As a new teaching mode, Flipped Classroom facilitates the reform of education model and innovative talent cultivation. In China, English Linguistics is an important course in English major. However, as to the content is abstract, it is difficult for the students to learn. The students are in a passive role to learn in class. The learning outcome is unsatisfactory.
