Construction of Intelligent Recommendation Retrieval Model of FuJian Intangible Cultural Heritage Digital Archives Resources

In order to improve the consistency between the recommended retrieval results and user needs,improve the recommendation efficiency,and reduce the average absolute deviation of resource retrieval,a design method of intelligent recommendation retrieval model for Fujian intangible cultural heritage digital archive resources based on knowledge atlas is proposed.The TG-LDA(Tag-granularity LDA)model is proposed on the basis of the standard LDA(Linear Discriminant Analysis)model.The model is used to mine archive resource topics.The Pearson correlation coefficient is used to measure the relevance between topics.Based on the measurement results,the FastText deep learning model is used to achieve archive resource classification.According to the classification results,TF-IDF(term frequency–inverse document frequency)algorithm is used to calculate the weight of resource retrieval keywords to achieve resource retrieval,and a recommendation model of intangible cultural heritage digital archives resources is built through the knowledge map to achieve comprehensive and personalized recommendation of resources.The experimental results show that the recommendation and retrieval results of the proposed method are more in line with users’needs,can provide users with personalized digital archive resources,and the average absolute deviation of resource retrieval is low,the recommendation efficiency is high,and the utilization effect of archive resources is effectively improved.

Research on the Development Model of University Archives Cultural Products Based on Deep Learning

The products of an archival culture in colleges and universities are the final result of the development of archival cultural resources,and the development of archival cultural effects in colleges and universities should be an important part of improving the artistic level of libraries.The existing RippleNet model doesn’t consider the influence of key nodes on recommendation results,and the recommendation accuracy is not high.Therefore,based on the RippleNet model,this paper introduces the influence of complex network nodes into the model and puts forward the Cn RippleNet model.The performance of the model is verified by experiments,which provide a theoretical basis for the promotion and recommendation of its cultural products of universarchives,solve the problem that RippleNet doesn’t consider the influence of key nodes on recommendation results,and improve the recommendation accuracy.This paper also combs the development course of archival cultural products in detail.Finally,based on the Cn-RippleNet model,the cultural effect of university archives is recommended and popularized.

MEN1在消化系统肿瘤中的研究进展

多发性内分泌腺肿瘤型1(MEN1)基因通过编码Menin调节细胞增殖和凋亡等过程,并且参与多个信号通路的调节,包括Wnt/β-catenin、Notch、Hedgehog/Dnmt1、Hippo等信号通路,这些都与肿瘤的发生、发展密切相关。因此,MEN1的突变或功能缺陷可能导致肿瘤发生的风险增加。以往关于MEN1的研究主要集中于神经内分泌肿瘤,MEN1在神经内分泌肿瘤中作为抑癌基因发挥作用,其缺失突变引起的基因功能丧失,参与了神经内分泌肿瘤的发生发展。但近年研究表明,MEN1在不同的肿瘤中发挥不同的作用,如在胃癌中通过抑制IQ基元GTP酶激活蛋白1(IQGAP1)表现为抑癌基因,在肝癌中则通过甲基化相关途径表现为癌基因,在结直肠癌中通过自噬相关机制也表现为癌基因;而在食管癌、胰腺癌中MEN1的作用尚存在争议。现就近年来MEN1在消化系统肿瘤中的研究进展做一综述。

Problems and Countermeasures in the Informatization of Archives Management in University Library

To improve the level of informatization of university library archives management,the problems existing in the information construction of university library archives management are analyzed and some practical solutions are proposed in this paper.These solutions can effectively reduce the investment in human resources and equipment and facilities and improve the utilization rate of resources for computer application of university library archives management.

Epidemiological Profile of Men Who Have Sex with Men: First Data about Male Sex Workers in Central African Republic (CAR)

Objectives: Sex work is not well documented among African men. The aim of this study was to describe the epidemiological profile of men who have sex with men (MSM) and eventually to determine the proportion of sex workers (SW) among them, as well as the proportion of MSM who have been victims of gender-based violence (GBV). Material and Methods: A cross-sectional study coordinated by the Direction de la Médecine du Travail was carried out at the headquarters of the association ALTERNATIVES in Bangui Bangui from July 1 to October 31, 2021. Consenting MSM present during the study period were systematically included. Sociodemographic variables, those relating to the future vision of the activity and to GBV were collected and analyzed using Epi-Info version 7 software. Results: Forty MSM with an average age of 23 years and mainly secondary education (75.0%) were included. The vast majority of MSM were unemployed (85.0%). 45.0% had been victims of GBV and wanted to stop working as an MSM (47.5%), and almost 2/3 (65.0%) would accept another income-generating activity in exchange for the MSM. Violence was sexual (32.5%), economic (22.5%), physical (20.0%), verbal (12.5%) and psychological (12.5%). Conclusion: The MSM were mainly young, poorly educated, unemployed, and almost half were victims of GBV. The desire to change MSM activity to another income-generating activity alongside that of MSM shows that many of them are SW, workers in the informal sector. This must be taken into account in prevention activities, even if the data needs to be confirmed on a much larger sample.

MEN1基因在前列腺癌中生物学功能的研究进展

近二十年来,我国前列腺癌的发病率逐年攀升,已经成为泌尿外科三大恶性肿瘤中最常见的一种。当下我国前列腺癌患者中,初诊即晚期的比例相比于欧美日等发达国家仍然较高,且有超过70%的晚期前列腺癌病患发生转移,若出现远处转移,其患者生存率仅为30%。因此,进一步寻找新的诊疗分子靶点就具有更加重要的现实意义和理论价值。研究证实多发性内分泌肿瘤1型(MEN1)基因编码的menin蛋白参与前列腺癌的发生发展,同时menin是前列腺治疗潜在的新靶点。该文将对MEN1基因结构及menin在前列腺癌中的生物学功能进行概述,重点探讨menin调控前列腺癌细胞增殖、迁移与侵袭的分子机理。以期为MEN1基因及menin蛋白在前列腺癌中的深入研究提供参考。

Analysis of the Creation of Demonstration Digital Archives: Taking the Construction of Smart Archives in Dongcheng District, Beijing as an Example

The construction of demonstration digital archives is a key project for the innovative development of the archival industry vigorously promoted by the National Archives Administration. Taking the construction of the Smart Archives in Dongcheng District, Beijing as an example, this paper deeply explores the work objectives, functional requirements, and technical means of creating a demonstration digital archive. One is scientific planning, which is building the basic framework of digital archives. Proposed the infrastructure of “three major supports, five major platforms, and three major guarantees”. The second is to highlight key points and improve the basic functions of digital archives. Including hardware construction, software configuration, digitization of library archives, electronic archive management, sharing and utilization of digital archive information, and formulation of management systems for digital archives. The third is to strive for practical results and deepen the construction of smart libraries. This includes vigorously promoting the construction of smart archive centers, establishing a comprehensive management platform for smart libraries, and introducing new-generation information technology to achieve the integration of smart libraries in order to explore some mature experiences and methods that can be referenced for the creation of demonstration digital archives.

Urethroplasty among Elderly Men, Surgical Techniques and Outcomes

Introduction: Urethroplasty remains the gold standard for the management of urethral stricture. However, the treatment of stricture disease in the elderly tends to be less invasive due to the presumption that they might not be able to stand long hours of surgery and might have higher rates of recurrence due to poor wound healing from microangiopathy. We present our experience with the outcomes of urethroplasty among elderly men seen at the Komfo Anokye Teaching Hospital from January 2012 to December 2021. Methods: This was a retrospective review of data captured in the urology database on all patients 65 years and above who underwent urethroplasty at the hospital over the study period. Data was obtained on patients’ demographics, stricture characteristics, urethroplasty technique, and outcome. A successful outcome was defined as peak flow rate > 15 mls/s, a patent urethra on retrograde urethrogram, patient satisfaction with urine stream, or restoration of the normal stream of urine with only one attempt at urethral calibration or internal urethrotomy postoperatively. Data was analyzed using PASW Statistics for Windows, Version 18.0. Results: Overall, 43 urethroplasties were done over the study period in elderly men. The age range was 65 to 87 years. The commonest aetiology was catheterization (62.79%) followed by urethritis (32.56%). Stricture length ranged from 0.5 cm to 16 cm with a mean of 3.93 cm. Most patients (60.46%) had bulbar urethral strictures. The repair methods employed were anastomotic urethroplasty (62.80%), fasciocutaneous flap (FCF) ventral onlay (13.95%), buccal mucosa graft (BMG) ventral onlay urethroplasty (4.65%), and staged urethroplasty (4.65%). Three of the patients (6.98%) had a combination of anastomotic and tissue transfer urethroplasty. The overall success rate was 88.37%. Complications included three surgical site infections, two urethral diverticula and one glans dehiscence. Conclusion: Elderly men tolerate urethroplasty well and the procedure should not be denied solely based on age.

Behavior of the Cultivable Airborne Mycobiota in air-conditioned environments of three Havanan archives, Cuba

High concentrations of environmental fungi in the archives repositories are dangerous for the documents preserved in those places and for the workers'health.The aims of this work were to evaluate the behavior of the fungal concentration and diversity in the indoor air of repositories of 3 archives located in Havana,Cuba,and to demonstrate the potential risk that these taxa represent for the documentary heritage preserved in these institutions.The indoor and outdoor environments were sampled with a biocollector.From the I/O ratios,it was evident that two of the studied archives were not contaminated,while one of them did show contamination despite having temperature and relative humidity values very similar to the other two.Aspergillus,Penicillium and Cladosporium were the predominant genera in the indoor environments.New finds for archival environments were the genera Harposporium and Scolecobasidium.The principal species classified ecologically as abundant were C.cladosporioides and P.citrinum.They are known as opportunistic pathogenic fungi.All the analyzed taxa excreted acids,the most of them degraded cellulose,starch and gelatin while about 48%excreted different pigments.But 33%of them showed the highest biodeteriogenic potential,evidencing that they are the most dangerous for the documentary collections.

Protection and Archives Management of Ancient Houses:Taking the Ancient Houses of Longyou County,Zhejiang Province as an Example

From the perspective of archival science,the protection of ancient houses was studied.The similarities between the protection of ancient houses and the management of archives in terms of nature and workfl ow were explored theoretically.In daily life,ancient house protection and archives management complement each other.The protection of ancient houses must rely on archives.Moreover,archives will be generated in all aspects of specifi c protection work.Combined with the case analysis of the protection of ancient houses in Longyou County,Zhejiang Province,the close relationship between the two was further verified.On this basis,the current deficiencies in the protection of ancient dwellings in terms of staff,archive object,and archive collection were analyzed,and corresponding countermeasures were proposed.
