The environmental quality ofAbies holophylla plantations was analyzed under different cutting systems. Analysis factors included soil erosion rate, humification degree of litters, and water hold capacity. The surface soil loss of clear cutting area was 19000t·km?2·a?1 more than that of selective cutting area. The content of soil organic matter in board-leaved—Abies holophylla forest was 4.62% more than that in pure stand, and the water hold capacity of the mixed forest was 1.43 time of that of pure stand. The mixed forest of board-leaved—Abies holophylla by selective cutting can upgrade the ecological environment quality.展开更多
对6个种源辽东冷杉的r DNA ITS序列进行了扩增、纯化和测序,比较分析了各种源r DNA ITS序列的长度、碱基变异位点、(G+C)含量和遗传距离,构建了系统发生树。结果表明:辽东冷杉6个种源的r DNA ITS序列总长度均为1 355 bp,其中ITS1、I...对6个种源辽东冷杉的r DNA ITS序列进行了扩增、纯化和测序,比较分析了各种源r DNA ITS序列的长度、碱基变异位点、(G+C)含量和遗传距离,构建了系统发生树。结果表明:辽东冷杉6个种源的r DNA ITS序列总长度均为1 355 bp,其中ITS1、ITS2和5.8S r DNA序列长度分别为1 162、71和162 bp,种源间无长度差异;r DNA ITS序列中只有8个碱基变异位点,均位于ITS1序列上,碱基变异类型为碱基转换或颠换;ITS1和ITS2序列中的(G+C)含量分别为60.24%~60.59%和58.60%,种源间(G+C)含量差异极小;种源间遗传距离平均值仅为0.002 3,其中清原种源和宽甸种源的遗传距离最小(0),其他种源间的遗传距离在0.000 7~0.003 7。上述结果均表明辽东冷杉种源间亲缘关系较近,遗传变异程度较低。系统发生树将地理距离相近的种源聚在一起,表明辽东冷杉6个种源遗传距离与地理距离有明显的相关性。展开更多
