Specifically, the contents of N, P and K were not high, and the contents of N and P declined in the fields with crop rotation of organic rice Astragalus sin# cus, but the content of K increased. Based on methods for evaluating the overall planning and implementation of land use of domestic scholars, a comprehensive and highly-operable index system and evaluating method for land use planning multi-type implementation has been established through selecting multi-type evaluating indicators and applied to the last-round overall planning of land use in Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps Agriculture-seven Division. The obtained comprehensive score was 86.40, indicating that land use overall planning has been excellently coordinated with land, society, economy as well as ecology and has exerted outstanding effect with the rank as "good". The evaluation results are in accordance with actual conditions, which displays that the established multi-type implementation evaluating system of land use overall planning is reasonable with scientific evaluating methods and can be the reference for evaluation of land use overall planning in other regiments and companies of Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps. 展开更多

This article attempts to investigate the measure effect of rubble roadbed engineering in permafrost regions of Qinghai-Tibet Plateau. As a case study, Chaidaer-Muli Railway is used to evaluate the measure effect of rubble roadbed engineering in permafrost regions. The AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process) method is thus employed to establish the evaluation indicator system. The evaluation factor is selected by analyzing the mutual relation between the permafrost environment and roadbed engineering. Thus, a hierarchical structure model is established based on the selected evaluation indices. Each factor is weighted to determine the status in the evaluation system, and grading standards are built for providing a basis for the evaluation. Then, the fuzzy mathematical method is introduced to evaluate the measure effect of rubble roadbed engineering in permafrost regions along the Chadaer-Muli Railway. Results show that most of the permafrost roadbed is in a preferable condition(b) along the Chaidaer-Muli Railway due to rubble engineering measures. This proportion reaches to 86.1%. The proportion in good(a), general(c) and poor states(d) are 0.0%, 7.5% and 6.4%, respectively, in all the evaluation sections along the Chaidaer-Muli Railway. Ground-temperature monitoring results are generally consistent with AHP-FUZZY evaluation results. This means that the AHP-FUZZY method can be applied to evaluate the effect of rubble roadbed engineering measures in permafrost regions. The effect evaluation of engineering measures will provide timely and effective feedback information for further engineering design. The series of engineering measures will more effectively protect permafrost stability. 展开更多

The evaluation of sustainable land use is the key issue in the field of studying the sustainable land utilization. In general analysis, the sustainable land use is evaluated respectively from its ecological sustainability, economic sustainability and social sustainability in China and other countries in recent years. Although this evaluation is an important work, it seems insufficient and hard to comprehensively reflect the whole degree of land use sustainability. Thus, to make up this deficiency, this paper brings forward the evaluation indexes, which make it possible to quantitatively reflect the whole degree of land use sustainability, namely, the concept of "degrees of overall land use sustainability" (Dos), and research and measurement development of the method of and calculation in Dos. Taking the evaluation of the degree of land use sustainability in county regions of Yunnan Province as the actual example for analysis, results are basically as follows: 1) The degree of land use sustainability (Dos) is the ration index to organically and systematically integrate the degree of ecological friendliness (DeF), the degree of economic viability (Dev) and the degree of social acceptability (Dsa), able to comprehensively reflect the whole sustainability degree of regional land use 2) Based on the value of Dos, the grading system and standard for the sustainability of land use may be established and totally divided into five grades, namely, the high-degree sustainability, middle-degree sustainability, low-degree sustainability, conditional sustainability and non-sustainability. Meanwhile, the standard for distinguishing sustainability grades has also been confirmed so as to determine the nature of sustainability degrees in different grades. This makes the possibility for the combination of nature determination with ration in research result and provides with the scientific guideline and decision-making gist for better implementation of sustainable land use strategy. 3) The practice in evaluation of sustainability degree in county regional land use in Yunnan shows that the value of the degree of land use sustainability (Dos) of whole Yunnan Province is only 58.39, belonging to the grade of low-degree sustainability. Two thirds of counties in the whole province represent the grade of "conditional sustainability" and "non-sustainability" in the sustainability of land use. Among these counties, 11.11 % shows "non- sustainability'. The lowest degree of land use sustainability appears especially in the middle plateau mountain region of Northeast Yunnan, where the value of Dos in most counties (districts) is below 40 %, belonging to the grade of "non-sustainability". The sustainability degree in the karst mountainous region in lower-middle plateau mountain region in Southeast Yunnan is generally low and the value of sustainability degree (Dos) in most of the counties (cities and districts) is below 55. The value of sustainability degree (Dos) in most of the counties (cities and districts) in the north, west, northwest and southwest parts of Yunnan is below 55. This article also analyzes the reasons of low degree of sustainability in land use in Yunnan and puts forward the countermeasures to increase the degree of sustainability in land use in the whole province. 展开更多

Perceived quality is consumers’subjective perceptions of a product’s attributes,which directly influences the overall evaluation of the product.Existing research has suggested that the perceived quality of attributes has an asymmetric effect on the overall evaluation,but limited research has been conducted on this asymmetric effect in the automobile industry and the moderating effect of sentiment.This paper investigates the asymmetric effect of perceived quality on overall evaluation using social media data from the automobile industry.First,the asymmetric effect of perceived quality on overall evaluation was identified for different attributes using penalty-reward contrast analysis(PRCA),and attribute classification was realized by calculating the IA index,i.e.,Appearance is an excitement attribute and the remaining attributes are basic attributes.Second,the differences in the asymmetric effects of each attribute category were analyzed,and the basic attributes were found to have a greater effect on the overall evaluation,with a positive moderating effect of sentiment on the effect.This study contributes to perceived quality research as well as consumer evaluation research and provides manufacturers with a prioritization method for attribute improvement. 展开更多

为旱区建立玉米种植的高效水肥管理技术提供理论依据。通过玉米盆栽试验,设置3个灌水定额(W1:2 548 m^(3)/hm^(2),W2:1 911 m^(3)/hm^(2),W3:1 433 m^(3)/hm^(2))和3个氮肥类型(U:尿素,UNS:尿素与缓释氮肥以纯氮含量比3∶7混掺,SRF:缓... 为旱区建立玉米种植的高效水肥管理技术提供理论依据。通过玉米盆栽试验,设置3个灌水定额(W1:2 548 m^(3)/hm^(2),W2:1 911 m^(3)/hm^(2),W3:1 433 m^(3)/hm^(2))和3个氮肥类型(U:尿素,UNS:尿素与缓释氮肥以纯氮含量比3∶7混掺,SRF:缓释氮肥),以不施氮肥W3灌溉量为对照(CK),研究不同灌水量和氮肥类型对玉米生长指标、产量及构成、灌溉水分利用效率(IWUE)及氮素利用效率(NUE)的影响。结果表明,氮肥类型与灌溉量及两者交互作用对玉米生长指标、单株干物质累积量、产量及产量构成要素、IWUE和NUE有显著影响(P<0.05)。不同氮肥类型处理下,W1水平下的平均玉米株高、叶面积、叶绿素含量、净光合速率、单株干物质累积量、产量及产量构成和NUE均显著高于W2和W3。同一氮肥类型在不同的灌溉量下对玉米生长的响应有所差异。W1灌溉水平下,SRF的平均产量较UNS和U分别提高2.01%和12.71%,但在W2和W3灌溉水平下,产量的整体趋势表现为UNS>SRF>U。处理W3UNS的IWUE最高,处理W1UNS的NUE最高。通过整体差异组合评价模型分析得出排名前两名的处理为W1SRF和W1UNS。综合分析,灌溉量2 548 m^(3)/hm^(2)的前提下,缓释氮肥或缓释氮肥与尿素混掺一次性基施,可同时兼顾玉米生长、产量和水肥利用效率。 展开更多

220 kV退役复合绝缘子芯棒整体回收再利用可行性研究 被引量:1

复合绝缘子在输电线路中得到了大规模应用,但早期投运的复合绝缘子开始批量退役,且数量逐年增加,因此,需要有效的回收利用方法来处理退役的复合绝缘子。该文以220 kV退役复合绝缘子芯棒的高压段、中间段和低压段作为研究对象,对比了退... 复合绝缘子在输电线路中得到了大规模应用,但早期投运的复合绝缘子开始批量退役,且数量逐年增加,因此,需要有效的回收利用方法来处理退役的复合绝缘子。该文以220 kV退役复合绝缘子芯棒的高压段、中间段和低压段作为研究对象,对比了退役芯棒与新芯棒的物理、热学、电气及力学性能和微观形貌差异,并基于性能评估结果进行推广,探索了退役芯棒的再利用价值和快速性能评估手段。结果表明,退役芯棒的环氧树脂基体含量下降程度保持在1.31%以内,饱和吸湿率小于0.008%;击穿强度基本保持在20 kV/mm以上,水煮6天泄漏电流值保持在50μA以内,具有良好的电气强度和绝缘性能;拉伸、弯曲和剪切强度分别保持在640 MPa、1500MPa和130 MPa以上,力学性能保持较高水平;内部纤维及树脂基体界面粘结性较好,材料孔隙率保持在1%以内,无明显大孔隙出现。总体而言,退役芯棒的整体性能良好,具有较高的回收再利用价值。研究结论对实现退役芯棒的高效回收再利用具有重要的参考价值。 展开更多

随着我国高等教育经费投入的逐年增长,亟待通过预算绩效评价来削减低效、无效支出,优化预算支出结构。教育部教财厅函[2019]6号文件更是明确指出“各单位探索开展单位整体绩效评价”。但到目前为止,无论已经发布的绩效评价制度文件还是... 随着我国高等教育经费投入的逐年增长,亟待通过预算绩效评价来削减低效、无效支出,优化预算支出结构。教育部教财厅函[2019]6号文件更是明确指出“各单位探索开展单位整体绩效评价”。但到目前为止,无论已经发布的绩效评价制度文件还是高校开展的预算绩效评价针对的都是项目支出预算绩效评价,专门针对整体预算绩效评价的研究和实践都处于起步和探索阶段。本文首先通过梳理和回顾高校预算绩效评价相关制度和实践现状,指出了目前高校预算绩效评价方面存在的不足和问题;接着针对问题提出了高校完善整体预算绩效评价的思考和建议,以期为高校更好地开展整体预算绩效评价提供参考。 展开更多
