目的对Acanthella属海绵的化学成分及其生物活性进行综述。方法通过综述国内外相关文献,归纳总结了该属海绵的研究概况。结果从该属海绵中已分离鉴定110个化合物,主要为含有异腈基、异硫氰酸酯和甲酰胺等含氮基团的倍半萜、二萜类化合... 目的对Acanthella属海绵的化学成分及其生物活性进行综述。方法通过综述国内外相关文献,归纳总结了该属海绵的研究概况。结果从该属海绵中已分离鉴定110个化合物,主要为含有异腈基、异硫氰酸酯和甲酰胺等含氮基团的倍半萜、二萜类化合物。这类化合物具有抗疟、抗虫、抗污损、抗肿瘤、抗菌等多样的生物活性。结论为Acanthella属海绵的化学成分及生物活性的进一步研究提供依据。 展开更多

Comprehensive Summary Seven new kalihinene diterpenoids,kalihioxepanes A-G(1-7)bearing a rare oxepane ring,were isolated from sponge Acanthella cavernosa collected from the South China Sea.The structures and absolute configurations were elucidated by comprehensive spectroscopic analysis,single crystal X-ray diffraction,and quantum chemical calculation methods.Kalihioxepane A(1)displayed strong cytotoxicity against H69 and K562 tumor cells,while kalihioxepane B(2)showed moderate cytotoxicity against K562 cells. 展开更多

Objective:To find a potent antibiotic producer from the sponge-associated bacteria as well as to profile the important substances.Methods:Sponge collection,bacteria isolation,extraction and characterization of potent ... Objective:To find a potent antibiotic producer from the sponge-associated bacteria as well as to profile the important substances.Methods:Sponge collection,bacteria isolation,extraction and characterization of potent active compounds were carried out for this study.Results:Approximately 59 single strains of bacteria were isolated from this sponge.Totally 40 strains showed activity against Escerichia coli,Staphylococcus aureus and Vibrio eltor.The chemical separation of the potent strain Bacterium sp.Lb.10%.2.1.1.b,using n-phase column chromatography revealed 7 active fractions(7,8,9,10,11,14 and 15).The gas chromatography-mass spectrometer analysis of Fraction 7 indicated some phenolic compounds including 4-nonylphenol,methyl 3-(3,5-di-tert-butyl-4-hydroxyphenyl)propionate,acetosyringone,2,4-bis(1-phenylethyl)phenol,1,2-benzenedicarboxylic acid,mono(2-ethylhexyl)ester,tri(2-ethylhexyl)trimellitate and oleamide.Conclusions:Indeed,this is a preliminary information in profiling chemical substances,produced by Bacterium sp.Lb.10%.2.1.1.b.Further purification and structural chemical determination were needed to find a comprehensive result. 展开更多

猪巨吻棘头虫动物模型研究

用新鲜猪巨吻棘头虫幼虫-棘头体人工接种实验动物,经一定时间饲养剖检(包括发病致死)。结果:兔、豚鼠、豆鼠、金色仓鼠等阳性率分别为83.3%、100%、40%、80%。其中兔和豚鼠为棘头虫病良好的实验动物。大白鼠多次接种均为阴性。

对五莲县松柏乡和叩官乡的猪巨吻棘头虫中间宿主与人体感染的关系进行了调查,并对捕获甲虫进行鉴定,结果发现松柏乡甲虫有天牛科(Cerambycidae)的大牙锯天牛(Dorysthenes paradoxus);丽金龟科(Rutelidae)的琉璃丽金龟(Popillia atrocoer... 对五莲县松柏乡和叩官乡的猪巨吻棘头虫中间宿主与人体感染的关系进行了调查,并对捕获甲虫进行鉴定,结果发现松柏乡甲虫有天牛科(Cerambycidae)的大牙锯天牛(Dorysthenes paradoxus);丽金龟科(Rutelidae)的琉璃丽金龟(Popillia atrocoerlea)和豆蓝丽金龟(Popillia indiagonacea),其阳性率分别为5.68%,2.55%。叩官乡的甲虫有琉璃丽金龟、豆蓝丽金龟和蒙古丽金龟(Amonala mongolice),其感染率分别为16%,7.14%和0.3%。调查还表明人体猪巨吻棘头虫病的感染主要与揣食天牛有关。 展开更多
