysis revealed that older age[odds ratio(OR)=1.212;95%confidence interval(CI):1.065–1.380]and higher pre-pregnancy body mass index(BMI)(OR=1.188;95%CI:1.006–1.404)were associated with hypertension(OR=10.781;95%CI:1.006–1.404)during pregnancy.A 95%CI of 1.243–93.480 is a risk factor for persistent postpartum hypertension.The Nomograph model accurately predicted the risk of persistent postpartum hypertension,demonstrating high precision.CONCLUSION In Xuhui,older age,higher pre-pregnancy BMI,and gestational hypertension are risk factors for persistent postpartum hypertension.Our prediction model can identify high-risk individuals,thereby improving patient quality of life. 展开更多

For tracing the change in scientific research at Shanghai Ocean University, make use of Bibliometric analysis to get the image and table of highly cited papers and hot papers. In this study, the scientific aspects in highly cited papers and hot papers, published in the last year in the core collection of Web of Science, were taken as objects, and office software was used as the main tool to carry out bibliometric and figure analysis. From the four aspects to find the difference in these fields, the production of specific fields and cited times is inconsistent. And suggest the department and management adjust the policy and method via elastic personnel and rewards to prompt the advancement of the research fields. 展开更多

1946年我国发生区域性霍乱大流行,上海市尤为严重。依据当时的报刊资料对此次上海市霍乱流行的时空分布、发生原因及社会各界的响应进行分析。时间分布上,该年上海市的霍乱历时六月余,发现霍乱患者4415人,死亡353人,7月份为疫情集中暴发... 1946年我国发生区域性霍乱大流行,上海市尤为严重。依据当时的报刊资料对此次上海市霍乱流行的时空分布、发生原因及社会各界的响应进行分析。时间分布上,该年上海市的霍乱历时六月余,发现霍乱患者4415人,死亡353人,7月份为疫情集中暴发期;空间传播上,疫情最先发生于旧公共租界地区,并以此为中心,向四周扩展,进而蔓延至整个上海市,属于典型的近程传播;空间分布上,疫情最严重的是沪西地区,其次是旧公共租界、南市和旧法租界地区;疫情发生后,社会各界积极响应,其中,政府是此次霍乱防控的主导力量,社会团体和个人也参与其中,最终扑灭了霍乱疫情。 展开更多
