Recognition and Anticipation of Diabetic Foot Ulcer in Type Ⅱ Diabetic Patients using Multi-layered Fuzzy Model

Diabetes mellitus is associated with foot ulcers,which frequently pave the way to lower-extremity amputation.Neuropathy,trauma,deformity,high plantar pressures,and peripheral vascular disease are the most common underlying causes.Around 15%of diabetic patients are affected by diabetic foot ulcer in their lifetime.64 million people are affected by diabetics in India and 40000 amputations are done every year.Foot ulcers are evaluated and classified in a systematic and thorough manner to assist in determining the best course of therapy.This paper proposes a novel model which predicts the threat of diabetic foot ulcer using independent agents for various input values and a combination of fuzzy expert systems.The proposed model uses a classification system to distinguish between each fuzzy framework and its parameters.Based on the severity levels necessary prevention,treatment,and medication are recommended.Combining the results of all the fuzzy frameworks derived from its constituent parameters,a risk-specific medication is recommended.The work also has higher accuracy when compared to other related models. 展开更多

目的:本研究旨在实现硫酸软骨素裂解酶ABCⅡ(chondroitinase ABCⅡ,ChSase ABCⅡ)的高效可溶性表达并研究其酶学性质,为ChSase ABCⅡ在药品和保健食品生产中的应用奠定基础。方法:在优化ChSase ABCⅡ基因原始序列的基础上,构建重组质粒p... 目的:本研究旨在实现硫酸软骨素裂解酶ABCⅡ(chondroitinase ABCⅡ,ChSase ABCⅡ)的高效可溶性表达并研究其酶学性质,为ChSase ABCⅡ在药品和保健食品生产中的应用奠定基础。方法:在优化ChSase ABCⅡ基因原始序列的基础上,构建重组质粒pET-28a-His-ChSase ABCⅡ并优化其表达条件;利用亲和层析得到带有多聚组氨酸标签(polyhistidine-tag,His-tag)的ChSase ABCⅡ融合蛋白后,研究了His-ChSase ABCⅡ的部分酶学性质。结果:构建的His-ChSase ABCⅡ融合蛋白表达系统能在大肠杆菌中实现可溶性表达;在表达宿主为E.coli BL21(DE3)和诱导剂(异丙基-β-D-硫代半乳糖苷)浓度为125μmol/L的优化条件下,发酵液酶活力可达到7206.83±184.27 IU/L;纯化后的His-ChSase ABCⅡ酶比活力为22.02±0.39 IU/mg蛋白,最适pH和温度分别为7.5和40℃,其在30~40℃条件下较为稳定,且半衰期在2 h以上。His-ChSase ABCⅡ能特异性有效分解硫酸软骨素,其K_(m)值为10.4±0.8μmol/L,Kcat值为9.4±0.2 s^(-1)。结论:本论文通过基因优化和融合表达等策略实现了His-ChSase ABCⅡ的高效表达和纯化。此外,His-ChSase ABCⅡ的酶学性质可基本满足其在医药和营养产品工业生产中的应用需求。 展开更多

应用NSGA-Ⅱ-AdaBoost方法结合土壤物理性质对大豆产量预测模型的构建

为准确评估黑土区大豆产量,以大豆不同生长时期(出苗期、结荚期、成熟期)土壤物理性质(土壤坚实度、土壤容重、土壤含水率)为特征变量,使用自适应增强模型评价特征重要性,通过皮尔逊相关系数作进一步筛选,均选择与产量显著相关的特征构... 为准确评估黑土区大豆产量,以大豆不同生长时期(出苗期、结荚期、成熟期)土壤物理性质(土壤坚实度、土壤容重、土壤含水率)为特征变量,使用自适应增强模型评价特征重要性,通过皮尔逊相关系数作进一步筛选,均选择与产量显著相关的特征构建数据集。采用非支配排序遗传算法Ⅱ优化模型的超参数,建立非支配排序遗传算法Ⅱ优化的自适应增强(NSGA-Ⅱ-AdaBoost)方法作为大豆产量预测模型,与11种主流机器学习算法进行对比。结果表明:成熟期土壤物理性质与大豆产量具有更高的相关性,表层和亚表层土壤物理性质对大豆产量影响较大;11种机器学习算法中AdaBoost表现最佳,四种优化算法中NSGA-Ⅱ表现最佳,经NSGA-Ⅱ对AdaBoost的超参数寻优,在五折交叉验证下决定系数为0.809 2、均方根误差为148.061 kg·hm^(-2)、平均绝对值误差为94.868 8 kg·hm^(-2)、平均绝对百分比误差为0.058 3。研究结果可为黑土区大豆产量预测提供理论和方法参考。 展开更多

ABC-X模型护理干预联合奥马珠单抗治疗中重度过敏性哮喘患儿疗效及对家属负面情绪的影响

目的探讨ABC-X模型护理干预联合奥马珠单抗对儿童中重度过敏性哮喘(allergic asthma,AA)的临床疗效及对家属负面情绪的影响。方法前瞻性招募2022年1月至2023年1月在新疆医科大学第一附属医院就诊的AA患儿及家属,根据随机数字表法,将AA... 目的探讨ABC-X模型护理干预联合奥马珠单抗对儿童中重度过敏性哮喘(allergic asthma,AA)的临床疗效及对家属负面情绪的影响。方法前瞻性招募2022年1月至2023年1月在新疆医科大学第一附属医院就诊的AA患儿及家属,根据随机数字表法,将AA患儿及家属分为ABC-X组(ABC-X模型护理干预联合奥马珠单抗)和常规组(常规护理联合奥马珠单抗)。观察并比较两组干预前后患儿临床疗效、奥马珠单抗不良反应发生率、肺功能指标、免疫功能指标、炎性指标及家属负面情绪评分。结果本研究共招募120对哮喘患儿及家属,每组各60对。干预前,两组在C-ACT评分、肺功能指标、免疫功能指标、炎性指标、SAS评分、SDS评分方面差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。干预16周后,在AA患儿临床疗效和安全性方面,ABC-X组治疗总有效率和C-ACT评分均显著高于常规组(P<0.05),且两组不良反应发生率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);在家属负面情绪方面,两组SAS和SDS评分均较干预前显著下降(P<0.05),且干预后ABC-X组SAS和SDS评分显著低于常规组(P<0.05);在肺功能和免疫功能方面,两组FEV_(1)、FEV_(1)/FVC、PEF、CD3、CD4和CD4/CD8均较干预前显著上升(P<0.05),且干预后ABC-X组显著高于常规组(P<0.05);在炎性指标方面,两组MIP-1α、MCP-1、IL-1β和IL-8均较干预前显著下降(P<0.05),且干预后ABC-X组显著低于常规组(P<0.05)。结论ABC-X模型护理干预可促进奥马珠单抗治疗AA患儿的临床效果,改善肺功能和免疫功能,增强抗炎效应,缓解患儿家属负面情绪。 展开更多

4A分子筛由于其优异的阳离子交换能力,成为处理重金属废水优良的吸附材料。为了达到以废治废的目的,以粉煤灰酸法提铝残渣为原料制备地质聚合物,再经水热原位转化合成体型化4A分子筛。采用XRD、FT-IR、SEM、BET、TGA等手段对4A沸石进行... 4A分子筛由于其优异的阳离子交换能力,成为处理重金属废水优良的吸附材料。为了达到以废治废的目的,以粉煤灰酸法提铝残渣为原料制备地质聚合物,再经水热原位转化合成体型化4A分子筛。采用XRD、FT-IR、SEM、BET、TGA等手段对4A沸石进行表征,探讨吸附时间、Cu(Ⅱ)初始浓度、吸附剂用量及溶液p H对其吸附性能的影响,并结合动力学方程和吸附等温线模型对其吸附过程进行研究。结果表明,所合成的4A分子筛孔隙发达且微孔含量较多,总比表面积为71.85 m^(2)/g,其中微孔比表面积为53.91 m^(2)/g,微孔孔径主要集中在1.3 nm左右。体型化4A分子筛吸附Cu(Ⅱ)的最佳条件为吸附时间为240 min、Cu(Ⅱ)初始质量浓度为100 mg/L、吸附剂用量为2.0 g/L、溶液p H为6~9,此时吸附量为32.97 mg/g,Cu(Ⅱ)的去除率可达65.93%。吸附过程符合准二级动力学模型,以化学吸附为主。Langmuir模型拟合效果较好,表明Cu(Ⅱ)在合成4A沸石上的吸附过程为单分子层吸附,且拟合得到的Cu(Ⅱ)的最大吸附量为37.05 mg/g。 展开更多

PDCA联合ABC管理在慢性心力衰竭患者健康教育中的应用效果

目的 探讨慢性心力衰竭患者健康教育中应用PDCA联合ABC(A级为最优先的目标,B级为较为重要的目标,C级为不甚重要的目标)管理的干预效果。方法 选取2021年1月至2022年4月我院收治的慢性心力衰竭患者82例,按随机数字表法分2组,每组41例。... 目的 探讨慢性心力衰竭患者健康教育中应用PDCA联合ABC(A级为最优先的目标,B级为较为重要的目标,C级为不甚重要的目标)管理的干预效果。方法 选取2021年1月至2022年4月我院收治的慢性心力衰竭患者82例,按随机数字表法分2组,每组41例。对照组采用常规健康教育干预,观察组采用PDCA联合ABC管理的方法进行健康教育干预,比较2组的自我管理能力、生活质量、健康教育满意度和护患信任程度。结果 观察组和对照组干预后的自我管理能力量表中饮食、药物、症状管理及心理和社会适应等维度的评分分别为(13.02±1.63)分、(16.39±1.81)分、(16.59±1.92)分、(17.50±1.75)分和(11.89±1.89)分、(14.28±1.91)分、(14.57±1.76)分、(14.78±1.68)分,与对照组比较,观察组干预后的自我管理能力评分升高更为明显(P<0.05)。观察组和对照组干预后的健康调查简表中心理、躯体、物质和生活功能等维度的评分分别为(73.22±5.13)分、(72.25±5.09)分、(77.31±5.25)分、(78.16±5.17)分和(62.33±5.17)分、(61.25±5.09)分、(63.31±5.26)分、(65.27±5.18)分,与对照组比较,观察组干预后的生活质量评分升高更为明显(P<0.05)。观察组和对照组健康教育满意度总分分别为(91.36±4.22)分和(63.53±4.13)分,观察组健康教育满意度评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组和对照组干预后的护患信任程度得分总分分别为(42.89±3.17)分和(39.12±3.27)分,与对照组比较,观察组干预后的护患信任程度得分升高更为明显(P<0.05)。结论 慢性心力衰竭患者健康教育中应用PDCA联合ABC管理,能提高患者的自我管理能力和生活质量,同时还促进健康教育满意度和护患信任程度提升。 展开更多

Objective: Recent studies have shown that the local expression of soluble interleukin (IL) -1 receptor type Ⅱ (slL-1 R Ⅱ ) in endometrial tissue of women with endometriosis is decreased, and the depression of IL-1 R Ⅱ was more significant in infertile women than that in fertile women with endometriosis. In this research, we investigated the remedial effect of slL-1-R Ⅱ administration on endometriosis in the nude mouse model. Methods: Nineteen nude model mice with endometriosis were randomly divided into three groups: group A was treated by intraperitoneal administration with only slL-1 R Ⅱ for two weeks, group B was similarly treated with only IL- 1, and group C (control) was administered saline. After 2 weeks, the size of the ectopic endometrial lesions was calculated, and the expression of vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) and B-cell lymphoma leukemia-2 (Bcl- 2) were detected by immunohistochemistry. The IL-8 and VEGF levels in the peritoneal fluid (PF) and serum were also measured by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Results: The mean size of ectopic endometrial lesion did not differ between the three groups (P 〉 0.05). Compared with the control, the expression of VEGF and Bcl-2 was significantly lower in group A, and higher in group B. In the three groups, the levels of IL-8 in the PF and serum were highest in group A, and lowest in group B. Conclusion: slL-1 R Ⅱ may suppresse hyperplasia of ectopic endometriosis, perhaps by reducing the expression of certain cytokines, such as VEGF, IL-8, and Bcl-2, which could provide a new clinical strategy for the treatment of endometriosis. 展开更多

Structure characterization of their inner and surface have relation with method of carbonyl iron joined in the mixture, contents of carbonyl iron and Co-Pc in the mixture of Co-Pc ultrasonic dispersing in DMF. 目的 探讨基于ABC-X模型护理干预在肠造口患者就医体验中的应用效果。方法 选取2023年4月至8月于南方医科大学珠江医院首次接受肠造口术的60例结直肠癌患者为研究对象,根据护理干预方法的不同,将其分为对照组(30例)和试验组(30例)。对... 目的 探讨基于ABC-X模型护理干预在肠造口患者就医体验中的应用效果。方法 选取2023年4月至8月于南方医科大学珠江医院首次接受肠造口术的60例结直肠癌患者为研究对象,根据护理干预方法的不同,将其分为对照组(30例)和试验组(30例)。对照组实施常规造口护理,试验组在对照组的基础上实施基于ABC-X模型护理干预。比较两组患者满意度、自我效能感和心理状态。结果 试验组干预后信息和教育、情绪安慰、尊重患者偏好、身体舒适度、家庭和朋友的参与、医疗服务的连续性评分及总分均高于对照组,护理协调评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后,两组中文版肠造口患者自我效能量表(SSES)评分均高于干预前,医院焦虑抑郁量表-焦虑亚量表(HADS-A)、医院焦虑抑郁量表-抑郁亚量表(HADS-D)评分均低于干预前,且试验组SSES评分高于对照组,HADS-A、HADS-D评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 基于ABC-X模型护理干预可有效减轻肠造口患者负性情绪,增强自我护理能力和自我效能,提高患者满意度,改善就医体验。 展开更多

Elevated intracellular levels of cGMP in cancer cells have been implicated in several clinical studies, that may induce apoptosis, and as a result many different cancer cells seem to overcome this deleterious effect by increased efflux of cGMP through ABCC5. Thus inhibition of ABCC5 may have cytotoxic effects mediated through cGMP and it will also increase the intracellular concentration of other drugs that are aimed for the treatment of cancer which are otherwise exported out of the cells. Considering the functional importance and lack of X-ray crystal structure of ABCC5, present work was undertaken to construct 3D structure of protein using homology modeling protocol of YASARA structure (V. 16.3.28). In this study, five different ABC templates (PDB ID’s: 4F4C, 4Q9H, 4M1M, 4M2T and 4KSD) were used for homology modeling. Five models were constructed on each template and a hybrid model was built using all five templates. All models were refined and ranked as per their overall Z-score. The top ranked ABBC5 model was based on template 4Q9H that had 91.2% of residues in allowed regions as revealed by PROCHECK-NMR and the QMEAN score was 0.54 which indicated a reliable model. The results of the study and the proposed model can be further used for elucidating the structural and functional aspects of ABCC5 and to gain more insights to the molecular basis of ABCC5 inhibition through docking studies. 展开更多

In this paper, we will build its mathematical model by the basic principle of ABC, and will improve its mathematical model further. According to literature, the ABC algorithm is traditionally applied to constrained and unconstrained problems, but is combined with modified DNA concepts and implemented for fuzzy classification in this present research. Moreover, from the best of our knowledge, previous research on the ABC algorithm has not combined it with DNA computing for hierarchical fuzzy classification to explore the merits of cooperative coevolution. Therefore, this paper is the first to apply the mechanism of symbiosis to create a hybrid modified DNA-ABC algorithm for hierarchical fuzzy classification applications. In this study, the partition number and the shape of the membership function are extracted by the symbiosis based hybrid modified DNA-ABC optimization algorithm, which provides both sufficient global exploration and also adequate local exploitation for hierarchical fuzzy classification. The proposed optimization algorithm is applied on five benchmark University of Irvine (UCI) data sets, and the results prove the efficiency of the algorithm. 展开更多

Diabetes mellitus is one of the world's most prevalent and complex metabolic disorders,and it is a rapidly growing global public health issue.It is characterized by hyperglycemia,a condition involving a high blood glucose level brought on by deficiencies in insulin secretion,decreased activity of insulin,or both.Prolonged effects of diabetes include cardiovascular problems,retinopathy,neuropathy,nephropathy,and vascular alterations in both macro-and micro-blood vessels.In vivo and in vitro models have always been important for investigating and characterizing disease pathogenesis,identifying targets,and reviewing novel treatment options and medications.Fully understanding these models is crucial for the researchers so this review summarizes the different experimental in vivo and in vitro model options used to study diabetes and its consequences.The most popular in vivo studies involves the small animal models,such as rodent models,chemically induced diabetogens like streptozotocin and alloxan,and the possibility of deleting or overexpressing a specific gene by knockout and transgenic technologies on these animals.Other models include virally induced models,diet/nutrition induced diabetic animals,surgically induced models or pancreatectomy models,and non-obese models.Large animals or non-rodent models like porcine(pig),canine(dog),nonhuman primate,and Zebrafish models are also outlined.The in vitro models discussed are murine and human beta-cell lines and pancreatic islets,human stem cells,and organoid cultures.The other enzymatic in vitro tests to assess diabetes include assay of amylase inhibition and inhibition ofα-glucosidase activity. 展开更多
