Heterogeneous information phase space reconstruction and stability prediction of filling body–surrounding rock combination

Traditional research believes that the filling body can effectively control stress concentration while ignoring the problems of unknown stability and the complex and changeable stress distribution of the filling body–surrounding rock combination under high-stress conditions.Current monitoring data processing methods cannot fully consider the complexity of monitoring objects,the diversity of monitoring methods,and the dynamics of monitoring data.To solve this problem,this paper proposes a phase space reconstruction and stability prediction method to process heterogeneous information of backfill–surrounding rock combinations.The three-dimensional monitoring system of a large-area filling body–surrounding rock combination in Longshou Mine was constructed by using drilling stress,multipoint displacement meter,and inclinometer.Varied information,such as the stress and displacement of the filling body–surrounding rock combination,was continuously obtained.Combined with the average mutual information method and the false nearest neighbor point method,the phase space of the heterogeneous information of the filling body–surrounding rock combination was then constructed.In this paper,the distance between the phase point and its nearest point was used as the index evaluation distance to evaluate the stability of the filling body–surrounding rock combination.The evaluated distances(ED)revealed a high sensitivity to the stability of the filling body–surrounding rock combination.The new method was then applied to calculate the time series of historically ED for 12 measuring points located at Longshou Mine.The moments of mutation in these time series were at least 3 months ahead of the roadway return dates.In the ED prediction experiments,the autoregressive integrated moving average model showed a higher prediction accuracy than the deep learning models(long short-term memory and Transformer).Furthermore,the root-mean-square error distribution of the prediction results peaked at 0.26,thus outperforming the no-prediction method in 70%of the cases. 展开更多

Background:Improving financial time series forecasting is one of the most challenging and vital issues facing numerous financial analysts and decision makers.Given its direct impact on related decisions,various attempts have been made to achieve more accurate and reliable forecasting results,of which the combining of individual models remains a widely applied approach.In general,individual models are combined under two main strategies:series and parallel.While it has been proven that these strategies can improve overall forecasting accuracy,the literature on time series forecasting remains vague on the choice of an appropriate strategy to generate a more accurate hybrid model.Methods:Therefore,this study’s key aim is to evaluate the performance of series and parallel strategies to determine a more accurate one.Results:Accordingly,the predictive capabilities of five hybrid models are constructed on the basis of series and parallel strategies compared with each other and with their base models to forecast stock price.To do so,autoregressive integrated moving average(ARIMA)and multilayer perceptrons(MLPs)are used to construct two series hybrid models,ARIMA-MLP and MLP-ARIMA,and three parallel hybrid models,simple average,linear regression,and genetic algorithm models.Conclusion:The empirical forecasting results for two benchmark datasets,that is,the closing of the Shenzhen Integrated Index(SZII)and that of Standard and Poor’s 500(S&P 500),indicate that although all hybrid models perform better than at least one of their individual components,the series combination strategy produces more accurate hybrid models for financial time series forecasting. 展开更多

First we established three single forecasting models (Holter-Wintel Season product model, Time series model decomposing model and Partial least square regression model), after getting the predicted value of cigarette sales from these single models, we then employ the combination forecasting method based on Time Series method and PLS to predict the province and its 17 cities’ cigarette sales of the next year. The results show that the accuracy of prediction is good which could provide a reliable reference to cigarette sales forecasting in Anhui province and its 17 cities. 展开更多

Due to large workspace,heavy-duty and over-constrained mechanism,a small deformation is caused and the precision of the 2-DOF planar parallel manipulator is affected.The kinematic calibration cannot compensate the end-effector errors caused by the small deformation.This paper presents a method combined step kinematic calibration and linear forecast real-time error compensation in order to enhance the precision of a two degree-of-freedom(DOF) planar parallel manipulator of a hybrid machine tool.In the step kinematic calibration phase of the method,the end-effector errors caused by the errors of major constant geometrical parameters is compensated.The step kinematic calibration is based on the minimal linear combinations(MLCs) of the error parameters.All simple and feasible measurements in practice are given,and identification analysis of the set of the MLCs for each measurement is carried out.According to identification analysis results,both measurement costs and observability are considered,and a step calibration including step measurement,step identification and step error compensation is determined.The linear forecast real-time error compensation is used to compensate the end-effector errors caused by other parameters after the step kinematic calibration.Taking the advantages of the step kinematic calibration and the linear forecast real-time error compensation,a method for improving the precision of the 2-DOF planar parallel manipulator is developed.Experiment results show that the proposed method is robust and effective,so that the position errors are kept to the same order of the measurement noise.The presented method is attractive for the 2-DOF planar parallel manipulator and can be also applied to other parallel manipulators with fewer than six DOFs. 展开更多

According to the process of the model, the fuzzy C-means clustering algorithm is improved in outliers operation and distance in the clusters and among the clusters. Firstly, the input data sets are optimized and their coherence is ensured, the region scale algorithm is modified and non-isometric multi scale region fuzzy time series model is built. At the same time, the particle swarm optimization algorithm about the particle speed, location and inertia weight value is improved, this method is used to optimize the parameters of support vector machine, construct the combined forecast model, build the dynamic parallel forecast model, and calculate the dynamic weight values and regard the product of the weight value and forecast value to be the final forecast values. Despite the series-parallel hybrid electric vehicle inherits the performance advantages from both series and parallel hybrid electric vehicle, few researches about the series-parallel hybrid electric vehicle have been revealed because of its complex co nstruction and control strategy. In this paper, a series-parallel hybrid electric bus as well as its control strategy is revealed, and a control parameter optimization approach using the real-valued genetic algorithm is proposed. The optimization objective is to minimize the fuel consumption while sustain the battery state of charge, a tangent penalty function of state of charge(SOC) is embodied in the objective function to recast this multi-objective nonlinear optimization problem as a single linear optimization problem. For this strategy, the vehicle operating mode is switched based on the vehicle speed, and an "optimal line" typed strategy is designed for the parallel control. The optimization parameters include the speed threshold for mode switching, the highest state of charge allowed, the lowest state of charge allowed and the scale factor of the engine optimal torque to the engine maximum torque at a rotational speed. They are optimized through numerical experiments based on real-value genes, arithmetic crossover and mutation operators. The hybrid bus has been evaluated at the Chinese Transit Bus City Driving Cycle via road test, in which a control area network-based monitor system was used to trace the driving schedule. The test result shows that this approach is feasible for the control parameter optimization. This approach can be applied to not only the novel construction presented in this paper, but also other types of hybrid electric vehicles. 展开更多

The performance of the configurations is evaluated by comparing the open-circuit voltage, the short-circuit current, the maximum power point (MPP), the voltage and current corresponding to MPP, and the Fill Factor (FF). The variations of the series resistance and the shunt resistance of a PV module under different irradiance levels are also determined by considering the effect of thermal voltage. Finally, a comparison between the performance losses in the different configurations is presented. The results of this study show that the parallel configuration has the best performance under the conditions of partial shade in the context of this work. 展开更多

This paper describes a new approach for designing analog predistorters that can compensate for the nonlinear distortion of laser drivers in a radio-over-fiber (RoF) system. In contrast to previous works, this paper analyzes the transfer characteristics of CMOS transistors, by combining parallel currents of CMOS transistors in various W/L and negative bias voltages to realize the tunable analog predistortion function. The circuit is fabricated by a standard 0.18txm CMOS technology. The core circuit current consumption is only 15mA and the entire driver circuit works in a band-pass from 1 - 2.2GHz. Experimental results of two-tone tests have shown that with an analog predistortoer the IIP3 of the laser driver circuit has an improvement of 4.91 dB. 展开更多

We first show that all points on the imaginary axis except zero belong to the resolvent set of the operator and zero is an eigenvalue of the operator, and then we prove that the semigroup generated by the operator is irreducible. By combining these results with our previous result we deduce that the dynamic solution of the system converges strongly to its steady-state solution. 目的通过比较施加不同加速因子(acceleration factors,AF)的并行采集(parallel imaging,PI)、压缩感知(compressed sensing,CS)、人工智能-压缩感知(artificial intelligence compressed sensing,ACS)技术的头颈联合三维时间飞跃法磁共... 目的通过比较施加不同加速因子(acceleration factors,AF)的并行采集(parallel imaging,PI)、压缩感知(compressed sensing,CS)、人工智能-压缩感知(artificial intelligence compressed sensing,ACS)技术的头颈联合三维时间飞跃法磁共振血管成像(three-dimensional time-of-fight magnetic resonance angiography,3D-TOF-MRA)的图像质量,选取优化序列。材料与方法前瞻性招募24例健康志愿者,以PI的AF为3(PI 3)、CS的AF分别为4和6(CS 4、CS 6)以及ACS的AF分别为4、6、8、10(ACS 4、ACS 6、ACS 8、ACS 10)进行头颈联合3D-TOF-MRA扫描。扫描时间:PI 3=8 min 40 s;CS 4=6 min 38 s;CS 6=4 min 9 s;ACS 4=5 min 24 s;ACS 6=4 min 30 s;ACS 8=4 min 13 s;ACS 10=3 min 24 s。分别在双侧大脑中动脉(middle cerebral artery,MCA)M1段、双侧颈内动脉(internal carotid artery,ICA)C4段、颈动脉分叉处下5个层面的双侧颈总动脉(common carotid artery,CCA)以及MCA及ICA同一层面的颞叶白质,CCA同一层面的胸锁乳突肌作为背景区域勾画感兴趣区(regions of interest,ROI),记录信号强度(signal intensity,SI)及标准差(standard deviation,SD),从而计算信噪比(signal-to-noise ratio,SNR)与对比噪声比(contrast-to-noise ratio,CNR)。采用四分法和五分法分别对整体图像质量以及颅内动脉、颈部大动脉进行评分。以组内相关系数(intra-class correlation coefficient,ICC)比较两名放射医师之间及同一名放射医师内客观评价结果的一致性,Kappa检验比较两名放射医师之间及同一名放射医师内主观评价结果的一致性,若一致性良好,则选取其中一位医师的客观评分及主观评分进行后续统计分析。采用单因素方差分析或Kruskal-Wallis检验对客观评分以及主观评分进行总体差异比较,若差异具有统计学意义则进行两两比较。结果与PI技术比较显示,ACS 4~ACS 8的SNR_(L-MCA),ACS 8、ACS 10的CNR_(L-MCA),ACS 4、ACS 6、ACS 10的CNR_(R-MCA),ACS 4~ACS 10的SNR_(R-MCA)、SNR_(L-CCA)、CNR_(L-CCA),ACS 6~ACS 10的SNR_(R-CCA)、CNR_(R-CCA)均高于PI 3,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。与CS技术比较显示,ACS 4~ACS 10的SNR_(R-MCA)、CNR_(L-MCA)及CNR_(R-MCA),ACS 4~ACS 8的SNR_(L-MCA)、SNR_(L-CCA)、SNR_(R-CCA)、CNR_(L-CCA)、CNR_(R-CCA)与CS 4差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),ACS 4~ACS 10的SNR_(L-MCA)、SNR_(R-MCA)、CNR_(L-MCA)、CNR_(R-MCA)、SNR_(L-ICA)、SNR_(R-ICA)、CNR_(L-ICA)、SNR_(L-CCA)、SNR_(R-CCA)、CNR_(L-CCA)、CNR_(R-CCA)与CS 6差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),均优于CS 4、CS 6。ACS技术之间两两比较,ACS 8的SNR_(L-MCA)高于ACS 10(P<0.05),ACS 8、ACS 10的SNR_(R-CCA)、CNR_(R-CCA)均高于ACS 4(P<0.05),其余差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。除颈部大动脉图像外,主观评分统计结果均为ACS 4~ACS 10与CS 6差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),优于CS 6。结论与PI及CS技术相比,ACS技术拥有更短的扫描时间,更好的图像质量。ACS 8为最优序列,扫描时间比PI 3缩短51%。 展开更多

In view of the high complexity of the objective world, an economic dependence between subsystems(paired and unpaired) is proposed, and then the maintenance cost and time under different economic dependences are formulated in a simple and consistent manner. Selective maintenance problem under economic dependence(EDSMP) is presented based on a series–parallel system in this paper. A case study shows that the system reliability is promoted to a certain extent, which can validate the validity of the EDSMP model. The influence of the ratio of set-up cost on system performance is mainly discussed under different economic dependences. Several existing improvements of classical exhaust algorithm are further modified to solve a large sized EDSMP rapidly. Experimental results illustrate that these improvements can reduce CPU time significantly.Furthermore the contribution of each improvement is defined here, and then their contributions are compared thoroughly. 展开更多

非接触谐振变换器的补偿方式直接影响到系统的增益特性和控制特性,是非接触能量传输技术的研究重点之一。考虑到非接触应用场合中的变参数特性,论文提出了一种可适应负载及变压器参数变化的新型的串/串并(series/seriesparallel,S... 非接触谐振变换器的补偿方式直接影响到系统的增益特性和控制特性,是非接触能量传输技术的研究重点之一。考虑到非接触应用场合中的变参数特性,论文提出了一种可适应负载及变压器参数变化的新型的串/串并(series/seriesparallel,S/SP)补偿拓扑。该补偿拓扑具有增益交点处输入相角为零,且增益交点值固定不随变压器耦合系数而改变的优点。论文对该新型补偿拓扑进行了特性分析;并针对其增益交点处输入相角为零以及增益交点处增益曲线相对平坦的优点,提出锁相环(phaselockloop,PLL)控制和恒频控制2种控制策略。采用所提出的补偿方式,设计了一台PLL控制60W的谐振变换器和一台1.5kW恒频控制的原理样机。实验结果与理论分析一致,验证了所提出的新型补偿方式的优点。1.5kW的样机在10cm气隙满载条件下效率达到95.2%。 展开更多
