This will be considered...The called paper presents logistics cooperation activities in European countries, which are put in the situation of establishment of ASEAN Economic Community, particularly South East countries. This will be considered as the experience in managing by government officers as well as the board management of logistics. The authors' methodology is almost descriptive, theoretical analyses. In addition, conducting information-related survey and in-depth interviews by experts will be considered in case of necessary. This paper focuses on Logistic Corporation leading to result in some benefits including bringing on effective in transportation, cutting cost, and saving time; improving the transportation connectivity among countries in ASEAN area; facilitating the construction of infrastructure and legal framework, and assisting to develop regional logistic activity. In this research, the authors focus on analyzing in the period before and after 2015, they attempt to investigate the turning point in the installment of ASEAN Economic Community, including 10 countries with the signed print by the prime minister in these nations. For future research, it is suggested that the cooperation is worth taking into consideration as the innovation related to management activities in microscopes (inside business) as well as macro scopes (countries) in logistics sector. Furthermore, lessons from the success of the European market are the basis foundation for the ASEAN Economic Community in setting up a common market in the field of logistics, shortening time to avoid mistakes and making the intended plan more possible to develop regional logistic activity. Logistic cooperation among nations has played an important and critical role in formation and development of country collaboration, creating the efficiency and capacity of trade among nations of region. The purposes of this research were: (1) to create a training package to prepare secondary school students in northeastern of Thailand toward ASEAN (Association of Southeast Asian Nations) Community; (2) to comp...The purposes of this research were: (1) to create a training package to prepare secondary school students in northeastern of Thailand toward ASEAN (Association of Southeast Asian Nations) Community; (2) to compare the knowledge of secondary school students toward ASEAN before and after use training package; and (3) the expectations of the students in the northeast of their own preparation for the ASEAN community. Experimental research was used in this research. The subject was including 2,000 students who were randomly divided into groups of seven provinces. The statistics used in data analysis were percentage, average, standard deviation, and T-test. The research results showed that: (1) a training package to prepare secondary school students in northeastern of Thailand toward ASEAN Community, the effectiveness index (E.I.) was .57, according to the established criteria; (2) a comparison of pretest and post-test results found the use of cognitive training may vary, statistically significant at the .05 level; (3) an expectation of the secondary school students in the preparation of role into ASEAN Community found that the students who participated in a concept reflect that the knowledge and attitudes to prepare themselves for the ASEAN community.展开更多

The establishment of the ASEAN Political and Security(APSC)in 2015 mimics the notion of a security community where member states are imbued with deep habits of cooperation,mutual trust,a sense of'we-feeling'an...The establishment of the ASEAN Political and Security(APSC)in 2015 mimics the notion of a security community where member states are imbued with deep habits of cooperation,mutual trust,a sense of'we-feeling'and the ability to manage security problems together with no prospects of any member going to war with another.But does a security community provide sufficient foundation for security governance in Southeast Asia?The idea of security governance,defined as a set of processes and arrangements carried out by a range of state and non-state actors across multiple levels from the local to the international that are aimed at defining and managing security challenges,requires a movement beyond state-centric approaches to one that is more participatory and inclusive.Despite the APSC's people-centred rhetoric,there are inherent tensions in security practices in ASEAN as states hold on to the principles of non-interference and state sovereignty,while having to respond effectively to address a host of non-traditional threats.These tensions have led to the emergence of multiple sites of governance that are changing the nature of security governance in the region.In analysing the cases of civilian protection in times of humanitarian crises and forced migration,the paper argues that multiple sites of governance point to the need to reassess the APSC as a mechanism for security governance and explore the idea of having fragmented but more inclusive and participatory security communities that work together towards the shared goal of more secure region.展开更多

The cooperation between China and the Association of Southeast Asian Nations(ASEAN)began with the establishment of dialogue relations between the two sides after the ending of the Cold War.In 1994,when the ASEAN Regio...The cooperation between China and the Association of Southeast Asian Nations(ASEAN)began with the establishment of dialogue relations between the two sides after the ending of the Cold War.In 1994,when the ASEAN Regional Forum was established,China was one of the founding members,marking the beginning of formal security cooperation between China and ASEAN.The decision to shift to cooperation/enhance willingness to cooperate was made by the two parties after taking stock of the international and regional situation and their respective interests in the wake of the collapse of the bipolar system.Security cooperation was driven by a consensus on seizing,creating and maintaining strategic opportunities;or more specifically,by taking advantage of development opportunities and striving to maintain regional stability in difficult situations,thus creating a peaceful and amicable strategic regional context for sustainable development.The core concept of China-ASEAN security cooperation is developmental peace,with the norms of cooperation being the ASEAN way,cooperative security,the new security concept and the Asian security concept.In practice,China-ASEAN security cooperation covers three dimensions-strategic stability,management and control of high tension issues,and practical cooperation.New opportunities and challenges are emerging in the new era for China-ASEAN security cooperation.Fundamentally speaking,the two sides need to strive for the goal of building an ASEAN community and a China-ASEAN community with a shared future and to properly coordinate the strategic positioning of the long-term core interests of both parties.展开更多
