Through questionnaire,literature,statistical data,etc.,we carried out a detailed investigation on 180 students from two grades of higher vocational institutions in regard to seven aspects,i.e.physical self-awareness,t...Through questionnaire,literature,statistical data,etc.,we carried out a detailed investigation on 180 students from two grades of higher vocational institutions in regard to seven aspects,i.e.physical self-awareness,the interest of participating in physical activity,sport mode,the frequency of self-training,self-exercise way,the factors that affect self-training,self-exercise awareness.We also made detailed statistics and analysis of the data,combining with years of teaching experience.We think that in order to achieve the long-term goal of National Fitness,it is an effective way to train students’ life-long sport conscionsness,interest of sport activity and improve thsir ability of self-exercise.展开更多
